I recently relocated to the Katy area after leaving in 2018, feels great to be where it feels like home. Before coming to the area I did my research on all the complexes around and Lenox Katy Crossing was the best option for me because of space, location and price. To be honest I just needed to do a quick tour to the apartment to finish my application and Damien helped me with the process, he was really nice about it. One of my concerns was the noise from the highway due to proximity but really that’s not even an issue. The complex is also quiet and with easy access to many things if you are like me that doesn’t like to drive too much to do ordinary things. I hope this review helps on your decision!

As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the modern features of the complex, as well as the great customer service we experienced with Hollie. She was willing to help us (even though we didn’t have an appointment). She was friendly, efficient and professional. We told her we were looking for something quick and that we were ready to move in ASAP. And when I tell you guys she is very good at her job…she had us in our new apartment within 3 business days! -and we got a cute welcome basket-. We are so happy with our new space and continue to feel welcomed by Hollie whenever we take a trip to the front desk.

Some previous reviews mentioned things like cars being stolen, so we were a bit hesitant when we first moved here. However, weve been living here for about 2 months now, and we havent encountered any issues so far. The area is very nice and safe. We love our apartment. We would also like to thank Alanna for her helpfulness.

1. Yes its worth it. Rent cost is not just for the great space but also safety, location, and environment.2. Management is great. Alex is the one who helped me move in and has been the one I always go to, and she along with James and Alanna are great. Never had a single issue and have in fact only seen positives from everyone.3. When management says they will take care of something, they mean it. They are hard workers and very reasonable.4. The space is great! It’s a pretty new complex and I love it!

Touring & living at Lennox Katy Crossing has been great. Alanna has helped me with your & move in and she was so understanding & kind & effective. I also recently had a really horrible Uber interaction which left me (disabled) at the office. I was a crying mess but Alex stepped up and made sure I got to my apartment safely. Thank you so much for all yall do. Have loved my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Lenox Katy Crossing apartments complex that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The leasing agent (Alanna) who guided me was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide detailed information about the property.The apartment itself was stunning. It featured modern amenities, high-quality finishes, and a well-thought-out layout that maximized space and comfort. The natural light streaming through the large windows added a warm and inviting ambiance to each room.The community amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool area felt like a luxurious resort.Overall, the tour exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful living spaces, and top-notch amenities makes this apartment complex a standout choice. I highly recommend scheduling a tour to experience it for yourself!After touring several apartment complexes in the area. So far this one really impressed us and we can’t wait to move in soon.

Modern luxurious apartments; so brand new you can smell the newness! James was kind enough to show us around the property; tons of new amenities (latest gym tech, elevators, private garages, secure app controlled entry, pool, business rooms, lounge etc) for safety and convenience.

I currently live in this beautiful community. Management and staff are so warm and welcoming. Every day that I go down to get my morning coffee, staff is polite and accommodating. Im happy that I made the decision to call this my home. Community stays clean and they are always on top of repairs. Highly recommend.

Great apartment complex! Ive just signed my lease and I couldnt be more happy! Alanna helped me, and I highly recommend requesting her for a tour. Shes incredibly helpful, sweet, and accommodating. Alanna was exceptionally patient with me and helped me find the perfect apartment. While the complex itself is great, its Alanna who truly made this experience exceptional. Moved in from Washington DC February 1st 2024. I made two trips to Houston and toured many different places. The last place I toured was Lenox Katy Crossing. Its brand new and a nice property. My leasing agent was Hollie and she was helpful in the application process and getting everything sorted. James the property manager, despite being super busy with handling a brand new complex dealing with contractors etc as some units are still being completed, was very welcoming and answered any questions I had or anything I needed handled. A shoutout to Karen as well!

I went to go check out the apartment complex last weekend and was in awe with how beautiful the complex is. I am deducting a star because once I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. The lady that was helping us did not seem like she wanted to help us at all and the tour felt rushed, she did not give us much information when she gave us the tour just kinda led the way for where the apartment is and let us look around. Otherwise this place has good potential!
