I am living here for a month now. Everything is perfect. Starting from the day we came here to look into this apartment to actually shifting everything was seamless and hassle free. Tiffany was really helpful. We have looked around some 20 properties but trust me no other apartment can beat what lenox have. Beautiful pool area with cabana to chill.

I love living here. My apartment is gorgeous, and the property is so well kept. Tiffany made my move in process SO EASY it was amazing. I don’t think I’ve met everyone in the office yet but everyone I’ve talked to has been really helpful and nice. If you have a dog, Lenox is perfect, there are so many friendly dogs here. You have easy access to everything, HEB is across the street, it’s seriously perfect. Plus I’ve only had friendly encounters with the people that live here! I’ve been telling everyone about this place.

Overall staff is helpful, Eduardo is great! building is nicely maintained.Would have given 5 stars, but all the ethernet ports in the units do not work, I was told by staff to call AT&T and AT&T told me that is not what they provide and they can send someone out to connect it but they charge me for it as its the building owner responsibility.

Tiffany has been such a wonderful help. Shes knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She always greets you with a smile and a willingness to help. Everyone in the front office has been so kind and well dressed. Classy and professional.

Edit to my previous review:My son is moving on this property this weekend, when I called and found out Sandy was still at this property, she immediately got us in to look at floor plans and took care of us. Such an amazing and accommodating person, I am happy to know that my son and granddaughter are in such great hands!What a great property and prime location! Sandy was great, she very informative of the property and area. I love the fact that she knows the area and provides you with very detailed information about the area and local things to do. Will definitely be back.

TL;DR - Ive been in my unit since the start of Oct 2023 and its been amazing thus far.I would consider myself to have high standards when it comes to apartments as I hate nothing more than unresponsive maintenance requests and repairs that consist of a fresh coat of paint over everything, but having said that I have been incredibly pleased with my stay thus far at Lenox.Apartment: The apartment has many more modern comforts such as data drops into each of the bedrooms and living room with cable hide plate to allow you to pass wires through the wall for a cleaner living experience. I enjoy the oversized kitchen and we were lucky to be on the bottom floor and cant get enough of our full size backyard.Not everything was roses mind you and when we first moved in we did not have hot water to our kitchen sink. These types of things happen in new construction and they immediately sent out a plumber to inspect the problem before having the contractors repair what was a blocked pipe in the wall.The units are clean and very few mechanical or major problems even after scanning my unit with the attention of a drill sergeant.Staff: Alex has been the person weve interacted with the most and he was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our entire moving process. Our move in date got pushed by a month as our unit hadnt been finished being built for our original move in date however Alex made sure that we were informed of any changes and accommodated us as best he could to smooth out an unfortunate circumstance. He made sure we got into our unit by the next month and has continued to help answer any and all of our questions since with empathy and expertise.Amenities: I dont consider myself much of a pool person but even I find myself compelled to jump into the wonderful lounge pool chairs and we use the barbeque grills frequently. The gym is FULLY equipped and has a much larger selection of machines and weight than many other complexes Ive lived in.All in all we do pay a premium but at Lenox it at least FEELS like we are getting our monies worth as compared to other places. Couldnt be happier where we are at and hope to stay here for quiet awhile if we are able.

Move was very simple with Tiffany’s help. She really gets to know her tenants. Any issues we have ran into, Tiffany had handled it very quickly. If you are looking to tour apartments ask for Tiffany!

Sandy and Alison are amazing. I was looking to downsize my current place at another property. Sandy showed was available at the time and I didn’t like those a few weeks later she showed me another apartment. That was so me . She was going to make sure I was satisfied with my move and boy was I ever the more people like her and Allison that really care about where you’re going to live and making sure it’s what you want.
