    Great experience from beginning to end. The staff from leasing, maintenance to management has always so friendly and helpful. The location is great and the property is always clean and maintained. Any issue that I had has always been addressed and taken care of. This is such a great place to call home

    What a delightful morning! Waking up on a Christmas holiday to find that this dirty a$$ blood stained mattress is STILL where it has been for the past week. My neighbors reported it and so did we! Claire made it seem like she agreed with the tackiness of the property, but went on about her day and clocked right on out. Without even making sure that this ghetto mess of a mattress was cleared up. When I tell ya that this property has GONE DOWN HILL since the last property manager, Jamie, left and moved on!! The new manager, Nike, does not stay on top of the property. From the trash problem around the property alone, it’s nerve racking! What happened to LUXURY LIVING??! She, Nike, will also take service requests by phone, but never put in the request. You’ll be waiting a few days like “where are the guys by now?” Lo and behold, she never even put in the request! This is the PROPERTY MANAGER I am speaking of, folks!!! Geesh! The maintenance crew has also gone down hill. I think the maintenance supervisor, Joe, is tired of carrying the crew. I mean, what other reason is the property not being walked and trash picked up??? Clearly this mattress should have been discarded. Had maintenance been walking the property and doing their jobs, they would have seen it. I do not recommend this kind of “luxury living”. Take your monies and go elsewhere, there are plenty of luxury apartments around that are more affordable and a better fit. There is no reason why this property should look like this with the cost that we’re paying to live here! DO BETTER, Lookout!

    My stay at Lookout Hollow was amazing. Nike and her team have the best events and make their residents a priority. Definitely recommend!

    I just moved in to my place after living with a family member for a few months. From the cleanliness to the staff, everything is A+. They’re always sending emails out to inform the residents and do their best to make sure we are okay. The management is always super helpful, Paola helps me with whatever I have questions about, and they have AT&T representatives ready to help your transition with internet. As soon as I got the lease, Justin from AT&T contacted me and we set up in 20 minutes. Can’t beat this place.

    I have lived here for 4 months & LOVE it here. Maintenance issues resolved quickly, staff is helpful, & the apartment plus pool & playground are all ace.My neighbors are friendly & quiet. Its in a safe location. Parking can be a slight annoyance, but not a real issue.I would definitely recommend these luxury apartments to anyone.UPDATE: Ive lived here for about 2 years now & LOVE living here. Its safe and my maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Marquise, Ronnie, Mario, Joe, and Gabrielle are professional and help anytime I need it. Still 5 stars!!!

    I have lived here for 4 years and just renewed my lease for another year. So I’m going on to year 5 and maybe even into year 6. I started to read some of the other negative reviews, so I decided to update my past review from 4 years ago. I felt obligated to call out the negative reviews and how outlandishly completely false they were. What stood out the most was the way management treats their tenants and the poor maintenance reviews. Statistically the average person rents an apartment for 1-3 years. I had planned on being out of here after my first year. Why do I still live here?! Because of the management team!! Ms. Whiteside, who our property manager is absolutely amazing. If you need anything, she gets it done with no hesitation or questions asked. As for the maintenance team, they are wonderful as well super friendly! Also the manner in how fast they fix issues is impressive to say the least. The grass is always cut, there is no dog poop laying around, we have courtesy officers who drive around monitoring the property, security cameras, plus the night owls like myself that keep an eye out from my watch tower to report any suspicious activity and again an amazing management staff! Also most of the tenants are military personnel which is just a wonderful perk living here. Everyone is courteous to one another, I walk around and strike up conversations with random people! I love being surrounded my military families, I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to be able to be surrounded by our American Heroes! I have never had one issue with any kind of a noise complaint. Literally by 7pm this place is like an island, peaceful and quiet. To add to that, I am a demolition engineer with an extensive construction background. So I have the right to say this place was built very well. I could go on an write a thesis on how well Lookout Hollow has treated me and my fellow neighbors. If you are thinking about moving into Lookout Hollow, take it from someone who has lived here nearly 5 years! I love it, the location is convenient to get anywhere from here. I hope that anyone who reads this looking into moving in, don’t be misguided by the few negative reviews. Come take a tour, meet the team and the property will speak for itself! I hope this helps!JR

    I give Lookout Hollow Apartments 5 STARS! The apartments and grounds are very pretty. The staff are awesome and very friendly. They host holiday and pool parties that are fun, and full of food and drinks, and good people. I looked forward to them for sure.The maintenance team was always quick with the few things that needed repair. I have lived in several apartment communities and Lookout is hands down the best. The only reason we are moving is because we have bought our first home. Although I am super excited to have our home we will definitely miss our apartment and friends from lookout!

    Update: Overall love my new place. Very quiet besides the birds (which I love). The apartment was very clean when I moved in besides some minor issues which they resolve when mentioned. Maintenance is very friendly and fast!The customer service I’ve received so far is amazing. The complex itself seems very well managed. Can’t wait to call this place my home soon.     I lived at Lookout Hollow Apartments for 9 months until I found a home to purchase. For the most part I was very pleased with my stay. The other residents were nice. The grounds were well kept; the staff was very nice and pleasant. There were no loud noises. I did not need any maintenance work done, but heard only good things about the maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend living at Lookout Hollow.

    We’ve been looking for an apartment for a month. After going on a walk-through we loved it and applied right away. Got our approval same day. The staff is wonderful, helpful and answered all of our questions. The facility was clean quiet neighborhood close to everything. Will update in a couple months.Update: almost 3 months and opinion still stands. Nice and quiet, maintenance is amazing, grounds well kept and the front staff is the best.

    Other than a few issues with trash being blown around and people picking up after their pets, I highly recommend this complex for the quality of its apartments and the very nice staff there. They were always respectful and super helpful, taking care of any problems I had. Maintenance was fast and efficient, and the pools are beautiful and rarely used outside of the summer months. An affordable price for great luxary apartments and service.

    I have to say that Lookout Hollow Apartments are the best apartment I’ve lived in. The staff is so kind and the grounds are always so well kept. If I have questions they always have the answers. The maintenance people are so sweet. Joe the lead maintenance man came out to my apartment past midnight because my ac went out. He came over quickly and fixed the issue within 30mins, not only that he put everything the way it was and cleaned up any mess that was left. He kept me updated on what he was doing. When he would leave to go get something else he made sure that I’d lock the door behind him. Thank you so much Joe for coming right over and fixing my ac for my son and I.. You are doing an AMAZING JOB JOE!!! thank you again.. I honestly I have never lived in a place where I feel so safe. I’m so glad I signed another lease with them.. I love it here!

    The apartment staff was alway great and helped you with anything you needed! Overall one of the best management I’ve seen from any apartments I have lived in thus far! I would just say the apartments need some updating to stay current with other options in the area. I would recommend to family and friends regardless.

    We have lived here for about a year. Most of the things about this apartment complex are great. The staff is always helpful and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. My two-star rating comes from our AC unit. Since moving in, our AC has stopped working at least 10 different times. Each time we put in a work order and are told “oh it’s the pressure. Oh it’s the freon” These symptomatic problems are addressed at the time and then a week or two later, the AC stops working. I’m tired of coming home (where I pay rent) to a non-working air conditioner and an 84 degree apartment. The staff tells me they would need to get approval for an AC unit replacement and when I asked to get this process for approval started, I have received no follow up. Very disappointed and would very much appreciate a managerial follow up.Since writing this, maintenance has been extremely helpful in escalating this issue. Management has been very communicative and we are scheduling a future fix.Update: Joe with the Maintenance team is wonderful. He is always very nice and keeps us updated with what he is doing/if he has to step away. Today our AC unit was cleaned and recharged. While I hope that this resolves the issue, I know the apartment complex will assist us efficiently if the unit fails again. Lookout Hollow strives to provide the best experience for their residents. It’s truly something you don’t find often. Many apartments only care about getting you in. Lookout Hollow cares throughout your lease. I am happy to be able to bump my rating up.

    Lookout Hollow is an excellent apartment complex that I wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation. A local company hired me on for temporary summer work, and I lived here during the summer of 2014. I dont need to tell you how beautiful the campus is, because its clearly apparent from the photos that it is well landscaped and has excellent amenities and equipment in the units. I was highly impressed with the service of the representatives and managers. Stephanie was always excellent and eager to help, and maintenance was quick and efficient in responding to our clogged sink, for example, or making an extra mail key. I enjoyed my stay, appreciated the gated parking, loved the pool, used the gym almost daily, and couldnt have stayed in a better place over the summer. This place is great!

    Wonderful and friendly staff! The community is welcoming and nice with each other. With all the apartments we have checked out, this one by far is the best one. Ms. Paula at the leasing office especially made the move in process smooth and easy with her charisma. I wish I can provide 10 stars 😂

    My fiancé and myself absolutely loved our 4 years of living here. I will admit that the parking sucks near certain buildings, so we finally gave in one year and paid for the carport parking. Just keep an eye out for the people who avoid the MULTIPLE signs posted that they’re by permit only and park there anyway. But they are very quick to help tow them away 🙃. It was overall a pretty quiet complex and any time we had an issue or something needed to be fixed, everyone was so helpful and quick to get it taken care of. As I’m not too sure of things right now during the pandemic, in the past they held many fun and family oriented resident activities in the clubhouse and also would have food trucks there quite often.A very special thank you to Miranda (who unfortunately left 🙁) Nike, and Jaime! You ladies are amazing and helped our time while living there (and the departure) be so easy breezy and wonderful. We appreciate everything y’all have done for us! 🤗

    We love our home! The apartments are new, there is a lot of natural light in the rooms. The apartment complex is also very safe, the management staff is great. If something breaks - they fix it right away. We truly love this place.

    Been living here for a month now and my family and I love it. Everyone in the office are so nice and always willing to help. Needed something repaired one time and they came immediately. The apartment is enough size for all of us and the amenities are wonderful.

    We are living here temporarily and found it necessary to extend our lease. Jamies help was much appreciated in this matter. Also maintenance response time has been impressive, thanks for that. Overall we are pleased and would recommend LH to others. We are especially grateful our dog has been welcomed. The many doggie baggie stations are convenient. I wish everyone would use them. Everyone seems very nice and helpful.

    I lived in an apt there for a year before I had to move to Kansas City. I completely loved living there. My apt was perfect, and maintenance and staff were wonderful! I miss TX every day and if given the chance to move back, I would live here again.

    Let me start out with this, I am not an easy person to deal with. I signed the lease a few days ago. I go into the apartments and a few things wrong. I call the front, that very day just 2 hours after i called, they had someone there to start fixing the issue. I tell you, this staff is great. Theyre professional, polite, respectful, and willing to work with you. I would definitely recommend looking here for a place of residence.

    Ive been at this apartment for 6 years and the only thing consistent is the lead maintenance guy. Joe is willing to go above and beyond do what he can for you. This weekend I had planned a bbq. When I found that the propane was out at the grill Joe not only made sure I got the propane, but also replaced the regulator when the grill wouldnt fire up. This guy is the reason Im still at these apartments.

    Amazing place to live, very upscale, front staff is courteous and friendly.Amenities are amazing, cool dog park.If you can’t afford cable, I definitely suggest you ask to live in Building 5 West, the middle tenants fight like crazy!It is Domestic Abuse Central!They fight on hours on end, the Live Oak-Selma Police Department make appearances to break it up.The neighbor next to them, her mother comes every now and then banging on the door yelling “stop being stubborn and open the GD door!!”Starts kicking the door and crying belligerently asking “what did I ever do for you to make you hate me” until the crazy dog lady opens the door!Will she lay her insecurities to rest?Will he finally stop beating her like a Craigslist escort?Will she leave him for good?Will he stop cheating?Will the mother ever be sane?Will the daughter reconcile?Find out on the next episode of Love & Hip-Hop: San Antonio!The neighbors never disappoint.5 stars!

    This is one of the best apartment complex. Its quite, nice living and the neighbors are excellent. I cant ask for more!!! This is a good place for families, even for couples and even for only one person. This is the perfect place to live in with lots of resources and ammenities. I love this place!!!
