For the Sebastian/ apartments behind the officeCommon area cleanliness: 1/5, pool is green, trash and animal feces everywhere.Management: 4/5 sometimes hard to reach, but are understanding people. Any maintenance needed is done within 48-72 hours. Kind people.Price of rent: 4/5 good rate for a 2 bedroomPet/Service Animal/ESA friendly: 5/5Pest Control: 2/5 only saw them onceTrash pickup: 4/5, one star down because I always have to reattach the trash can lid.Safety of the area: 5/5 security systems are installed in every apartmentDistance from grocery stores and the college: 4/5 most is in walking distanceTransferring apartments: 5/5 we upgraded to a two bedroom and it was a smooth process.Air conditioning works well, heating works well, dishwasher can be iffy but I find it easier by hand anyway, some apartments have hookups for washers and dryers and some don’t, there’s a laundry room, you’ll never have to worry about losing your key to they apartment, just forgetting your pin code. The system will alert you if a door or window is opened and you can arm the security system as well. Only issue is general cleanliness for the most part.

Its an okay few complexes (you get what you pay for), they have really been stepping up their game the past year though. It is not near are nasty as it used to be. There are 2 employees there that if I needed something I would wait for them because I knew things were going to get done. It is Katelyn and Jasmine, rave for them.

Great townhomes and leasing staff! I always ask to speak with Adelheid, she can solve a problem like no other. The leasing staff at the office are great to deal with and are upfront about things rather than winging through it. The maintenance team always shows up when they say they will and always get the job done in a timely manner. Great property all around, would def recommend.

Ive been living at apartments leased through Stephenville Apartments going on 3 years now. They have been fantastic for me- Maintenance has been out the same day I put in for an issue (if not same day then itll be the next), their staff is friendly and out of the 2 different apartments Ive lived at with them (The Columns/Auburn Place) Ive enjoyed my time at both properties.

I am the Property Manager at Stephenville Apartments, with that been said I have been also been a resident since 2015! I thoroughly enjoy living here and appreciate all that the staff does to create an enjoyable environment for me to reside in.

I LOVE living with Stephenville Apartments! The prices are just right and the office staff and maintenance team is so helpful and kind! Everyone should lease with Stephenville Apartments!

Adelheid and Caela are awesome everytime I have a question they always help me figure out a solution. For example my ac was making a loud noise and the same day it was fixed.

I have been living at stephenville apartments for about 5 months and I have had no problems. adelheid and caela are very sweet if I need help with something they go out of there way to help. Thank you
