I lived here for two years with my husband after having lived with my dad at Sync for 1 year. I love Austin and the rest of the office staff, as they have always been friendly and responsive. The maintenance team is friendly and they have been relatively prompt in my experience. The main office stays in communication via email and text, so you will know whats going on in the community. Sync is super family friendly, as there are always families and couples walking around. The office also likes to engage with the reaidents via games and family events. Food trucks come by, too, which is awesome. I am giving 4 stars because the rent is overpriced, as are most places. You are paying a mortgage but youre getting an apartment. Not the staffs fault, just the corporations being greedy as usual. The back gate on Eckhert has never responded to my clicker, but I also never bothered telling the office because I used the front gates. Parking is scarce towards the front of the complex, so Id stay away from those units. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay if you can afford it. I came here after my car was stolen in Castle Hills.

*Updated review* 1/17/25I followed up with the property and spoke with Edward. He answered all my questions I had regarding my disputes and went into detail about each item. He listened to my frustrations and had provided what he is wanting to do moving forward to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.As I had guessed with the property being bought out, information did fall through the cracks during transitions. Unfortunately, stuff like that happens when things are being passed off to one another.Thank you Edward for providing the time to go over this concern with me.————————Previous——————I moved to this place when it was known as sync at Arden and now it’s referred to as Lirio.My warning is to ensure the apartment follows through with what their vacate notice states because with me they didn’t. They never gave me a 30 day inspection and if they did they refused to provide that information when I requested it. I feel I wasn’t given a fair chance when moving out. This apartment complex made it difficult for me getting information after they charged me an amount that I felt was incorrect. I had to request more than once to get pictures they took detailing the “charges”. I stated I had confusion based off their notes and pictures regarding microwave, cleaning the valet trash can, full repaint and carpet repairing. I had to dispute going back and forth with them for over a month.I was being charged for a full microwave but in their picture it shows a clean microwave with the light on indicating it’s still working. After speaking with the billing team I understood it was a refusal on their end to explain their “charges”. In their own notes for charging an “unclean trash can” they put “clean trash can”. I was also being charged for a full repaint but in the pictures they provided it didn’t show all the rooms needing a repaint. I was provided by the apartment that “they stand by the final amount” even with me stating confusion. The renewal offer they provided in summer was for 1732 for a 2bd2bth and now the going price is $1200ish. The price dip was concerning based off their management transition.Not too sure if information fell through as I was moving out on the last month they changed management.When I was looking at apartments over 2 years ago the staff at the property were so nice and answered all my questions. The property had a lot of food trucks which were nice change for dinner night.I lived here for a little over 2yrs and had some wonderful years here but ran into a lot of issues when leaving.We did have recurring issues with the A/C and washer through out my time here. Maintenance was very nice and I understand the limitations on what they can fix before new items are needed. My roommate and I had multiple maintenance requests with our washer and they at most gave a temporary fix each time. The washer ran fine with nothing it in but once we put in a 2 pairs of pants and a few shirts it became over balanced easily. Even when putting 2 of the same blankets in the washer on both sides to balance it, it still had issues. Took me triple amount of time to wash basic clothing and required me to be at home to wash my clothes. I gave up after the 3rd try of putting in a request I got the impression they were only going to do a “temporary fix”.When I moved in the patio was covered in bird poop due to a preexisting nest. We had this noted and they never took care of it. I realized around the complex it seems everyone had that issue as well due to the wind chimes and screens put up.I personally feel the complex still has yet to answer the questions I had asked when I was recommended to dispute. The professionalism from the Olympus billing team was wonderful, but based off my understanding of that team being the middle man the complex basically refused to follow up with me.

I absolutely love Sync at Arden Park Apartments!! I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years now, and I couldn’t recommend this complex more! The office staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and timely; Erica, Chloe, Estrella, and Austin are the best!! Maintenance is very efficient and quick to respond to any requests. The complex has monthly events like wine nights, a Christmas party, poolside summer parties, and food trucks come monthly. The apartment buildings have elevators so it makes moving a breeze! Every time I have family and friends over to my apartment I get so many compliments about the complex and my apartment itself. There’s lots of families, medical professionals, and couples who live at this complex who are all very respectful/friendly as well. I’m so satisfied living here with my daughter and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon!

Great living experience, maintenance is always on point, food trucks every other weeks. Only thing is they don’t take great care of the bbq amenities, they only have 2 grills and one went out, it’s has been longer than a month since it’s been fix or updated, they never change out the burners so the one grill that actually works only 2 out of the 5 burners work. A fire place that hasn’t work since I moved in. As much money as we pay, you think the amenities would be working for the residents to use. Restroom at the pool are always dirty but the pool is decent. Overall the actual apartment is nice clean, and have pest control that visit every Tuesday. they have security goes by every night.

I enjoy living here. Its close to a HEB, CVS, LA Fitness, several gas stations and food places. Theres a gym room and a nice pool. One time my washer didnt work and someone came within two hours and fixed it. Great service!I left a review above about two years ago and now I will move out, because I am moving to Austin. Researching other apartments made me realize how amazing Sync at Arden Park is. The management team, especially Aly, were so helpful and understanding the last two years. They are very responsive and solution oriented. The buildings, pool and gym is clean and very quiet. I live on the 4th floor with an always working elevator and have a pool view. Couldnt have asked for a better place to live :-) Thank you for the great service! I will miss it!

I’ve been living here for about three years. The only real big complaint I can make is that the AC has to get fixed every year and it’s torture, but even with the lack of maintenance they’re pretty quick to get it fixed if it’s urgent. Management is pretty good about being accommodating, and very friendly. It’s pretty calm, a lot of families out and about. I do wish we had a better security patrolling. Anyways…I’ve enjoyed my time here and only reasoning I won’t be renewing is because my family is growing and we’ll be going to a house.

Me and my wife lived at this apartment complex for close to 2 years. Overall it was a good experience but it never lived up to the title of a luxury apartment.The management team here is great, Ive never had any issues reaching them and Austin and them seem to really care about us enjoying our time as residents. They host a lot of community events such as easter egg hunts, handing out Halloween candy, and they would schedule food trucks to come and park outside the complex. If you have a family or you value community the extra cost may be worth it to you. The property is also usually always clean, and there are always other tenets walking around so the environment feels fairly safe.Our rent for a 2 bed 2 bath was close to 1700 after fees and it always felt overpriced. I really think that if I am paying this much we should have better security features since the complex is so close to a main road. The gates can be out of commission for long periods and I would have really appreciated if some of the money went towards security cameras. Maintenance can also be a hit or miss depending on who they send you, the maintenance team is always around the complex and it semes like they might be a bit understaffed.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over 2 years and renewed our lease a couple of months ago.What keeps me from 5 stars doesn’t have anything to do with the office staff. There are ALWAYS people and families with children walking around the parking lots. Riding bikes, scooters, etc. Not the worst thing in the world but I’ve had a couple close calls. The office staff sends reminders out frequently that it’s not allowed but they can only do so much outside office hours.Now the good! Maintenance is ALWAYS on top of their work! Even minimal needs like lightbulbs or blinds malfunctioning, the issue is resolved in less than a week. Not too long ago, our AC went out and within a few hours it was fixed. Anytime I’ve ever had to contact the courtesy patrol, my needs have been addressed quickly!The office staff is so nice and caring! Multiple times they’ve gone above and beyond when a package was missing or I needed assistance. Especially Chloe!The pool is always clean and I have a pool view so I see the team cleaning it at minimum once a week. It gets packed pretty quickly. And of course the floor plans and interiors are quaint and elevated in quality.I’ve lived in 4 different complexes in SA and Sync at Arden Park is by far the best. We hope to stay here until we’re ready to look for a house ❤️

Sync at Arden Park has the absolute most helpful staff. I had never rented an apartment before and they walked me through the leasing process and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. Not only were they helpful they never once made me feel as though my questions were unreasonable. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face and were very professional. Unfortunately I decided to move to a different state to be closer to family but if I do decide to move back to San Antonio I will definitely go through their property.

The gym, pool area and doggy park are very clean and neat. Apartment comes with built in washer and dryer. Apartments are very spacious and adequate to your living situation. Beautiful granite tops. Valet trash pick up 5 days out of the week is very convenient. There is also an elevator for those that require one. Three entrences/exits relieves any morning traffic. Payments and work orders are made online. Credit rebuilding program is also available.

Any maintenance issues are always taken care of super fast. We love the amenities here and we really enjoy the beautiful pool. We love our apartment and how at home we feel here. We would definitely recommend living here and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

As far as maintenance, I don’t believe I’ve had to wait more than 2 days to have an issue resolved and they too are kind and respectful. The property is always kept clean. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I would recommend Sync to anyone looking for a great apartment.

We moved in during July of 2020, and have loved our experience at Sync! The office staff are kind and accommodating. They also bring in lots of food trucks! The maintenance staff members are quick, helpful, and always kind- not just to us, but our sweet pet as well. Finally, The neighborhood is located in the perfect area of San Antonio! We will be celebrating 2 years with Sync in July of this year, and will be happily renewing our lease again!10/10 highly recommend!

Have lived here for 4 years and am happy with the property. The staff is nice and I really like dealing with austin. He is very professional and helpful. Its very quiet here and the neighbors are all very nice and respectful. One area that I would like some information on is when they will be able to clean the dryer vents on the outside of the buildings. Every year the birds make nests in the vents on my building. This restricts the air flow from my dryer and causes it to overheat. I dont believe they have ever cleaned these vents, but I was told that they are looking into it. This is a fire hazard. Otherwise I am very happy with sync at Arden Park.

I have recommended this place to multiple people. I have lived here for about three years now. The apartment itself is nice (high ceilings, great for taller folks), the location is good for those wanting to be close to the med center. I love the pool and canopies in warm weather (not heated so no luck for winter swimmers). Management is nice and helpful, plus they do cute little events (best was a Diwali event with super good Indian food) and giveaways (I won a 50 dollar visa gift card this year).We have only needed maintenance a few times, and they were always quick (within a day or two even for non-urgent issues).My biggest complaint is they have raised the rent for two of our three lease renewals. (The rent for our fourth year here will be 141 dollars more per month than our initial contract three years ago). Understandable with COVID and inflation, but always a little bit of a bummer.Full disclosure: this review is part of a raffle - I get a chance to win a prize for writing a review, but there was no requirement for the content/rating. This is my honest review.

Office and maintenance staff are great. Very nice community. I have lived here 2 months and so far I am happy with the location, communication from office and the utility bills. . The hot weather has taken toll on everyones landscaping. - A playground for the kids would be nice so they wouldnt have to use apartment to run, jump and play for hours. I have to turn tv up to hear it over all the rumbling upstairs. Sounds like WWE smack down up there. The wall vibrates. I have lived in a lot of apts in med center and have never had that much noise from upstairs apt. Normal activity is inderstandable but letting kids run and jump inside apt is inconsiderate. Beautiful and well built apartments at decent location. Staff takes good care of the residents. Signing lease here is a cake walk. They are very quick in responding to all queries. The online system is amazing to pay rents and log in maintenance issues. They resolve the maintenance issues in less than a day and send updates via email and text. I highly recommend Sync at Arden Park, if someone wants to live around that area.

The ladies in the front office understood our urgency and gave us everything we needed to get started and quickly approved our application. I regret moving away from here. Other complexes really cant compare. Everything from the price, apartments, ameneties and staff were fantastic. I only ever had 2 major problems. 1 was fixed after a minor complaint so its not worth mentioning, and the other was silver fish. Had a bad problem not long after I moved in and it never really got resolved. Even then, theyre just a nuisance. If it werent for my job I would have stayed longer

SYNC is the best place to live. It’s an awesome place and very safe. I used to live at SYNC last year and I just moved last December. The reason I’m writing the review because I never met a management stuff nicer than them. Everyone in the office is super nice and they have an awesome manager too. For the maintenance, they have maintenance experts and they fix your problem asap professionally and trust me with SYNC you’ll never been ignored. I really miss my days there.

Arden Park is a wonderful community with friendly staff. The units are gorgeous with elevators and valet trash pick up. The manager of this community really sticks out to me. We enjoy the activities that are sometimes provided in the main building. My only complaints are the dog poop that pet owners dont pick up and when the side gate doesnt work I wish a sign could be placed on it. Its difficult to back out of that curve and I saw someone smack their car into the pole while trying to back up. Maintenance is quick to come when a request is put in and we love the daily trash pickup but have gotten warnings for silly things like having a trashcan liner in the trash can and placing the closed trash bag on top of the liner.

I love this apartment ! ( current resident)Yes people say its dirty, dog poop everywhere, and loud.dog poop is not really apartment problem first of all(its the dog owners resposibility), and i dont really see dog poops anymore (it was only a temporary issue)apartment being loud, loud is a subjective term and any apartment can be loud depending on your neighbor(downstairs or upstairs) or quietIve had a loud neighbor and i complained to management and they took care of it within two days (they actually send him notice and he stopppped)This is a luxury apartment,in expensive area( medical center). I really hope this apartment can bring more people who are sophisticated and classic.Oh btw whole management team and the new manager is super nice !

Upon move-in our toilet wasnt working and overflowing. Management has now dealt with the issue. Their customer service was friendly and helpful.
