    Living in Lennox Cooper has been about as good of experience as I could get. The apartment is sleek and modern. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues I may have and the front desk is always helpful, attentive and kind.

    I am absolutely in love with my apartment complex! I moved in just two months ago, and after exploring various luxury apartments, it was clear that this one was the cream of the crop! From the stunning amenities to the amazing ambiance, everything feels so fresh and inviting. The spacious apartments are like a dream come true! The gym is fabulous—seriously, who wouldn’t want to work out with a view of the sparkling pool? Plus, the work-from-home office areas are perfect for productivity! And let’s not forget the frequent events they host—there’s always something fun happening here! I couldnt be happier! ❤️💕

    Summary First:Conscientious, friendly, and welcoming staff.They are actually luxury apartments, not just new or saying that because they updated one amenity.Reasonable rent rates.Close to everything, even though there is traffic (its Cooper).Expedient and attentive maintenance team.Resolve issues thoroughly and effectively with tenants in mind.They are also amazing at hosting events and getting the community involved with itself.Keep the grounds well maintained and they keep the gate working. Great amenities.Shout out to Carrie Dodds who was welcoming and straightforward, when we were initially applying she kept us in the loop and we never felt mishandled or surprised.Stephanie has kept this up and is always good at resolving issues, maintaining great communication, and being efficient and accurate with documentation.Melissa has been there since the start as well and is always super fun to talk to, very down to earth, and knows how to help tenants either by directing us, offering guidance, making a call, or getting us connected to whatever or whoever we need.The maintenance team, Damian and Marcos, great guys, know their stuff. Its new construction so there are always kinks but these two usually already know the issue when reading the ticket or over the phone and handle it great. Quick and thorough.

    They have all been very nice and helpful. The manager was who helped me move in remembered me from months before when I came to see the apartments. They are very well kept and they care for our issues as soon as they can. I appreciate good management and great maintenance.

    Lenox is a perfect apartment in the Arlington with all the things you would need. It’s a brand new apartment and the maintenance is really good. It’s close to UTA and Parks mall. You can find literally everything close to the apartment at a decent distance. I would highly recommend Lenox if you are looking for a place in Arlington

    My washing machine broke down in my unit and it was gonna take the manufacturing company four weeks to get the parts. The maintenance department brought in a new machine The same day so we were not without a machine for a prolonged period of time. Really appreciate the service thank you main office and maintenance.

    When I saw the property on Google, I was determined to view it. Everyone in the office is amazing. The property layout, amenities and floor plans are lush. The architects and builders definitely put tremendous amounts of thought into the layout a detailing of Lenox Cooper. I am beyond pleased.Update 2/3/25 - I have now been a resident since mid 2024. I definitely enjoy the property amenities. There are tons of activities from pool parties, pumpkin painting, brunch and more. Everyone in the office is kind, and extremely accommodating. The convenience of the surrounding area is a plus.

    My daughter and I walked into to Lenox Copper Apartments yesterday by chance and Melissa greeted us the moment we walked in. We told her we didnt have an appointment, but we wanted to view one of the apartments. Melissa was so nice. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility. After we were finished with the tour, we decided we wanted to apply. Melissa assisted us with the application from beginning to end. the entire experience was amazing. If you are looking for an apartment to rent Lenox Cooper, is it. The apartments and amenities are amazing! As you walk into the building, theres is this captivating aroma.     The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and property are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Jocelyn , was very helpful with every question i had. Even when i was trying to be a little difficult ( intentionally) she stayed professional and answered every concern i had..     Just moved in a week ago and everything looks great, all the units are new and clean and the amenities are plentiful. The staff here is second to none and bring professionalism and class to an already luxurious living experience.Melissa is the stand out star, from the initial tour to the day of the move in she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was properly taken care of.     When I first did my tour here at Lenox Cooper, I knew it was the apartment for me. I was greeted by Melissa with the utmost professionalism. She was able to guide me through the whole process with no problems at all. The studio that I have is very clean along with providing all the essentials for your comfort. Finally moved in at the beginning of this year and I’m enjoying all the amenities of this complex! The 24/7 gym is great when I want to get a quick workout and I can’t wait for it to get warm to use the pool!

    There are many apartments in the area to choose from, but the people at Lenox Cooper, and especially Jocelyn, set themselves apart from all the others and helped us make the decision to choose Lenox Cooper an easy one. Jocelyn has been such a fantastic resource to us.     I was a walk-in without an appointment because I saw Lennox Cooper Apts on my way from looking at another apartment. I was surprised & delighted how I was instantly greeted by Stephanie Coats as if she was expecting me & glad to see me. She explained everything thoroughly- showed me the apartment, the many amenities the property offers, and answered my 100 questions. She is fantastic! By far the best person I have dealt with at any property I’ve looked at. Her co-worker, whose name I don’t remember since I was working with Stephanie is obviously a positive helpful nice person. It’s refreshing to see people who enjoy their jobs, enjoy helping people, and professional. They are perhaps the best thing about the Lennox Cooper.

    Today we met Tiffany and Stephanie to view our next potential living arrangement and man were we blown away. The units are beautiful spacious and drop dead gorgeous. I loved the fact that it’s a newer community right in the heart of Arlington. The customer service was superb. Both were personable and answered all of our questions. Definitely would recommend.

    Just reached the end of my first month here and everything has been great so far. Tiffany made the move in quick and easy, and the complex itself is peaceful and clean. No animal droppings anywhere, no cigarette butts or litter around the property.Thr gym is modern and kept very clean, as well as the pool. Outdoor TVs and community grills are great for hosting pool party BBQs.So far the management team has held different events providing donuts and coffee, and brought in taco trucks for lunch too!I havent lived in apartments for 5 or 6 years, but Im definitely not regretting it!

    Updated Review:I had problems with receiving my refund due to changing my mind about leasing here..I was able to get it resolved with stephanie..her demeanor was great! Although I was initially upset in the end all my issues was resolved and Im happy with that! The complex is beautiful throughout but the location isnt the best due to the heavy traffic cooper street brings other than that everything was great!.

    Well my experience at Lenox Cooper was magnificent. As I was looking for a place to lease I came across Lenox Cooper, Misti was very helpful and professional she was very welcoming very polite made me feel like I was at home actually all the staff were, one of the many things I saw but caught my attention is that the property looks very clean, super nice and organisedI moved here in January and I made a maintenance request for my garage lights and the maintenance team were so helpful they fix it within hoursI highly recommend to move here the atmosphere is amazing

    I’m gonna try and keep this short. I had a problem getting an apartment everywhere I looked. I was getting the runaround. I ended on Zillow and this new property Lenox Cooper. I first talked to Stephanie Coats the Assistant Manager on the phone and we instantly connected. She was warm, inviting, understanding and so positive! When I visited the complex she was the exact same way. I walked in without an apartment and left with one.This complex is brand new and the amenities are amazing . Rooftop patio, State of the art gym and soo much more. I’m so ready for my move In date!
