    If I could give more than 5 starts I would service was top notch here! Alicia was amazing! From the day my husband and I went apartment hunting here she was always helpful, so nice , and always always kept it 100% real when explaining prices and everything to us. She provided such great customer service! And beyond that! ALICIA IS AWESOME 🤩!! THANK YOU!!And honestly all the girls and everyone here is so nice. So if you’re looking to live somewhere I would definitely recommend here 1000% it’s also a nice area to stay at and a lot of convenience stores nearby :))))

    I have enjoyed my new residence at the Legacy Apartments, the entire staff and maintenance have been absolutely awesome and I love my new apartment. Great place to live.

    Brought my grandma here to find an apartment. Honestly more then the pretty apartment, I was impressed by Rebeccas great attitude, honesty, and genuine care towards my grandma. She has since been so helpful and I couldnt say better things about any leasing agent we had come across before signing this lease- get an apartment here but first ask for rebecca !

    Five Star ! This place is great I was looking for something close to Dallas and found it, very pleased plus plenty of locations around foods stores etc. The manager was very helpful and answered all question. I’m loving it here!

    I have a friend that lives there so she was telling me to move there so I decided to take a tour. Alicia the assistant manager toured me and was explaining all the upgrades that they have done and I was very impressed. They are very spacious! Thank you Alicia, I definitely will be putting in my deposit soon!!

    Have been living at this property for almost 2yrs. Have seen many changes, but one thing I can definitely say that has been consistent is the responsiveness & help from the Office Staff. From Management to Leasing Agents, I have always received quick & thorough assistance whether I have a maintenance or financial inquiry. They will help & keep you thoroughly updated & that assures me that my stay here is important. Thanks Greg, Rosa, & Staff.

    I have lived here since August 2018. For the price, my stay here has been great. The staff is kind and courteous and my work orders always get taken care of promptly. Im glad theyre under new management because they seem more organized. The only issues I have is 1. The laundry facility--the dryers dont dry your clothes properly and sometimes you end up spending $10 just to wash and dry 1 load of laundry. Sometimes the washers dont work and your clothes will get soaking wet. Its such a hassle! 2. The way they bill you for water utilities is strange. You dont pay based on your individual use but instead they charge you based on your buildings usage. So if you live by yourself and dont use that much water, dont be surprised if your water bill is $50-60 every month. Everything else is good--no sketchy people/neighbors, parking is not a problem, and they are pet friendly.

    Great place! I lived here for half a year. Everyone is polite and very helpful. I did all the contract via email, because I was moving from PR to Texas. Kery was very kind and patient with me. When I got to the apartment it was very clean. I only ask to fix one curtain and they did it in less than 24 hours. They help me with everything. I never have problem with plagues or anything. Only one little problem with the garbage service, but they fix it. I didn’t even have problems when I move out. I move out because I need a place closer to my workplace. I got my deposit back! I recommend this place 100%.Thanks to the Lexington team! They are amazing! Especially Kerry!!

    I’ve been here a year now, and just signed a new lease. I was disappointed my rent was raised, but overall it has been a positive experience. The neighbors are nice, and I’ve had minimal problems. I didn’t not like the fact my rent was raised, but the location is nice. There have been some safety issues but security was immediately called and I feel as safe as possible in a Dallas apartment. I’ve seen complaints about roaches, and although I’ve seen a couple I would NEVER call it “infested” as some reviews I have read. Pest control comes whenever requested. Maintenance is always friendly and prompt whenever I have any issues.

    Such a great place and nice community to stay at. The staff is amazing and are willing to work with you with any problems that arise through out the process of getting your lease together. Rebecca was my leasing consultant and she was so amazing! I would advise her for all your needs!

    Been living here at the Brighton since July. The area is great to live in, everything seems conveniently nearby - recently there has been a change in management. Everything has felt like a breath of fresh air since then too. I feel like any concerns that I have had, have been taken care of and the staff are so much more personable. The only thing Id say is the apartments are not really insulated that well and a few decor and upkeep issues but I think that is due to previous set of management! So nothing to do with current management or the quality of living in the area.

    Amazing Property & Staff! It took me a while and lot of due diligence to finally decided on a new place to live Lexington Apartments.     I was looking for another residence and came across this apartment complex. I called and Kerri was so helpful. She was prompt in making sure my apartment was ready prior to my move in date, she had all of my documents prepared before I came in. She followed up quickly and professionally with any questions I had. Overall, she very professional, friendly, and about her business. I love my apartment and everything about the community. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.

    I moved to Lexington apartments about two months ago and so far I absolutely love it. The apartments for the most part are quiet and peaceful. There is always parking so when I come home from work late at night Im not stressed about finding an open spot. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff seems to genuinely care about taking care of any issues that arise. My favorite is Melvin the maintenance man! He is attentive, professional and goes above and beyond to take care of work orders.

    I have lived at the Lexington for 4 years and have enjoyed my time here. The neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other. Only a few maintenance problems over the years and they have been timely fixed. Location is great, close to stores, freeways, dining and doctors. My overall experience has been great!!

    The apartments, both exterior and interior, are beautiful and classy. The walking paths give off a mysterious, village vibe that gives you a warm feeling when walking them. The work orders are responded to very quickly. While there can be issues with small things, most problems are fixed relatively quick. Its a great value for the rent you pay.

    Im moving in next week, so far the staff has been good, the area is perfect because it’s close to my work site. The community is amazing.I did move in and my lease is up and really grateful with the staff including maintenance. I have enjoyed my stay here while I was here on work. Thank You Lexington for always making sure all is good with your residents.

    My family and I have lived at Brighton for a year and a half now. It is a nice and quiet area and we have been fortunate to have good neighbors. When we have needed things fixed or done in our unit, the maintenance staff comes within a reasonable amount of time. Lorena and Rhonda are always helpful and easy to communicate with in person or via e-mail. The schools nearby have good ratings and are part of the Richardson Independent School District. It is a very family friendly community, close to restaurants and stores, and is not too far from the Galleria.

    Can you say helpful! Ladies in the office are very nice. I love even more how fast and responsive the maintenance team is. Mr. Melvin should of been here a year ago when my garbage disposal kept breaking. Lol I’m sure it would of been done right the first time if he was here. Nice apartments

    Ive been here 3 years and its had its highs and lows. The past 6 months have been overall the best part of my experience here.Pros: Great schools. Convenient Area. Relatively safe (keep your wits about you and use common sense.) Friendly neighbors. Great office-staff.Cons: Old units. Horrible blind spots when exiting the premises due to street parking.

    Great location. Older property but upgrades have/are being made. How many other places do you know that have had chimney and dryer vent sweeps performed, reducing the chance of fire?Staff is great, location is great, and price is really good for Far North Dallas. I have called this home for over 18 months and enjoy it.Come by and check out The Brighton!

    I have been living at The Brighton for over 10 years. The staff is very helpful getting maintenance work done quickly. Also since they have gone paperless, they are very helpful to me, explaining how to use the computer efficiently. The location is great for me as it is on a bus line.

    This management team deserves 5 stars because they earnestly try to get and keep our property not just livable, but beautiful and pleasant. Ive lived here for over a decade, and this management team is one of the best. While I may not always agree with their decisions, I understand that some concessions must come along with apartment living. They are willing to listen, which is HUGE for me. This Brighton team has raised the bar. My apartment has large rooms and closets, and the location is ideal. I have contemplated moving, but cant find similar value in this area.

    Though Ive only been living here a couple of months now, the front office(especially Rhonda) has been wonderful. Every time Ive sent in a work order they personally contact me to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They are quick and efficient when answering question and make sure the job is done right.

    My brother and I moved in on the first of September. It was a smooth move in.The Lexington Apartment are a old Apartment unit, but the managers have kept the property up very well. Neighbors are very quiet. And you see children with happy faces.

    We are happy with our apartment even though they are older the current management is improving the look both inside and out. The manager Lorena and her staff are always helpfull and make sure they take care of our concerns. The Apts are spacious for the price plus all the other things they provide like the community garden and the dog park! They also have monthly events for all of us.

    Guys this location is awesome! The atmosphere is clean and very welcoming! Girls in office, Lorena and Rhonda are extremely helpful they really do a great job, very sweet! And matinince is awesome!! They honestly go over and beyond to make sure your happy. I needed a new door and it was replaced imideitly. The guys did great supper friendly!     Everyone is really nice and courteous. Coming from a smaller city I wasn’t sure where I could go that would be safe and affordable. Well I found the place. No issues with neighbors and if there was any they would handle it appropriately. It’s a great place live. Everything is close by including downtown Dallas, many great shops and restaurants.highly recommend this place.

    Oh my Gawd! My experience on this property has been nothing short of Magnifico! That’s magnificent for those who were not aware. Not important but what was made clear to me whilst living here is that “I” am important to the staff, my concerns if any are top priority and are handled in a timely manner. Maintenace orders, however large or small in task are handled promptly and most importantly professionally by an always joyful and attentive Maintence man. I dare not single any of their members out as they are all equally my top pics. The leasing staff who you would normally expect to lower their acknowledgment of your importance once you have received your keys continue to treat me as importantly as the day I walked in asking about their prices. Again I dare not single any of the leasing professionals out for they are as equal to me as I am to God and all his children. Lastly, the Manager, the manger I’ve had very little interaction with due to the office staff handling all the common bumps in the road that come with renting an apartment as is their job is to handle until it needs to go higher, which clearly as outlined in my book report, has not. She is however situationally aware of the ins and outs of her office and most importantly the property grounds as the few interactions I’ve had with her prove that the delicate operation of running the property run as smooth as an operation in the hospital. The manager as the surgeon focused on her patient the property and all it’s inhabitants and her staff diligently sticking to their appropriate task to pull off a successful operation.

    I have been living at Brighton since August 2017 and have found that it is a VERY nice area, quiet with lots of friendly neighbors. Rhonda is a wonderful person to know who will help as much as possible. I had a leak in my bathroom and it did not take but a day and a half to get it completed.

    The maintenance team is A1! Mr. Melvin is freakin AWESOME! My sink started leaking and as soon as I put in a work order, it was fixed QUICK with No questions asked. He’s respectful and extremely helpful. Great job Lexington team 👍🏾

    I recently had a review up here that was not favorable (1 star). The previous managers of the property really dropped the ball when some pretty nasty things happened to me in the complex. However, Angelina Lawler stepped up and made a very nice gesture to mitigate the animosity I had towards this complex. With her as the new manager, I believe she will turn this place around for the better. I am going to give this complex another chance.

    I have been here for almost a year. The brighton team is wonderful. There two in office that particularly take the time to solve all of my problems. I generally go to Rhonda. She is wonderful at listening to what you want. Ever since she started working here I don’t have to go to anyone else about my problem because she knows me, and where I live.     First the project is 30+ years old, so there are aging issues. However, the management is always trying to upgrade, major painting project, new laundry facilities. Repair request response is prompt. The current management team is extremely personable and efficient.
