    About halfway through our lease now I am ready for a review. The office staff has been phenomenal. A handful of work orders were taken care of quickly and everyone is so nice. Every neighbor we have met are great as well. Many law enforcement officers live here too. The last time I used the gym the treadmill was in disrepair but the rest of the equipment was in good shape. Some items in the apartment should be updated but overall is fine. So far we have enjoyed the experience and glad the apartment locator showed us this community.

    My brother and I have been living here for almost two years now and we renewed for another year! We absolutely love living here, weve never had any issues at all. The unit we moved in to was in good conditions and newly renovated. The price is also really good compared to other options in the area. Sam has always been really helpful and attentive to any questions weve had! Really like living here and have no complaints :)

    The Lory is truly a gem in the Bryan/ College Station area! The management and office staff are so friendly and accommodating and the work orders are always taken care of immediately! Thereā€™s plenty of parking for family and friends to visit which we loved. The staff here truly care about you and want you to be happy! 10/10 recommend highly!!

    Loved living at the Presidio (now The Lory) during graduate school at Texas A&M University back in 2009 and 2010. Great location near the university, clean apartments and nice people. Amazing memories here! Built AltQuest Group while living there and had the best social moments as well.

    The Lory of Bryan was arguably one of the best apartment complex Iā€™ve lived in to date. This review will cover four categories I thought were most important during my stay.Let me start by saying, most places of business typically warrant 2-4 stars. Never will you find a true review that is labeled a ā€œ1-starā€ or ā€œ5-starā€. The former usually means that someone was being petty and had an axe to grind, and the latter usually never is as good as the 5-star designation warrants.During my 3.5 - 4 years of staying at the Lory, I have decided that this apartment truly warrants a 5-star review.First Iā€™ll touch on Maintenance:Maintenance was solidā€”my apartment hardly ever had any issues, but when something did pop up, they always handled it in a reasonable amount of time. If thereā€™s one thing you should prioritize when choosing an apartment, itā€™s the maintenance turnaround time for work orders. Because the Lory was always swift to respond to whatever issues I had, my comfort of living was never impacted.Staff:The management staff is top-tier. From day one to my last day there, Byron (Community Manager) and Sam (Assistant Community Manager) were consistent, welcoming faces of the property. They always went out of their way to make me and my family feel ā€œat home.ā€ The management and leasing staff were knowledgeableā€”there was never a question I asked that went unanswered. On top of that, they were attentive to almost every request I made of them (which isnā€™t easy, as I can be a very particular person at times).Amenities:The amenities are great. Of course, they have the basics like a pool and fitness center, but my favorites were the hot tub (most apartments in the BCS area donā€™t have one), the Starbucks coffee bar, and the study room. I used these the most, and they definitely made my stay more enjoyable.Community:The community is gated and well-maintained. From keeping the property well-lit to ensuring the landscaping was always in great shape, the property was always squared away. I also really appreciated how close it was to the university (about a 5 minute drive or so) without feeling like I was stuck in the middle of all the hassle and noise that typically come with being in close proximity to the university. Lastly, they are also one of the few- and I mean few- apartment communities to offer private garages. I had a garage for my car and it was definitely an add-on that I will miss.If I ever have to move back to the BCS area, Iā€™d definitely live here again.

    Very welcoming and friendly staff! While we lived here they did some nice renovations, new painted buildings, new roofs, and the lighting in the stairwells definitely made everyday feel more at home. Maintenance requests were always handled timely. Amenities were enjoyed! Moving in/out has been an breeze and we felt valued by the staff when we gave our notice to move. Would def recommend to anyone looking to rent an apartment in BCS!

    This is by far the best apartment that I have ever lived at! The staff is incredibly helpful and the maintenance team is extremely friendly and quick on response time. My unit was near perfect when I arrived, and they put a lot of extra effort into maintaining the entire property which is GORGEOUS! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for housing in the College Station/ Bryan area.

    Good apartment complex. Management is nice. Itā€™s pretty quiet here and no issues. A lot of college kids and families. Would recommend if you want to stay outside of college station rent prices, but also be really close to the area.

    I lived at Presidio for 3 years. It stands out itself from other apartments Ive lived at, is the front office staff and maintenance people. Overall, it is a pleasant and safe community. Great choice for someone who works on West Part of Texas A&M University.As one of the staff, Samuel Sorenson (Sam) has been nothing short of extraordinary and always handles things not only just professionally, but with a human touch. Oftentimes we experience places like these are very cookie cutter in the way corporate employees handle situations, but Sam and the rest of the front office staff and maintenance, are an absolute cut above. They truly make you feel heard and like youre a part of the community. 5 stars for Staff and crew, 4 stars for the property.

    I just moved in May. Most of the staff is pleasant and helpful. The assistant manager went out of his way to help me trouble shoot my internet. The manager truly cares about the condition of the property and the apartments. He even remembers who the residents are and which apartments they are in. Which is amazing considering how many residents live here. Maintenance is amazing. Polite, courteous, knows what they are doing and come the same day you put in a work order. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. So far I love living. It actually has a resort feel to it and neighbors are quite and pleasant and pretty much keep to themselves.

    As a current resident of Lory of Bryan, I canā€™t say enough good things about my experience! One of the highlights of my time here has definitely been the front office staff, especially Sam. He has been incredibly helpful from day one, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. His friendly attitude and genuine care for residents really made my stay so much better.What I love most about Lory of Bryan is the sense of community. The property feels safe and welcoming, which is so important to me. Iā€™ve met some wonderful neighbors, and the communal spaces are perfect for socializing. Itā€™s nice to know that Iā€™m living in a place where people look out for one another.Overall, Lory of Bryan is more than just a place to live; it feels like home. Iā€™m grateful for the amazing support from Sam and the entire team here. If youā€™re looking for a friendly, safe, and communal environment, I highly recommend Lory of Bryan!

    My fiance and i have lived here for over two years, we have had such a great experience, especially compared to the last nightmare we lived in.staff has always been friendly and helpful, even staying late to re-key our door when the lock froze up on us.maintenance requests are always taken care of in a very timely manner, even during the heat of summer when the maintenance team has a huge pile on their plate.communication has always been great. i would recommend this complex to anyone i know looking for a new place.thank you!

    My family just finished our year lease at these apartments and we absolutely loved living here! The only reason weā€™re moving is because we need a bigger space for our family and dog. Byron and Sam are very personable and attentive to all your needs. Every time we needed something handled, it was handled quickly with no issues! All the maintenance guys were also very kind & helpful šŸ˜ honestly, it was a great apartment for the time we stayed. Would recommend to anyone in Bryan/College Station area!

    The Presidio/Lory is a beautiful complex. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make every encounter a pleasant experience. The residents weve met have all been friendly and its a very quiet place to live. Any time there has been any need, the staff are quick to respond and efficient in helping with that need. Theres a wonderful business center for all office/classroom needs. The up-to-date workout room is a great place to meet people. Its also convenient if you work long hours. I cant forget to mention the beautiful pool. There is law enforcement presence that makes you feel safe. Our Son could live anywhere he chooses but found hes happiest at The Lory. He just signed his 3rd lease. We highly recommend The Presidio/Lory!

    Moved here in may and the place has been great, the grounds are kept clean as well as the gym and pool area! I had an issue today with a light switch and within two hours of calling it was fixed! I highly recommend the property if your looking for a quiet affordable place! Byron and his team are top notch!

    I moved to The Lory of Bryan for what I thought was a short term arrangement. When I graduated from the Texas A&M Police Academy I accepted a Deputy Position with a department that was local so I signed a new lease. At that time I couldve moved to any of the 12 different complexes. However, the courtesy, professionalism, security, cleanliness and prompt attention to details were just some of the reasons I decided to stay at the Lory of Bryan. The Staff are always helpful, courteous and there to help navigate through any needs I may have. The complex is safe, clean and quiet. Its conveniently located near all shopping/entertaining areas. I am now on my 3rd lease with The Lory of Bryan and looking forward to being here for a long time. I truly love calling the The lory of Bryan my home!

    Iā€™m a resident on the property I move In July and I never have a complaint about anything in my My apartment when I make a work order or I need something to be fixed, they come first thing in the morning, so yes, I will recommend this property to other people. Thatā€™s how comfortable I am. I feel safe. My kids feel safe.

    After owning a home for two decades and having to pick up the pieces of my life after a life altering tragedy and move to Bryanā€¦. this complex is now home to me. There is no better complex out there in this college town, trust me I do my research when making any big decision. The staff makes you feel like you are part of a family and always greets me with a warm hello every time we cross paths. Sam and Byron have always gone out of their way to help me in any situation that has come up.Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a very timely matter and my apartment is now my home. Thanks to this wonderful community that I live in here at the Lory, I always feel safe thanks to our gated access as well as the patrols that come around. The grounds are always in pristine condition minus some dog waste here and there. ( this is no fault to management whatsoever) I have lived here since the Spring of 2022 and I love my apartment and my new home.

    As a resident for three years, the staff at Lory of Bryan has been very supportive and helpful throughout my time here. They have replaced my AC unit twice during the summer heat, helped me remove a former roommate, and provided comedic relief between finals.     We absolutely love living here! The management is stellar in comparison of other apartments we have lived in. They truly care about you here and have fun activities for the community. These apartments are newer and the amenities are well taken care of, such as the pool, gym and dog park which we use frequently. Our apartment has a fenced in yard with real grass for our Fur Baby and a decent size porch with storage. There are garages available and carports, plus I think there are a couple of police officers living in the complex which makes me feel safe. Packages are safely stored in a Luxor one locker with 24 hour access. Wish I found this place sooner since moving to the Bryan/ College station area. Definitely check it out, Iā€™m glad we did!!!

    My Roomate & I have lived here for over a year now and I love this place. This is the second apartment Iā€™ve lived at, and it was a nice refresher after the nightmare I used to live in. Anytime I have put in a maintenance request, Iā€™ve had someone at my door the next day at 10 a.m. ready to fix it. In my experience, the management has been very helpful, anytime thereā€™s any kind of issue, even if it has nothing to the apartment, they have always been willing to help and assist in anyway they can. We live right next to the train track, and yet I rarely even notice it. No apartment is truly perfect, but this one does its best to accommodate us and help us when we need it. I definitely recommend at least looking into this place if you are searching for apartments, we accidentally stumbled upon it and the tour sold us. Also, the tour is not misleading; My previous apartment had a really nice viewing, but I was disappointed when I moved in. I didnā€™t feel that disappointment when we moved into this one. Even though I am in college and this will only be my home until I graduate, my Roomate & I both see this as home more than our hometown.

    Ive have loved living at The Lory (previously Presidio) for the past three years! Byron, the property manager, and Sam, the leasing manager, have always made sure Im taken care of and that any issues are addressed quickly. The property itself is very nice and quiet and has a lot of great amenities such as the pool, a business center, movie theater for community movie nights, and a package locker system. I really enjoy having my own porch and storage room, as well as a bunch of storage space in the apartment itself. On-site maintenance is great about getting to any repairs and maintenance requests in a quick and efficient manner. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable and luxurious place to call home, check out the Lory!

    Living here the past two years I have had an excellent experience from the moment I moved in both Sam and Byron have provided excellent service and continue to deliver a friendly welcoming environment. The maintenance crew provides a professional service as every request is taken seriously and executed in a timely manner. The location is great and right in the center of BCS. throughout the years the company has provided excellent amenities and continue to upgrade the property.     My wife and I lived here for nearly 6 years and we have seen different management companies come and go and I am pleased to say that the most recent team (especially Byron and Sam) have been doing an excellent job with the property.While we moved here for the location, the improvements to the property were what kept us. Specifically, they took tremendous measures to improve the safety of the community by installing brighter lights in the walk ways and fixing issues with the front gate. Now the front gates always close and work properly. In addition to safety improvements, the property also recently underwent several cosmetic renovations of new paint, new roofs for all buildings and repainting in the parking lot. These updates have made this property more visually appealing and safer.Byron and Sam have been accommodating and reasonable to work with and have always taken maintenance requests seriously. Last summer, we experienced trouble with our AC system not working. Byron, Sam and the maintenance team worked to provide temporary solutions and eventually permanent solutions of getting a new outdoor AC unit installed and checked in several times to ensure that it was functioning properly.Whenever we are asked of our time in BCS, we are sure to note that the Presidio was where we stayed. We have recommended friends moving here to consider this community as a place to rent. For anyone looking, we would also recommend this to you.

    I love these apartments. Management and staff are very friendly and efficient. If something breaks if they cant get to it immediately it is always first thing the next day.     I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to live in this area. They have recently made upgrades around the property and it has brought the whole place to life. Maintenance is quick to help and the leasing office staff is super friendly and helpful. Byron and Sam have been amazing to work with and have constantly succeeded to keep us happy through our stay. The only reason we are leaving is due to relocating to a different town, but we wouldve resigned if we stayed in the area.

    This has been, in all my years of renting, the best place to live. The office staff are super nice (I know them all by name - a personal touch Iā€™ve never experienced in renting), theyā€™re super quick to fix anything that comes up, and the property is VERY clean. They have been working hard to make it even nicer. Any time I have a maintenance issue they show up so quick I donā€™t have time to clean (amazing).     My wife and I lived here for 2 years and we found Presidio to be a great home for us. Their apartments are budget friendly but well maintained with good amenities and the staff are amazing. Sam and Byron have consistently been there for us to answer questions and they take genuine care in making sure were doing okay. Very pet friendly apartments too.

    I moved into this complex in 2012 when I moved here for college. I have lived in multiple units and experienced different management teams over the last decade. The management team currently in place is by far the most amazing team this complex has had. They care about their residents, they handle any issues you bring to their attention promptly, and overall have been the best to work with. The property has gone through renovations that give it a more upscale feel without the high prices you would pay at other complexes in the area. This is a safe, friendly property that Iā€™ve been proud to live at for so long. Byron and Sam have always gone above and beyond for anything Iā€™ve personally needed, and Iā€™ve seen them do this countless times for other residents. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Leaving this complex is bittersweet since I have had such a great experience here, especially since this new management came along. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home.

    This apartment is the best place for anyone looking to find a place where they never have to worry about the apartment managers being rude. The managers are the kindest people who will truly help you with anything you need. Sam has offered to carry heavy packages upstairs to my apartment for me before and even helped me set up my wifi when I first moved in! Byron was always super great at making me feel welcome any time I walked into the front office. As a new student at Texas A&M, moving from out of state, this was a place where I truly felt at home. They are always so reasonable and willing to help with anything you may need! I would highly recommend this apartment at anytime to anyone!

    Living here was a great decision for me, especially after they got new management. they keep everything up to date and nice while keeping the prices reasonable. the staff really cares about their residence, especially Sam and Byron, it felt like they were always going out of their way for me and i appreciated it so much. it was sad to move out. i would definitely move back if i ever went back to school in Bryan and I recommend this place to anyone.

    Lived here for almost 4 years now. You can tell ever since Byron took over, the property has been going in the right direction. Amenities are being updated, maintenance is not an issue, and the office staff is very friendly including Sam. A few months ago, Byron even came into my unit and fixed my stove himself. Itā€™s been great living here in the recent years.

    This apartment is very good quality. I came from a less than optimal living situation, so I was expecting another disappointing management team. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated even before I signed the lease. My wife and I came for a tour and a member of the management staff welcomed us and treated us with nothing but respect. We even mentioned that this place might be a little outside of our budget, and he searched for other apartments in the area with us, which I thought showed how much he actually cared about us and not just our money.

    I love this apartment!It is much cheaper than most places in College Station and has great access to West Campus. I have had a few problems with the older appliances, but I submitted a work order online and the maintenance people were here the next day. The apartment has a nice, homey feel to it. I appreciate the dog stations, there are quite a few of them. Parking is hard to find sometimes, so I ended up getting my own covered spot and that is working out great. My water heats up quickly and usually stays hot for awhile. I dont know if I will be staying here throughout my college experience, but if I end up moving, it will be because of personal reasons. I would be happy to live at this apartment for years.

    I moved in last year in September, I was able to take care of everything online, which was great considering I was out of state. When I arrived everyone took the time to ask the questions that I had and help me transition in to my new apartment. The apartments were very clean, and quiet.     I lived here for 3 years. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Randy, the maintenance guy, was very good and always handled requests quickly and efficiently. His dogs are super cute too. Our neighbors were friendly and mostly students in professional programs at A&M making it a more peaceful environment. All the negative reviews come from a handful of individuals who might be justifiably upset in isolated situations, but I did not have those experiences. Any apartment living will have pros and cons but having lived in over 4 different B/CS apartments during my 8 years here, Presidio was the best. The complementary coffee machine was a life-saver. The pool was nice, the landscaping was well-maintained and the complex is pet-friendly.

    Yesterday was our last day at The Presidio. The past 2 years living there have been an absolute amazing experience for me, my wife, and our 2 cats!In addition to the nice community, great location, the Presidio staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful.     Update as of August: The presidio has taken diligent efforts to help resolve the issue of our air conditioning. This was a frustrating issue to deal with an AC not working during the hottest part of summer. However, the presidio did eventually get us set up with an in room ac unit to help cool down our bedroom while they were working on figuring out the main issue. During this time the maintenance team tested our AC and eventually came to the conclusion the outside unit needed to be replaced. It took close to two weeks for the replacement to happen but it has successfully been installed. Then much to our disappointment, we were still having trouble with the AC not staying on. They are now looking more into the internal part of the AC system and told us there may have been a loose connection. We are hopeful that the ac issue gets permanently resolved and are pleased that the team at the presidio has been making this a priority. Also, we were super impressed that they went with an ac unit that was more energy efficient than it was originally.Additionally, Sam from the front office was our main point of contact and he became our biggest advocate. He checked in on us and worked to make sure the issue was being resolved. His emails and calls were always kind and helpful, even at the peak of frustration. We are grateful to sam and byron for their assistance and attention.I felt it was important to provide this update and also to leave the original post so that others can see that the presidio has made great strides in ensuring our comfort (as best they could) and in making progress on determining what the issue was causing our ac not to work.Original post:My husband and I have been living at the Presidio for over 5 years. We have had several years of excellent service and have enjoyed the most of the amenities. However, with this most recent management change we have had several issues come up. Our biggest issue is that the AC in our apartment has not been working. The maintenance man has been prompt in responding to our tickets, but has been unable to actually fix the problem. We have notified the office of this issue and have long email exchanges with them in writing, but nothing has been fixed. There have been several days and nights where our AC is barely even functioning. We have been complaining about this issue since June of 2021 and to this day in July of 2022, we still do not have relief in these hot summer months! Last night the temperature in our house was 86 degrees fahrenheit at 9:30pm.While the staff has been friendly and nice, they have no urgency to fix the issue.Other minor issues have been not cleaning out pet waste stations, not providing bags in pet waste stations, not picking up trash routinely around the property (there has been broken glass from hail by our unit for months now near where we walk our dog) and almost all the equipment in the weightroom is broken or not functional.We have written several excellent reviews for Cheyenne and Cienna in the past who were managers in the front office. And generally, we have been pleased with our living accommodations, the staff and the property. I am not one to write negative public reviews, but I think people considering living here need to be aware of this long drawn out issue. There are good things about this apartment complex, but in this experience, I have been disappointed and frustrated with this issue not getting fixed.

    Lived in the Predisio for about two years. I am so sad that we had to leave... The management team members are super friendly and more than willing to help, from the first day we visit them for a tour to the last day of our stay, especially Cheyenne, Sam, and Byron! The team respond maintenance requests and questions very quickly. The property is always clean and well-managed. All in all, I felt safe and relaxing living in the presidio.

    Next to very low income housing. Cops constantly in near by areas settling disputes. Not uncommon for ambulance to be in the area at least every week. Workers at the presidio are very friendly and kind. But there is not enough parking and you will find many times you have to park in the street at the risk of being towed. And although staff is good now. I had three staff changes throughout the year I lived hereEdit:Parking is no longer a major issue and staff is great and super friendly. Had issues at first but I would continue to live here. Management and staff genuinely care about residents. A lot of people are saying the staff is rude but ever since the staff change I have only been treated kindly and fairly. For that I am changing from two stars to four

    These apartments are pretty new, extremely safe, nice and quiet, and have incredible folks working the front office. The management is not only organized, but they are polite and treat us tenants like we are human rather than simply a source of income. Everything I have needed they took care of with a smile and have gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness here. The pool is really nice and the grounds are clean. The maintenance guys are quick, efficient, cheerful, and dependable. The parking is great, the location is awesome! The train comes by, but we are in what is called a silent zone and our walls are thick so we NEVER hear it! Within 2 minutes I can get to the HEB, Walmart, Starbucks, Walgreens, church, school, work, all of it. Not to mention, downtown Bryan is only a 4 minute drive down the street this place is on. Definitely check it out.

    When I was living there about a year and a half ago the management was not very good. We had some apartment problems that never really got solved until we moved out. The old management promised they would send us a check for the problems we had, but fell short and the money never came to us, so we eventually gave up. About a month ago, I get this email saying roughly along the lines of they had a new management that wanted to make things right. I was very shock and delighted that they went through that much trouble and effort. I am thankful for this new team! They are great!

    Look Ive just got to say this place is nothing short of amazing. Every experience Ive had with staff has been great. Sam particularly stands out to me hes always willing to help with whatever you need and they value your time almost never making you wait. Ive had a few maintenance issues over my time here but it was almost always fixed within a day or two, not to mention theyre super helpful and knowledgeable.The quality of the units, parking, and even the community just far surpasses anything Ive seen in cstat. Its not perfect but its everything you could hope for from an apartment complex. Not to mention the location is right smack dab in the center off everything, its 10 mins away from TAMU & Blinn, and is surrounded by any grocery store, fast food, or gas station you would need. Almost all the bad reviews seem to be unfortunate one off experiences tbh. They sold the apartment recently hopefully they dont lose the management that make everything so pleasant. Definitely recommend.TLDR; you want to live here :)

    Cheyenne has been extremely helpful to me in my search for a new apartment. During my search I had plenty of questions and she was always very quick with answers. I highly recommend having Cheyenne help with leasing questions or concerns. Also, this apartment is extremely dog friendly. There are always people out and about walking their dogs and enjoying the beautiful and quiet complex.

    I can say, unequivocally, that these employees are among the nicest staff Ive dealt with at any business; whether housing, luxury hotels, or high end restaurants. After dealing with Catelyn once or twice over the phone, I couldnt wait to meet her. Her overflowing excitement and sweet as honey attitude was both infectious and genuine. This was only the second place I looked at, but after my call with her, I knew where I was going to live and I discontinued my search.I ran into some problems with the Motel 6 in Bryan where I was staying while my apartment was being prepared (review within a review: Dont go there) and they really went above and beyond working around it and getting me in a day early. Thats when I first talked to the other front office employee, Jordan, and realized Catelyn wasnt a one-off. Clearly whoever does the hiring at Presidio has an eye for talent.Jordan also worked with my wife quite a bit over the phone while I was working during the day to facilitate and expedite my process. She later told me, Those are probably the nicest people Ive ever dealt with. I love them!The manager(?) Ive dealt with less, but in my limited dealings with her she seems like she could be as equally amicable as Catelyn and Jordan.The apartment itself, Im going to start with the cons (none serious enough to affect the perfect review, yet) because I want to conclude this on a positive note:There was a clogged drain, broken in-freezer ice maker, and non functioning garbage disposal upon my move in. Bear in mind, I moved my lease date up a few days last minute.The maintenance guy came while I was out (my wife was visiting) went to the ice maker (the least of my three concerns), tinkered around for awhile, said, Its fixed, and left. It wasnt. Now I have to start the work order process over. Que Sera Sera.The location isnt ideal as far as the surrounding neighborhoods. Exiting to the left, the gas station attendant is in a cage, but to the right there is a small industrial park and on the other side of that the commercial district to the campus. In any event, Ive yet to feel unsafe and like its proximity to major strips and freeways.There are a lot of BS fees tacked onto their quoted rent price (If I understood cleary, Im paying twenty five extra since Im electing NOT to have a roomate). I had to pay 75.00 extra for amending my lease date. But bear in mind, this is a corporation, and not unusual. Furthermore, none of these fees were hidden, Catelyn and Jordan both clearly outlined all costs associated with the apartment before I signed anything.If youre a student, you can definitely find a better deal, but Im not sure youll find a better value. Heres why;The office really makes you feel like youre getting the white glove treatment all the time.Maintenance is well staffed and timely.Deposit is super low.They have a roommate matching program. Thats not something Im interested in but still pretty cool, nonetheless.There is a pretty decent sand volleyball court.The already nice pool area is about to be remodeled and become nicer. The pool is kept pristinely clean, as is the hot tub.They have a drive in movie night at which they inflate a giant screen and invite the tenants to a very cool seating area in a courtyard to watch it.There is unlimited Starbucks Hot Coffee and Hot Chocolate for your enjoyment during office hours. Theyre even pretty chill about it if your five year drops a full hot chocolate in a hallway that explodes all over the walls while theyre trying to give prospective tenants a tour. (Sorry.)24 hour gym with a full dumbell set.A stand up community tanning bed (seriously).A 24 hour business center with complimentary printing.Short term lease options available! At an added cost, but this is a life saver for me.But what really matters at your home, is the people. In this, the staff excels. Ive no doubt, Im in good hands.

    I have lived at The Presidio for the past year, and havent had any issues. When we moved in last year it was pretty crazy, but after a few adjustments the staff has been fantastic!Pros:-The private shuttle that takes me back and forth to campus is very convinent and dependable, lets just say my parents were very happy they didnt have to buy a parking permit!-The mantinence staff is on top of everything regardless if its an emergency or not. I called to have an A/C filter changed and they were there the next day. He also changed a light bulb without me even asking!-The location is very close to TAMU, and I pay Bryan Utilities-Parking is never an issueCons:-The Starbucks coffee machine isnt open 24 hours-They are strict about when you can put out your trash, but then again I wouldnt want to live in a community that had garbage bags out on every cornerI love living here, its more of a home than a place to sleep for the semester!
