I love living at this apartment and I have been meaning to make a review for awhile I just kept forgetting. 😅 This is honestly the best place I have ever lived at. The location is perfect and the price is affordable especially compared to other properties near here. There is valet trash, which is an amazing amenity, as well as an awesome pool (which I need to use more lol), a gym, and a dog park that my furbaby loves. I have lived here over a year and renewed my lease not just because of the amazing apartment but really because of the amazing staff! Larisa, the property manager is the actual best- she is super kind and down to earth which I really appreciate. Charlotte, a leasing agent/assistant manager (I believe) is AMAZING!!! She is so sweet and literally the most helpful person. She acts quickly if problems arise and I honestly really love getting to have her as my leasing agent. The maintenance crew are amazing- stuff is generally fixed relatively quickly (at least in my experience) which I really appreciate. I have enjoyed this place so much that I have recommended it to several coworkers as a great place to live! As far as things for dogs go, there is an amazing place right down the street called Mutts which is a dog park and like bar/food place. You do have to pay for a day pass but it is totally worth it if your dog needs more doggo interactions. There is also a pond that has a walking trail really close to the apartments as well (pictured in the attached image) that is pretty great! I love being so close to Target and HMart although it is slightly dangerous for my wallet lol. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Definitely choose Legends at Lakeline as your future home!

I lived here for 3 years and really liked this complex. I loved that it’s dog friendly and the yards with the bottom floors are awesome. They also have good sized garages on site-which was so convenient! The ladies in the office are amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend this complex!

This apartment complex is home to me, when I moved from Ohio I had a hard time but the atmosphere made me adapt easily.Office manager Charlotte has been very patient, and understanding with my situation, when I went to look after my mother who passed and got sick for months, they helped me and understood my struggles.I have just met Larissa the property Manager who has been very professional and enlightening on how management work day and night to make sure we are safe, my daughters always go to the office to get treats.I have a stressful job and Larissa helped me alot today to better communicate and understand that management are doing the best they can to make sure we are safe, living under clean and better environment. As residents we also have a part to play to make sure we are living in clean and safe environment.I would recommend the apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a home.Thank you charlotte and Risa for all the help and going out of your way to accommodate me and my daughters.Safe and clean environment! I wouldn’t ask for a better home.Close to Amenities like Target, HMart, Wells Fargo bank, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance.

I moved in about 6 months ago, and I LOVE IT! My kitchen is my absolute favorite place to be in! The assistant manager Charlotte went the extra mile for me to make the move-in process go smoothly. The area outside my apartment is always kept up and clean. Ive had one maintenance request in my 6 months here, and maintenance got right on it! I signed a 12-month lease and am not planning to move at renewal! I would definitely recommend moving/living here!

Legends is a pleasant and safe community. My apartment is a very nice one bedroom unit. When I moved in the apartment, it was very clean, freshly painted with new carpeting. The appliances are in great working order with full washer and dryer. I have never seen any bugs or rodents. I am quite comfortable here. The rent is comparable to other communities.Prior to the new ownership of Legends, the community appeared to be going downhill, but that had drastically changed.The maintenance staff is well organized and quick to respond to repairs and issues. The staff can be seen around the property ensuring that the grounds are free of debris, animal feces and maintaining a clean trash area. David, who collects our trash is so friendly and works very hard to keep our breezeways clean.The new owners have greatly improved my living experience. Many improvements have been made and are ongoing.The office staff is very diligent in communicating with tenants for any issues or tenant requests. They are professional, and verywell-versed in their positions. More importantly, they are very approachable and friendly. Anytime I reach out to the staff, they reply in a timely fashion.

If youre the kind of person that doesnt want anyone telling you what to do, where to smoke, where the trash can is, how to park, and how loud its appropriate to be at 3am on a tuesday, this is the place for you!Theres roaches, trash everywhere, everything is falling apart. Everyone is loud all the time so no one complains, no one picks up after their dogs and no one cares. There is trash stacked so high in the single dumpster they never empty that it just blows around everywhere. No one can say its your litter if its EVERYONES litter! Also, the other day i found a bunch of nails under my car. Free nails!I dont know where they got those pictures in the description from, but it wasnt from any apartment of theirs ive seen. The actual apartments have an open floor plan and an even coat of paint over the entire apartment (including the light switches and little speckles on the scuffed floors)So if youre someone with low standards and a a problem with authority that wants to pay 1600 a month for a moldy apartment. Legends would love to take your money and then never speak to you again.4 stars so that it wont get deleted.

Interesting how every single time I post this they repeatedly delete my honest review, despite leaving 5 stars. This place has REALLY gone downhill. It used to be a decent place to live. Its just filthy. Trash and grime everywhere, and management clearly doesnt care or do anything about it. Ever heard of a pressure washer or trash can? Tenant and management quality has beyond declined since Lynd took over. People yelling, roaming, and playing loud Conjunto Corneto music at all hours of the night. Would be nice if I could actually sleep without interruption multiple times any given Thursday to Sunday. Some of us actually have jobs and pay taxes. Little Mexico much?!I saw an upstanding cretin urinate on the side of my building last night. If I had a nickel for every time Ive seen the police out here. Doesnt seem to matter or change anything. The police just keep coming out. Every weekend. Rinse and repeat. Must be nice to live a world without consequences or repercussions. Just waiting for the gun fire, Zetas, and sex traffickers to take over. This place makes the Jerry Springer Show and ICE look like a joke. They clearly let ANYONE live here, and all 12 of them piled into a one bedroom apartment.Larissa, youre the purported property manager and these are your people. Please do something, ANYTHING, about all the miscreants, thugs, and hooligans that you let live and run rampant here, throwing their Corona and Dos Equis bottles and trash everywhere, including my doorstep. More like GHETTO Lakeline than Legends. The only legendary thing about this place is how utterly atrocious it is. Such an absolute embarrassment to an otherwise nice community.The negative reviews could not be more spot on. Look elsewhere. Anywhere else. You can do infinitely better than here for your hard earned money. I now abhor this apartment community, and am counting the minutes until my lease is up. Its putrid and void of any semblance of civility. Cue the canned response from the do-absolutely-nothing-about-the-mire from the property manager and, of course, the marketing team from Lynd. Instead of being so repeatedly disheartened, how about actually cleaning up this place?

I love living here. My unit is spacious and have a great view of the pool. Maintenance is timely and the community feels safe and Im near everything I need. Rent has remained in a consistent range since moving in, not including all the great deals I got upon move in. This is the first place Ive lived over a year and Im still not ready to leave. The two floor 2/2 unit is amazing!

I dont know if its the really nice apartments, staff that treat me like a human being (unlike my last apartment complex), or generally quiet location that is urging me to give this five star rating. Along with those, the pool area is very nice and this has the best exercise room Ive ever used in a complex.Could the parking lines be repainted in the back spots? Absolutely, but its nothing compared to what I had to deal with before.Edit: Came back to add some things that I think are worth mentioning. The maintenance crew is a hard working bunch, theyre always very timely and courteous as well. I dont know if Ive ever heard them being unfriendly or unfair.Another important thing to me is that the mailboxes are located inside the gate in view of the office, AND if the office receives a package not only do they notify you via email they also have you sign out on that package. This is seriously important to me because I have lost over $200 in merchandise AND fought with staff about my own mail while I stayed in my previous apartment.

Nice set of apartments in the perfect area if you love shopping. Upon move in there was some issue however they was addressed the same day. Management/maintenance has shown care and concern when submitting repairs. The apartment have a stiff old smell to it moving in and it’s still there, unclear what it is that’s why I rated as 4 stars (have not addressed the issue to the office at this time)

Absolutely the best place to live. The management and maintenance teams are kind, respectful and efficient.The grounds are kept cleanly, quite and safe. The maintenance team is always punctual, courteous, friendly and helpful.Location is amazing. I can drive anywhere I need to within 5 minutes. Close to many stores, restaurants and highways.

Reagan was a stellar agent and did a wonderful job from start to finish. I had clients who needed to get moved in ASAP and he was able to help us and get the approval on the same day. He was extremely friendly, diligent and one of the best leasing agents Ive worked with. The community is gorgeous and my clients love their apartment!

The new manager is the Best Manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with he is always looking out for the residents needs, best apartments I have ever lived in. I am a true Austinite and have been here all of my life, this place is perfect. Always very well maintained and friendliest staff you could meet, we all enjoy having them around. They are pretty good at water volleyball too, the pool can be a bit loud during the summer but it is because most of the residents and their families including kids are at the pool having a great time on the weekends. I have the best neighbors ever and one of which is the new manager of the property. He has been cleaning up the property by pressure washing breeze ways clean of the stains from valet trash company. elevators went out and were fixed very quickly and residents were constantly informed of the progress. Cant say enough good things about this place.

The process to get into these apartments was quick and easy.The staff is friendly and Reagan helped me out in the office and showed me EXACTLY which apartment I would Be getting.I heard some apartments will fool you with these model apartments and when you get there you don’t know what your really getting into.I’ve always rented houses and this my first apartment in 10 years... so far so good!Thanks Reagan!

The only reason Im giving it a 4 star, is because of the maintenance man Josh. He was here before, but got moved to another property. Hes back and doing everything in his power to get things the way should be. Hes licensed in different things. Yet Roscoe probably doesnt pay what hes worth Im sure. The pool looks so much better, actually got in for the first time since Roscoe took over 2 years ago. Wasnt safe to get in. Thanks to Josh, that changed. Hes very nice and does everything he can to make sure your problems are fixed RIGHT!! Hes working most of the time by himself. Knows his stuff.Thank you Josh for all your hard work and help.

I can not say enough good things about living here. It is in the perfect central location to get to downtown Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park. There is a Target right across the street, and its super close to the new HEB Plus. The gym, pool, and scenery are awesome too. The staff in the leasing office is what really makes it worth living here. They are always very understanding and will go above and beyond to help you out in whatever situations arise. I highly recommend these apartments! Thank you Keith and all the other leasing staff who make living here feel like home!

Mom and Dad lives here while they try to figure out what to do with their living situation. The apt. Manager is awesome. Always helpful and understanding. My parents do not speak english.... and they are always assisting them.

So far so good..Just moved in Tuesday, been spending time between work and getting unpacked and settled in. I like the staff here; theyre very helpful, and always seem to be happy to help their residents. Maxx and Blu have enjoyed their new digs; theres plenty of dog space around here! Hope the neighbors are just as nice as the staff!

I love it here. The only problems are that the parking is terrible and the gates keep breaking/stopping. The parking in the back is very narrow and my new car has a scratch already from people opening their doors and hitting the car. Also, the parking is usually full during the night and I would have to park near the dumpster near the other end of the apartments. They are at least trying to fix the gates and have the other ones at least open.Other that those, it is great living here! I love every minute. Close to targe, heb, walmart, the mall, and so many more convenient places! Staff is very nice, kind, and very understanding. My favorite is Ty. He is great and very sweet! Maintanance is great! Fix things fast and efficient!
