We lost our last rental home to a sewage flooding, Mya in the office did a tremendous job in helping us get into a home IN ONE DAY!! They were fast, efficient , friendly and made this experience easy in this hard time.

I went by for a tour and was helped by Matt, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Donna was also very friendly and welcoming as I walked in. After realizing their other neighborhood was also in the area, they sent me over to their team member Whitney. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour I had with both Matt and Whitney, keep doing what y all are doing! Highly recommend checking these neighborhoods out 10/10 office staff!

Linea Stillwater Is an amazing community. I am so happy with the choice we made to move here. The staff here Chris, Donna, Ryan are so amazing! Chris and Donna are always here to help you with anything you need and will play with your doggie and give them treats whenever they meet them.The only complaint I have is the storage space is the houses. The kitchen could do more storage.Besides that this is a fantastic community with amazing people

I have lived in this neighborhood for a year. The neighborhood is amazing! its very peaceful and quiet and very safe. The management staff are incredible! Donna and Chrys are absolutely amazing and wonderful people. The maintenance staff is great too. very attentive and quick to respond. We just bought a house and are very sad that we have to move now. We will definitely miss this place. I highly recommend renting in this neighborhood! Best in Georgetown!

We have loved living here. If you visit the leasing office, talk to Chrys SPECIFICALLY. She is helpful and transparent, genuinely cares about her tenants, and will make the process so easy for you. Maintenance is attentive and is quick to respond, Ryan is a great guy to work with. The neighborhood is welcoming, we’ve had great neighbors. We would recommend living here.

Thankful to this community for their help and professionalism during a stressful time in my life. My mother was ill in hospital and I needed a house to rent quickly and short term (six months in my case) so I could be near her and my Dad left at home alone. The whole rental process was great. The office personnel were great too. Chrys and Donna were always happy and helpful. IF you can manage to get a rental in this community (there is a waiting list) you will be very glad you did.

Linea Stillwater has been amazing to work with so far! We needed a last-minute house rental when doing construction on our home, and we were able to line up a new home super quickly! Chrys in the office took excellent care of us (and Donna, too, I believe is her name!) and helped us coordinate a rental quickly and easily. I love that the properties are houses, not apartments, and are available for rent. Thats such a nice change, especially in times of COVID. Private houses, private yards, nice playground and basketball court for the family. Will be a nice place to call home for a bit!

Great neighborhood! I have loved living in Linea Stillwater over the past two years. The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained and the neighbors are polite and considerate. Kris and Donna in the office are very helpful and accommodating have been lovely to work with over the years! Linea Stillwater is a wonderful place to call home in Georgetown and is close to The Square and so many great restaurants and shops.

We needed a place with our own yard and a bit more space while our new home was being built and Linea Stillwater offered great leasing options. They have been professional, courteous and friendly - not to mention quick to respond if any issues come up. These are all pretty much brand new homes - so issues are few and far in between. There is also a nice park in the community. We highly recommend!

We choose this community while our new home is being built. We have had a great experience. We needed a short term lease and being able to set your own lease terms is exactly what we needed. Signing documents was easy, move in was a breeze. The space provided to great for our needs. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for at home, feel good community.

Ive lived here for awhile, was one of the first residents on my street, and its been a completely amazing experience! We had a few problems when we moved in, somewhat expected with a brand new house, but the outstanding management and maintenance here took care of everything and always did everything they could to make it right. Special shoutout for Chrys in the office, she has been our go-to-gal for everything weve ever needed and has always gone above and beyond to help us any way she can. A++, 5 🌟, 10/10, Would DEFINITELY Recommend!

Property manager Chrys, and her team, especially Donna and Arion took exceptional care of me and my family and we couldnt be happier. The house that we moved into is clean, quiet and comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. I cant recommend Line Stillwater strong enough! Very Happy! Nice convenient location to access major highways, and did I mention its nearly impossible to find a nice, new rental house!!The ladies in the leasing office are amazing to work with. Last Summer (2020) we were desperate to find a place to rent in Georgetown. We came across Linea Stillwater and is was truly like an answer to our prayers. Right from the start they were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Chrys and Donna to a wonderful job. They answered all our questions and made our move-in easy cheesy. Our house is finally complete and they continue to be wonderful to work with as we plan for the next chapter in our lives. Thanks Chrys and Donna and for the whole Linea Stillwater team.
