I have lived at Limestone Ridge for a year now. There have been a few property managers who have come and gone. Some were better than others.But the heart and quality of this place comes from the incredible maintenance man, German Bena! He works SO hard to keep this a good place to live and has kept it up in spite of the various managers who pass through. He will bend over backwards to help the residents and has often been called in on his days off with no complaint from him. He has incredible work ethic and truly cares that we have a good place to live. He takes pride in his job and is AMAZING at it. This place isnt a dump and its all thanks to German Bena, the maintenance man.

Out of every apartment I have lived at this is the best apartment I have lived in. The bad part is there is 3-5 residents that believed they do nothing wrong. This is nothing compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. Eva and German are the best care takers I’ve ever seen. I trust both of them with everything I own. My water heater was leaking and they called me and let me know. They had the water heater replaced within a few hours. When a pipe froze in the wall I called and within 30 min german was knocking on my door to fix the problem. If I have any problems with anyone in the apartment all you have to do is make 1 call and they are on the way to help. Most of the people who have been writing bad comments about this place are not following the policy that they signed. So take everything with a grain of salt. I was told when I moved here that this was not a good place to live by the locals. But I have had nothing but a good experience at this apartment. Most of the stuff you hear from the local is from before Eva and German became managers. 90 percent of the renters are amazing. There are those few that cause problems.

The apartment manager Eva has been nothing but the sweetest & has been so helpful! things that needed to get done in the apartment have been done quickly by German. Their entire staff is the best & is always keeping the apartments up to date in a timely manner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have only lived here since July 2021 but I love how welcoming and friendly all the staff is here. They manger Eva treats your family like her own. She’s always there if you need anything! When I moved in she said “ just because these people are low income doesn’t mean they deserve to be treated that way.” She respects us and sees us as more then just low income families.

EVA the manager has been AMAZING with helping me go through the process of applying and getting into an apt! She is bar far the friendliest and eager to assist when it comes to finding a apartment! German in maintenance has been so kind and keeping me in the loop as far as any repairs that ever need done! BEST SERVICE EVER RECIEVED! BAR NONE!

I have lived at Limestone Ridge for about two years now and I have nothing but good things to say! The leasing manager is always eager to help in any situation. The grounds are very well kept and presentable. Another big plus is how quick Maintenance is at taking care of any fixes.
