I must say that it has been a pleasure moving in to this property. From the beginning the property manager Michelle Arnold was amazing. She is very professional individual and takes pride in what she does, because she went above and beyond explaining the property in detail. She made the leasing process very easy and explained and walked me through everything. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The property is so quiet and relaxing and in the ideal location, close to all major highways and plenty of nightlife and restaurants. So glad to call this home. Thanks Michelle Arnold for making my choice so easy, awesome job!!!!!

Living here is truly like finding home. I’m so grateful for Laura, the property manager. She has truly made my time here the best experience I could’ve asked for. I met so many amazing people out by the pool and in passing around the community as well. This should be your next place to live!

I’m very happy to have a new manager that is doing amazing things. Laura Lambert is friendly and has taken care of maintenance issues that have been going on for years. She is very supportive and easy to work with. I have seen her here many late nights working long hours to help all the residents. Yea to Laura and her team keep up the good work. Jack Apt 115

This is probably one of the best units I’ve ever rented from! From day one I have had such a pleasant experience. Isa, the leasing office manager has been so kind, and super informative when I was searching for a place to call home. She has gone above and beyond to be helpful, and is always so nice and professional! The staff is amazing, and I love the location. If I could leave ten stars I would! Would highly recommend!

Property well managed and always being maintained. Grounds very clean and landscaping in perfect condition constantly. Property secured with locked entrance requiring pass code or entry device to interior and garage.Pool/jacuzzi area child proof and tastefully landscaped. Have never spotted anything out of place. Cameras in operation.

Beware older building, but management is good. Repairs are made promptly. This apartment community is extremely friendly, but not intrusive. Covered secured parking, security throughout building, fireplace in each unit and pool. Once beware it is an older building not everything is brand new, but it is clean, safe, secure and well managed.

This property is well managed and extremely clean. Very secure with access code gates and secure underground parking garage. The Manager/Leasing Agent, Chastity is very attentive and professional with excellent knowledge of the property and made the entire leasing experience a breeze. Excellent follow up at all levels! Appreciate the above and beyond service and communication from Manager.

Quaint apartment complex in the heart of Uptown. Right next door to Eatzis on Oak Lawn!Property management is great—very friendly and helpful. They are quick to fix issues and lend a hand. The apartments are spacious and the pool/hot tub area is great.

Leasing agent was helpful when moving in was quik and easy process. The best part of this place is the maintenance guy. Only person but works all the time. Even at night when the building plumbing is leaking.
