    Just moved here last week, have had a great experience overall. There was a little mixup with the unit I was supposed to be renting but the team at the office immediately fixed it for me and were great to work with! Ana and Brooke were especially helpful and were so willing to help me out and answer all my many questions lol.So far I love the location and the price is super reasonable, all my maintenance requests have been resolved in the same day and all the other residents seem friendly and respectful.Super glad I moved here!! :)

    The team at Link at Plano is absolutely amazing. Angie the Property Manager, Jordan and Mark in Maintenance, Johnathon from their plumber company and even the venders came through for me recently in which I want to share with anyone interested in living here. Their whole team in which I have interacted with have all been a positive experience including their trash pick up. I believe it is the people that create the experience for the residents, and this team of caring individuals create a comfortable living experience overall. I say that by the experience itself which speaks volumes. What I continually encounter from this team is total care which comes directly from the heart. I say that because that has been my personal experience at Link at Plano.

    Starting my second year living here nowPROs:- Maintenance team are absolutely awesome in my opinion, I couldnt be more happy with them.- Location is nice, the apartment have a good view for sunset.- I thought the apartment going to be noisy since its next to the dart station and a bar street but surprisingly I dont hear anything.CONs:- the security gate not working from time to time but not the end of the world for me, the maintenance team get to it very quick when I rant to them.

    I called my apartment my little Paradise. Cause I make it that way!! I like being downtown close to my work and the Farmers market. The complex has done improvements along the way the I have been here almost 5years. Several different management change over through the years. And I have looked at it their office crew can only do what they are allowed to do. the crew that we have now is great they listen to you and try to help you every way they can. The maintenance crew came in and fixed everything I requested as usual they always do the best job. There are some negatives to it and mainly it is pet owners.I truly wish that people would do is clean up after their dogs. I am tired of walking down my hallway that neither one of us have dogs in my hallway. But we have dog pee all the time. And That is the owners responsibility. If you cannot take care of your animals in your apartment or outside then you should not have one. It is truly not the neighbors responsibility or the complex to clean up after other peoples animals it should be the owner of the animal in the complex needs to hold them accountable for it.The parking garage is atrocious there is so many compact car spaces and Not very many full-size vehicle spots. If you have a full-size car you hope and pray that there is one open. And hope you don’t see a compact car park in a bigger space when there is so many compact spaces.

    I recently got a job in Dallas and wanted a nice studio apartment in a nice area. My budget was not high, so I stopped into the leasing office to see what was available. Thaddeus reviewed the listings and got me a great deal on a place that checked all the boxes for me. Ask for him if you go there. Great experience.

    I am starting my 3rd year here and love it. It has just been purchased by a new company and so many fun changes are being made. It really nice to see it being cleaned up and cared for like it should have been all along. Anthony and Erica in the office are so kind and helpful. Anthony is always willing to help with any questions I have. Of course there are drawbacks to any older property, but to me it just adds to the charm. I love being downtown and hearing live music on the weekends and walking to grab coffee or a meal. Its been such a wonderful place to call home.

    I have been here almost a year and I have to say I really like it here. My apartment is quiet and my neighbors are respectful compared to some places I have lived in the past. The location is perfect and the office staff has always been attentive and helpful whenever I have needed to reach out.

    Myself and my wife are moving in today. Thaddeus has been very helpful during our transition and I look forward to living in the heart of downtown Plano.     Nice apartment mid-rise home located in the middle of downtown Plano. Easily accessible to the GB turnpike and 635. Located directly adjacent to the DART red/orange line, downtown Plano station. Convenient for access to events in metro Dallas area. Very nice staff, pet friendly, but first and foremost, people first

    These apartments have been my home for a little over 2 years, I can safely say there has been major improvements in management, maintenance and overall hospitality. Its always refreshing stepping in to the business center to see DJ and Christina. It doesnt go unnoticed that these girls love what they do and it shows in their compassion. I without a doubt recommend Bel Air K Station for anyone looking for an APT in the Plano area!

    I’ve been at these apartments since 2020, and it’s largely been a good experience. It can be a little challenging getting the office staff on the phone, but they are great about responding quickly by email. Rent rates are reasonable for the location. Staff is very friendly and understanding.

    Jorge is an awesome member of your team. He has worked relentlessly o0n our chronic HVAC issue. Although we still do not have HVAC it is not attributed to Jorges lack of effort. It would appear that the A/C Manufacturer delivered a damaged or flawed new A/C unit. Jorge is working diligently w/ his management to rectify the situation. In the mean time we have a small window A/C unit that it handling the load in a moderate fashion. We hope the weather does not get to warm before the manufacturer resolves this issue.     Ive lived in Bel Air K Station (my 3rd management) since i moved in, year 2015. Used to be called Eastside Village and K Avenue Station. I had a great experience and have called it my home for 5 long years, great location too with affordable rental price. As much as i wanted to extend my stay, unfortunately, things happened so quickly in July, and decided to move out 2 months ago.Took me 2 months to post this, but, always thought of all of you.I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following staff; :)Christina, though at first, i was a little disappointed of how she handled one of my inquiries, but later on, when i was able to get to know her better, ive always appreciated her for everything that she does to the community. Shes a beautiful, young lady with a good heart. Learned many great things from her.Jorge (from the maintenance), whenever i submit a work order, he always fixed everything i need like a superman, and very friendly too. Always made sure, i was satisfied with the job hes done.Last but not the least, DJ, for graciously attending to all my needs, always in good spirits, very hospitable, smiling face. We all need this kind of personality especially nowadays. Everyone says positive things about her. Such a sweet, beautiful lady inside and out.And also, the staff from the 14th St leasing office are awesome too, treated me really nicely and professionally. (sorry, forgot the names).This community is one of the best places to live in. Not only they treat you well as a tenant, but also, treat you as a member of their family.Again, thank you and hope to visit yall one day! God bless.

    Great Place to Live ! Quiet, convenient - only steps away from Downtown Plano and DART station. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is always handled in a professional and quick manner. Great Value and would recommend to anyone.

    I have lived here about 5 years now and overall we really like it. When there has been a problem the front office (Lyndsey in particular) were exceptional in handling it. I love living downtown and would recommend living here.

    I really like it here. The management team has been great. My complaint is the people who refuse to pick up after their dogs. Not much management can do about it without setting up 24/7 surveillance. I definitely wouldnt want them to ban dogs or anything.

    The Link is an excellent place in an excellent location! Its in a fun area but still quiet. Very well updated interiors and very clean, well-kept exteriors. I especially enjoyed working with Deanna, she is very bright and helpful.

    Older facility that needs updating to compete with surrounding properties. Maintenance crew is the best I have ever seen! Management doesn’t share much empathy and can be helpful or a waste of time.

    Beautiful apartment, I got a so whats around the location it was excellent to give an indication every apartment was taken much to my disappointment but definitely somewhere I would definitely like to live I mean the train is right outside its a nice quiet downtown plano area and essentially you know more than five or 10 minutes away from what you need
