We have been living at Live for the past 4 months. It has been wonderful so far. The staff is great and if any issues are brought to their attention they do their best to address them quickly and communicate with the residents. Everyone at the front desk is wonderful and always happy!We needed a few items corrected after we moved in and they were done quickly. The maintenance guys are great, they always say hi when they see us and ask if everything is going good.It is very quiet on our floor. They do a great job organizing events for the residents each month.You can’t beat the location!We are so happy with our decision to move here.

Amanda Lott is absolutely fantastic & great at her job . Not only did she show me the plan I was interested in but she showed 2 other ones as well. She was extremely nice n helpful . There was a floor plan that was out of my range by a small margin but I am considering it anyway because the treatment was so superb. I full recommend her for your tours & needs . She’s most definitely an asset to the Grandscape

I recently moved into Live Grandscape, and while the application process was straightforward and easy, the communication afterward was lacking. I had to be persistent in getting updates, but ultimately, I was able to complete my lease and all the necessary requirements in a timely manner. I ensured that everything, including rental insurance, move-in scheduling, and setting up utilities, was completed well in advance and communicated to the property via email and phone—about a week and a half before my move.However, on the actual move-in day, things were not prepared. Despite all my preparation, the property was unorganized, and my movers had to wait outside in the cold because someone else was already using the scheduled time. It was incredibly stressful and embarrassing, but thankfully, AB Moving was patient and understanding while I worked to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation for what happened, which left me questioning my decision to move in.That said, once the move-in chaos was over, all my concerns disappeared. The unit itself is stunning, with beautiful views of the Texas sky from my floor. The residents are friendly, maintenance has been quick and helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Nettles in the concierge department. He went above and beyond to address my concerns and reassure me during the transition, even assisting me with packages.While the move-in process started off rocky, the overall experience and the quality of the property have more than made up for it. I’m excited to call Live Grandscape my home and look forward to enjoying all it has to offer!

Our washer/dryer was not working he came to fix it & when it came to discovery the appliance was not working he delivered, installed & provided an excellent friendly experience for us with a brand new appliance. My boyfriend and I recently toured this property with Amanda who gave nothing less than spectacular service. Guiding us through several unique layouts to find a room that would best fit our needs. From start to finish Amanda was 5 stars, promptly answering all our various questions regarding the property amenities, room layouts and surrounding food/activities. I absolutely love my beautiful apartment! The location is fantastic. So much entertainment right outside my door and many restaurants to choose from. Management team is great as well. I am enjoying the resident activities to get to know my neighbors. Everyone is so friendly. Luxury living at its finest. I’m very happy I made the decision to make Live Grandscape my home!

I recently moved to Live Grandscape and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the move-in process smooth. My unit was brand new. The building is always clean and well-maintained, with great amenities. Most of the residents own dogs and are very dog friendly. The community areas are a great bonus, offering a nice place to relax or work. Plus, the location is convenient with easy access to great restaurants and entertainment. I highly recommend!

We’re empty nesters. So we downsized right after our last son left in June and moved to Grandscape. We love that we can walk to everything Grandscape has to offer. Live is great, lots of community activities and social gatherings to enjoy. We frequent both the pool and the workout facility. You still live in a building with other people so there is that to deal with, but overall it has been a great experience so far. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Really love living here. The amenities and appliances are a step above other apartments. The views are amazing, some of the best I’ve found. The people who work here, from the leasing office to the concierge, all do a great job.Grandscape itself is great too, clean, new, tons of restaurants and activities.Only things that would make it better are neighbors who don’t break things and a little less noise from the concerts on the weekends. But hey, nothing’s perfect. I’ve had two units here now and the 13th and 14th floors are the ones to go for.

Apartment living is nothing new to us as weve resided in many different complexes in a variety of different states. None of them have come close to LIVE Grandscape in regards to amenities. While the options are amazing, what is even better, the staff goes above and beyond to consistently create a community! Almost every week, the LIVE Grand team hosts events in the area and onsite to give residents a variety of ways to experience new things, support local businesses, and to get to know their neighbors better. The building is huge, but it gives small town vibes. Everyone is so good to one another.

Live Grandscape has amazing staff members/leasing agents. All of them are so helpful! I happened to have Meghan help me today and she was handling 3 customers at once and making it look smooth. She has a warm smile and is very informative. I’ve talked to all of the staff and they all are great, friendly and informative! Best place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance team is incredible. Building is modern and feels brand new. Views are incredible but none of that means nothing, without a great staff and team. Live Grandscape has it all!

We applied with the previous management company, and when it was about time for us to move in, this new management company had taken over, which I could not be more grateful for. Trish took care of us the couple months leading up to our move-in, and she has been incredible! She’s so sweet and professional. Any hiccups we had along the way, she’s taken care of in a timely manner. She even sat with me for a whole hour the day after we moved in due to some issues I had with our keys and signing up for the package lockers. I felt very welcomed to the property because of her kindness.Every staff member that I’ve met has also been so kind and helpful, from concierge to maintenance. I feel safe walking around the area at night. Concierge is 24 hours now. It’s nice to know any packages I receive will be held for me no matter what time they’re delivered and that they will be helpful if I have any guests or food deliveries.I agree with some of the other reviews saying the water has a strange smell. After dining at some of the restaurants nearby, I noticed their tap water tastes just as weird, so maybe it’s just the area.We’ve barely been here 2 weeks so far, but overall, we’ve been very happy since moving in!

Despite being scheduled to view multiple places after, Trish set such a standard that I applied before the weekend was over. This property is the only one I can say is true about what they are selling; the vibes are top-tier, along with the living conditions and operations. Been living here for a little over a year now, and a few months ago this review would’ve looked a lot different.The new property management has really made a difference in the short time they have been here. Justina and team are here to make an effort and remove the distaste that occurred the first year of opening. I will not dwell on the past. I am just happy to see the new management be communicative and actually manage a property.The property itself is very nice and up-kept. The kitchens are a little larger than they need to be in the one bedrooms, in my opinion. However, that’s a small issue for the many amenities that are offered. From location to concierge, there are many things going on within the Grandscape complex to enjoy. Many places to eat nearby and everyone living in the building is welcoming.Overall, beautiful property with an outstanding new management company that I would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience touring the property! Bri’Shanae made me feel comfortable right away and truly cares about what I wanted and needed. The facility is gorgeous and it felt like home. This property is nestled in the heart of Grandscape and has truly thought of everything from dog friendly parks, eateries and stores, to live music each weekend, go-karting and even a Ferris wheel!!! The Colony has a Residential High-Rise Luxury Apartment and Live Grandscape will not disappoint!!!
