Just moved into these apartments. Sarah was very helpful in showing us around & made the application process easy. They answered my calls when/if i had any questions. The apartment itself is in great condition, and the complex is located right off the loop, which is convenient!

I am very impressed with this apartments. They are beautiful, we came in a couple weeks ago looking for a three bedroom even though there isn’t one available at the moment we decided to wait because of the cleanliness, the amenities and over all the staff and how they great us during our visit. Everyone in the front office was great including Brittany who helped us. Management was very knowledgeable and professional looking forward to moving in to Pellicano soon

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Any maintenance requests were taking care of not only in a timely matter but professionally done as well. The location is close to shopping and just about anything you could need. I highly recommend Pellicano for your next apartment home.

The office staff in here is great. I went to ask for information about a 3 beds apartment and even though they didn’t had anything available yet, I am willing to wait. The property is really good looking, the apartments as well, and the office staff are really helpful. They showed me all of their amenities, some available apartments, and explained everything in detail.

They asked for an honest review, and heres one. The property itself its nice, appliances and some light fixtures seem dates, but given the age of the property its understandable. The amenities are nice, the pool area is huge and the pool really looks inviting. The gym needs a little work/updating. But what really makes the difference for me, is the service, from both office and maintenance. And on this part, they do get 5 stars, everybody at the office is really attentive and welcoming, not sure where these other bad reviews are coming from, because Ive been always received with a smile and with competent people who actually care and truly want to help you, and thats what makes any other negative into a positive. Cuddos to the whole staff.

Love the property! Has such a great team and amazing costumer service. Ms. Liz is a great manager and treats everyone so wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and so are the apartments. I can truly call this place home!

The new management team is incredible. Liz and Jimena are always attentive and take care of our needs. I went for a tour last week and they showed me different apartments until we found the perfect floor plan for me. They’re the most amazing people I have met. The customer service at Pellicano is the best in El Paso ❤️

I toured the property last week and I left in love! The community is really pretty and well kept. The office staff is super friendly and they made sure they answered all my questions. Unfortunately i couldnt qualify to any unit at the moment because of some income restrictions they have, but the Manager Liz told me that as soon as they get one that I can qualify for they will reach out and I cant wait! Im ready to move to Pellicano!

I was in El Paso touring properties because I’m moving there from NY soon, and I stopped by Lifestyles at Pellicano and I was in awe with the service I received. Coming from NY, im used to getting a “cold” service, but in here, the whole staff was super nice, welcoming and answered all my questions in the best way possible. the apartment complex is really nice and the apartments are very spacious compared to what im used to have. I cant wait to move to El Paso and apply here.

This has to be best complex on the east side. We went in to tour the facility and Yuri the lady that helped us, was great. She showed us around and payed special attention to our kiddos. We love that the Yuri took the time to answer all of our questions. She made us feel like she genuinely wanted us to come live here. Its nice to see that people still know what customer service is. We also like how the facility is clean but still comfortable. The apartments are very nice, well kept and very roomy. We will definitely be recommending Yuri and Lifestyles to everyone! Thank you Yuri!!

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and so far I have no complaints. It was so hard finding decent apartments that were not outrageously expensive, and most importantly were pet friendly with no breed or weight restrictions. The grounds and facilities are up-kept and clean. Office staff is extremely sweet and helpful, they go above and beyond for their residents. Yury was amazing when helping us with the process of applying and moving in, she made herself readily available and answered all of our questions. Overall my experience thus far at these apartments has been exceptional.

Ive been a tenant with lifestyles since 2021 and will be until I leave the city! Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. Ms.Yurycelly and her staff at lifestyle are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. Ive always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended lifestyles apartments to many of my friends looking for a place.

I used to live here from 2016-2020 and I really liked it. Now he moved back here since March and it feels like being home again. Its a very safe place to live and we really enjoy all the amenities that this community has! We really appreciate the office staff and the maintenance staff as well!

Sarah led me on a tour of this property and it was absolutely beautiful! She informed me of all the floor plans, amenities, and answered any questions i had. She was extremely welcoming and I felt right at home. I definitely recommend asking for Sarah if you’re looking to tour this property!

My husband and I lived here for two years while stationed at Fort Bliss. I always felt really safe here when he left or was deployed and its gated which is a plus. The maintenance staff is amazing. They get everything done in a timely manner and respond quickly. The amenities are really nice, although I wish the gym was more complex (racks and free weights). The pool is perfect for the summer and the hot tub is great in the fall. Lastly, the management and staff are amazing as well. They were always so helpful to explain things I didnt understand and answer questions I had. They knew us by name as well, so that is an added touch. Make this your home :)Cons: Sometimes the gate doesnt work/close, I prefer an updated gym, some people were loud after hours and the walls tend to be thin.

Lived at Puerta Villa at Pellicano for 4 years, great experience overall with no major problems. I would recommend.Pros: Friendly office staff and maintenance team; all maintenance requests and other concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Very pet-friendly and gated community; I often walked my dog after dark and felt safe doing so. Reasonable price; rent increased a reasonable amount or stayed the same every time we renewed, and move-out charges for cleaning and damage were fair.Cons: Recently worsening feral cat problem; I saw at least 4 adult cats and a litter of brand-new kittens in the weeks before we moved away. Beware of dog poop and off-leash pets in grassy areas; policies in place regarding these issues do not seem to be effective.

Very beautiful complex. Inside interior is very nice and modern and well planned such as outlets and switches. No lighting in bedrooms so bring some lights. No noises from neighbors. New and clean carpet throughout the apt. Maintainnance team is EXCEPTIONAL. They will fix your house trouble quickly and professionally. Dog poop on lawn and picnic area has been a recent problem but I blame the ignorant tenants. Office ladies are ok. Anna is thoughtful and very friendly. The other two, not so much, sort of lazy and bossy. If you dont have lots of things to deal with office people, your life here will be beyond great in a bustling and busy city.

Puerto Villa was the first place my fiancé and I moved into since moving to El Paso for work. Reyna helped me throughout the entire process and has been there for us for all of our needs. Erika, the manager, is also very understanding and will listen to you when you come to her with a concern. Very professional staff and deliver to expectations. Left PV due to a deployment, but was lucky to have picked a reliable apartment and staff to work with.
