    The quality of these apartments is excellent. While no place is perfect, any minor imperfections are negligible. You truly get what you pay for, and the value here is well worth the cost. It’s a quiet community, and the staff ensures it stays that way by taking noise concerns seriously.The staff is outstanding. From management to maintenance and even the courtesy officer, everyone is professional, helpful, and quick to assist. Matthew, in particular, stands out and deserves special recognition for his dedication and excellent service. Any issue I’ve ever reported has been handled swiftly and efficiently.Overall, the apartments and the staff—especially Matthew—are truly five-star worthy.

    I have had friends to stay at these apartments and they had nothing but good things to say! Friendly staff and professional management. They genuinely care about their residents. The apartments are very nice and well kept. If your looking for a place to live I recommend Long Fellow Arms!

    This place is great! Been here for 1.5 years and I have no problems it’s been way better than the other apartments I’ve had. Had some plumbing issues and Matthew was very helpful and patient with my questions and did a great job handling the situation swiftly. Big thank you to all the staff who work hard to keep this place running smoothly!

    Apartment quality is great. I am overlooking a few minor imperfections. You will find minor things at ANY apartment. Trust me. Cost is a bit higher than some apartments around town, but the old adage, You get what you pay for, certainly applies to apartments. The apartments here are energy efficient. Havent had bill over $135 yet. Its quiet here and the staff take noise complaints seriously should they ever arise.The staff is EXCELLENT. Whether it be the management or the maintenance team, or even the courtesy officer, everyone is extremely helpful and professional. Ally in particular deserves high praise. I am willing to bet many of the negative reviews I have seen on here were due to a lack of communication on part of the tenant. Any issue Ive ever reported were dealt with swiftly.My only complaint is that they are locked into an agreement with AT&T DSL for internet here. DSL is a step up from old school dial-up internet, providing a connection speed of ~16mbps (advertised by AT&T as 18mbps). This is fine for one or two users streaming on Netflix, but if youre trying to download a newly dropped video game, get ready for a 12 hour download.Overall, the apartments themselves and the staff who administer over them deserve a five star rating.

    Living at Longfellow Arms is Amazing. The property Manager and Lead Leasing Agent Ally are the most amazing people I’ve ever met. The ladies in the office go above and beyond to make the residents happy and they are supportive, and they get the job done. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Longview. Thanks Ladies for making my living here pleasant. ♥️

    I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family!I had a great experience from the tour until I moved in. The process was as simple as it could be with all of the paperwork and things that needed to be done. The staff here are amazing! First off there’s Lauren! She answered my many questions, gave me a detailed tour, answered more questions, was very kind and compassionate to my particular needs, and when it was time to move in explained everything I needed to do and how to do it! There’s Monica, the manager, she’s kind and compassionate as well to make sure all of your needs are met.I wasn’t sure I would like it here since I lived in my house for 10years and had a horrible start at another complex (that’s a story alone) but it’s quite, the grounds are clean, maintenance is on top of things, neighbors are friendly, centrally located, and more! I needed a garage last minute while the movers were still here to store stuff. I called Lauren and she got it taken care of. The head of maintenance (don’t know his name yet) brought the remote to me.I’ve been moved in about a week and I love it! My dogs love it too! ;)Happy resident,Sara B

    Lived here 3+ years and must say the best apartment complex in all of East Texas not just Longview, be it apartment location, upkeep, promptness at resolving maintenance issues, safety, bigger unit size with genrously spaced out units and buildings compared to other newer cramped apartments for a very competitive rent etc. A big shout out to Ally and Lauren as the key enablers to deserve this 5 star rating! Way to go, all the very best!

    I moved to Longview Texas from South East Florida and I wasnt sure where I should live but after looking at a few apartments, I decided on Longfellow Arms. I could not be happier with my decision, the main office is awesome; especially Rachel! The maintenance persons are always around cleaning and fixing things but the best part, has to be the location! This apartment complex is close to everything yet nestled in a peaceful section within the gated community. Love it here!

    I really appreciated how quickly our maintenance guys fixed my disposal. I cant even imagine what a big job it must be for those guys to have to keep up with an apartment complex as large as ours. I know it all had to do with how many maintenance/repair request were actually submitted at that time, but even still I was very grateful for how quickly my disposal was fixed.Much thanks!

    This complex is in my opinion the best in Longview. The Units are updated, the property is always clean. The area is safe at night and most of all the team at the front office is always welcoming and ready to help you with whatever problem your having. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone of my friends or family. God job guys, keep up the good works

    I was nervous moving to Longview from the country. This apartment was the best choice hands down, the staff is great from the office to maintenance. I’ve heard of apartments not fixing things however this apartment management takes care of you.

    The only lived at Longfellow Arms for about 6 months and was very pleased with the apartment complex. I had to relocate because of work to Carlsbad, NM. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. When I do move back to Longview I will reside at Longfellow Arms again.
