    Madeline is a great lady to have had an opportunity to meet today.☺️ And the maintenance team Terrance and Casey I met are polite reliable workers. I can say they waste no time at their best abilities to keep the residents happy with their stay. Together they create a great team and energy within the office that makes you feel easily welcomed.Id recommend many to visit if you are looking for a place that has at the very least great office members.

    My experience so far has been great. Aliscia, one of the leasing managers was awesome. She helped my process go smoothly. She was nice and professional.

    The management works hard to satisfy. The buildings are older but comfortable . I dont need opulence. I need quiet kindly neighbors and systems in place when things go wrong. The vendors used to mend or maintain are always gracious and professional. Its not the Hilton but pleasant, flexible people can easily make it home.

    Good experience so far with the Staff & maintenance man Jay. I needed a few things done they got em taking care of quick and fast. JAY came and fixed everything right and professionally. Desiree was a big blessing in the office since day one helped me out on getting going true blessing to the Lofton Place.

    Desiree did absolutely a wonderful job helping us find an apartment. Her personality and customer service is great, she never caught an attitude with us and kept a smile on her face. I hope she stays around for a long time. :)

    This place is great! They handle any problems that are reported quickly. Baylee in particular has been wonderful to deal with and I’m thankful they helped give me a great living experience! I didn’t have any bug problems and they worked with me when I needed to move out a little early! Management and staff are so pleasant and I would recommend living here any time!! I do think negative comments about this place are circumstantial, and I feel many people are impatient. Being short staffed is a problem for all companies and apartment complexes right now and I understand they are doing what they can as fast and efficient as they can!

    This place is an older and affordable community with a great location. The office staff are attentive, nice, very accommodative and understanding. That says a lot compared to the older staff. I’ve been living here for about 3years.

    Ive lived here since October. So far, its been okay. I like the apartment, although there are a few minor issues. The quality of the remodel of the unit Im in is okay. Like a 7/10. The carpet is a little funky in some places, the paint is a little bit messy, and the dishwasher doesnt completely fit in its setting under the counter. Theres a large gap between the fridge and dishwasher with exposed flooring that hasnt been refinished. The hardware on some of the cabinets were installed with screws that were too short, and the handles fell off. I can still open them-- Its not too big a deal. The caulk in the bathroom around the faucet is cracked, because when you pull the handle out to start the water, the whole thing moves. I put on a maintenance request and they recaulked it, but it cracked again. No leaks. Not a dealbreaker, but not amazing. The management is good! Theyre pretty communicative about what theyre doing and what is happening on the property. The gate at the front of the property doesnt work right now, which is slightly frustrating, but they have promised to fix it in the future. Im waiting to see if they live up to that. There have been two incidents since Ive moved in, one near Halloween and the other involving a pedestrian gate that leads off the property. They responded by welding the gate shut, which was appreciated, and sending an email about the incident near Halloween. After that, I saw a police officer at the gate as I was coming home from work at night. Maintenance is good, theyve responding to the (minimal) issues I had at move-in quickly, and theyre all very nice. I havent had any pest problems. The one issue thats making me reconsider renewing is the amount of noise. I know its an apartment complex, but the noise from the cars that go through here is way too much. Mostly super loud music, noise from people driving way too fast, and car alarms always going off. I wish they would install better speed bumps to minimize some of the cars speeding through. You really have to pay attention when youre walking around, because the people driving do not. Overall, if youre considering living here, I would recommend it. Its not luxury, but for the price, its pretty good. I have a one bedroom on the second floor, and my bedroom is large, the ceilings are lofted, and my living room is spacious. I havent gotten the chance to talk to many of my neighbors, but the few that I have gotten to speak to are friendly.

    I have been here for a few moths and I havent had any of the issues the reviews are saying. the only things that appear to be true is office staff. Theres always a different leasing agent. But the Assistant manager is always there and is really nice and on top of things. Ive lived at the Vanderbilt and Mill Valley and trust me you get what you pay for. I would never recommend them to any one. I was so miserable I had to get out of those places ASAP!!!! They worked with me on second chance when nobody would give me the time or day. I guess Im just thankful I have a peaceful place I can call home. Dont go by other peoples opinion if you dont know true facts. I recommend this place over any apartments in this neighborhood. You cant say anything different unless your ghetto then youll fit in on the otherside.

    We have a New Manager by the Name of Shannon, she has ONLY been working here for3 weeks, Shannon will take the time out of schedule to listen to her residents, She keeps her word about calling you back and keeping you in the loop while addressing Your NEEDS and Concerns. I signed my lease renewal in January and All I wanted was for Lofton Place Apts to clean my carpet and resurface my tub, Shannon has been here 3 weeks and She has address both of my issues from having a conversation with her last week on Thursday Today is Wednesday and everything I ask Shannon to do has been completed 🙂Shannon Ive been living here for a year, Where have you been? I wish they wouldve brought you here a year ago, because I know for a fact that Lofton Place Apts would have been a much better place to call home if you were the manager. 💯💯💯💯💯Thank You for Caring about Your Residents👏Melissa Coker ❤

    Destiny helped me with giving me information on the apartments. She was helpful and very kind and nice. She was willing to show me multiple units. The grounds were well kept and clean. Spacious apartments and high ceilings in the 2nd floor units as well. Very good pricing for the size of the units and the location as well. Go to destiny for help or questions if you come in there.

    The apartment is gated and has some really nice staff and a few just average staff. The amenities are good, nice grounds, and walkways and landscaping is done really well. Maintenance people are quick at fixing things and you don’t have to wait forever to get a simple fix. I like this place and it is really comfortable.

    Its not the best place and they do need to update on a few things but I have been living here for 2 years and its simple and I have only had one major problem and that was a leak but they fixed it . Yes it took 3 days for everything to get done but they called everyday to keep me informed.I dont like the grand apartments anyways because they make you pay for things you will never use so I like them and so does my wife. I think most ppl who have problems bring them. They helped me and it was pretty easy.

    Maintenance has been doing a great job. Every time I had any problems they responded at respectfully time and fix the issue that I have had doing this pandemic. I also had a yellow jacket bee nest that was in my door way. Instead of waiting on pest control they came over and sprayed and got it down. Thank you for the awesome service!!!

    Just moved in , and Its starting to feel more like home everyday ! The ladies of the office have been so kind and loving , I appreciate it so much. Maintenance is very fast and respond on time.

    I enjoyed my tour today with Destiny, she was very helpful in providing me with important information. I was able to walk around the complex and the environment was very nice and inviting. I feel that Lofton Place will be a wonderful place to live.

    I have been a tenant here for a year now and I just resigned a new year actually. This place is pretty cool, and a really nice place to live in my opinion. I like the maintenance staff here and the apartment has good amenities. Pretty quiet place and good neighbors.

    I like this place a lot. Living here has been a good experience and I made a few friends here with the neighbors. The office staff is real friendly and the apartment is clean most of the time. I think the school district is not so great though and the location is a little bit inconvenient though not that bad.

    I have been here for over nine years and I have seen Mangers come and go but up until now I just would like to appreciate Daniel the manager over this property for the hard work that he is putting into it sometime you have to wait until a person get in and get comfortable and see whats going on before you make a decision to say what theyre not doing he is a very very nice young man very respectful and I commend him and I give him five stars for coming in cleaning up behind other people thank you Daniel for all you do and keep up the good work and your maintenance team is very professional and very great young man.

    Pretty apartment complex good area... Hold up..THIS WILL CHANGE! Update nothing changed it was a great experience the few problems at the beginning where addressed and the overall experience was quite pleasant.
