Ive lived in several different apartments in San Marcos and this one is by far the best. Management is friendly, polite and helpful. The best management Ive interacted with. The property is quiet and mostly clean. The units are a great size and very modern looking. My only gripe is, it seems maintenance might be understaffed. The workers who are currently working maintenance are great but it seems like there might not be enough of them to cover all of the work orders they get effectively. Other than that, great place to live.

We are going to miss living in Logan ridge apartments, it’s a very peaceful and quiet apartment complex everyone here is sweet and respectful. When there is a problem with anything in the apartment maintenance is always there to fix the issue. Zach the manager we will miss very much. He is a awesome guy with a heart of gold. I recommend living here!

New management is fantastic. The manager Beau Snowberger is the best property manager there is. I have rented from one of the properties he was managing before, and nothing but top notch service from Beau and his team; same day service, kind/professional management style, he truly cares about his renters and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great for us. It was a breath of fresh air hearing he would be managing the place moving forward. I know he will bring this place to where it should be and can say with confidence that Logan Ridge will be a stellar apartment to call home.

Logan Ridge is truly a “Hidden Gem” of San Marcos. With low rates rented by the room, their clean and spacious two bedroom units are a students paradise. Positioned neatly on a hill, this quite complex offers a stunning view of Central Texas. All this paired with an excellent, friendly, well organized management staff makes Logan Ridge the place to stay. FIVE STARS!!!

In all honesty, the nicest apartment minus the insane rates of others. Location is unbeatable, a walk down lbj to campus/the square, and RIGHT on an entrance into Spring Lake Reserve with the best views within San Marcos.

Logan ridge is awesome! My place was very clean when I moved in and maintenance is good! I am totally satisfied with my apartment and my experience in applying for it, Zach was a huge help!

Absolutely good place for students. Lived two years with no any issues. The new manager zach was really helpful. I recommend this apartment.

These are new apartments. They are very nice! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Its around 5 hundred something to live here.

Awesome place. Quiet and reserved. Maintenance is great and fast. two large fields with hiking trails for pets. Pretty sweet place, worth it.
