I have lived here 3 years i came from a house to an apt was not happy with that, but the apt I am in is very nice and cannot express that I continue to renew my lease due to the staff here at the apartments Sandra and Cecelia are awesome ame Vanessa. Always there to help or even to communicate with me. The maintenance as well Eusebio is awesome, he works hard here and takes his job over and above. I am a happy resident at legacy park.

Moved in 3 months ago and it’s been great so far. There’s a nice grilling area where you can hang out and entertain. Office people and Maintenance people always handle issues quickly too! I recommend my friends and family here

Called to inquiry about pricing and the area since I am relocating to Texas in February. The office people were so helpful. They even emailed me a list of banks and stores that are close to the property.I cant wait to move in in February... Highly recommend !!!!

Today the fire alarm to my building randomly went off and everyone went outside with their kids. I immediately called the front office and they answered promptly and had maintenance come check the units individually for smoke. After that, the maintenance man called the front office and management came out to see what was going on promptly and the fire dept was called out to turn off the fire alarms after verifying there was no smoke in individual units. I’ve had issues with them before but after the response I saw today, I know they care and do what they can when they can. In addition, they have got the front gate in working order and have urged residents to come up to the office to pick up a free gate remote for all residents on a lease. Unfortunately, I’ve come to understand that corporate red tape probably gets in the way of these ladies (and gentleman) doing their jobs but individually I feel like I saw their character today. I’ve lived here for 8 years and have changed my previous review. Thanks Maria, Sandra, and the maintenance man that’s been here for quite awhile.

Weve been living here for over 5 yrs and havent had any major problems with our apartment. The office people are really nice and always communicate important information to the residents through letters and emails. Overall, we are pretty happy to call this place home.

I have live here for 3 years now and I absolutely love it here. Any issues or concerns I’ve had have always been addressed and taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The area is a great place to stay, plus the school system is great too. Thank you to Vanessa and Sandra for always being so helpful.

Security is tight in a sense that there is gate that is well maintained and CCTV is facing towards main gate which is at 10899 Good Springs but is actually on Legacy Park dr. on the same block as the main office. Guests of residence have to either know someone who lives currently in the facility, have access code for gate or special pass key device to gain access to the complex

I lived in this apartment community from 11/16/2018 till 02/28/2021(2 Years & 3 Months). Never had any problems. The management was nice, very helpful. Especially I would like to point out the leasing manager Jennifer Aguilar, she has been the best. Really helpful always assisting customers and her work has been tremendous for customers moving In to their new apartment. I really loved the vibe in this community and a really friendly atmosphere. Thanks Legacy park for everything

The best apartments Ive ever stayed in! The neighborhood is nice. The community is friendly and the staff is attentive and courteous. Weve been here since March and in June had some unforeseen issues arise. The manager and assistant manager Jennifer are very kind and understanding. The trash valet is an extra plus, especially if you have an upstairs unit. I am grateful for my apartments

I have lived here going on 2 yrs now and have nothing bad to say. My boyfriend and I stay in the larger one bedroom and it is very spacious. All minor maintenance issues weve ever had is taken care of within 48 hrs. Management are great. Never had issues with them. They are helpful and understanding. The area is very quiet. They offer a gym open 24/7 a nice size pool and volleyball area. Washer and dryer are in each unit and trash pick up included in rent. The only minor issue some may find inconvenient is parking. Spots tend to run out fast at night so there are times my bf and I have to park further from our unit. They offer car ports at an extra charge but we dont feel it necessary to pay. Just good to know we have the option. I have enjoyed my experience at Legacy Park and would recommend this place to singles/couples and roommates or persons with small or teenage children. (No play area. So if you have more than one child this probably isnt the place for you.)

I recently moved in about three month ago and so far so good. Bugs havent been a big concern for me, i did have a wasp nest pop up but the maintenance took care of it . As far as roaches, i havent seen one since i moved in but there is trees here so Im not surprise if i see a roach once in awhile. Over all, parking isnt that crowded, clean up keeping from the outside, pool is nice, looveee the gym and the office staff is pretty friendly.

These are the best apartments we ever lived in, weve been here four years. The management, office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and provide excellent service. Maintenance orders are fulfilled timely and accordingly. Weve had no issues, its safe and a constable lives on property.

Went to visit the apartment complex and it is very pleasing to the eye. They have great amenities and the people in the office were very friendly and were very efficient. Very helpful with any questions I had. The apartments themselves are nice and there is a good amount of options to choose from. Definitely one of my top picks for my new home. Any neighbors I did see where friendly aswell. A good stop for anyone looking to find a new home.

Love living here! I moved here going in 3 years ago and it’s been nothing but pleasant. The front desk staff is always very helpful and maintence issues are fixed in a timely manner. The pool and volleyball court are awesome definitely a fun way to some summer. The other fun things they do here are little events for us like movie night at the pool or food trucks come during the week. The school is right across the street walking distance which is great for us people with kids. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived in.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a new apartment to move into because our previous complex had horrible management. We got to meet Miros and Jennifer who were so NICE and EMPATHIC to us, we had a lot going on with our background but they were willing to be patient and understanding of our current situation. The complex looks really nice and clean and I can’t wait to be living here ☺️

I have been here for years even before current owners. I really liked the location. Jennifer has been wonderful. She has managed to answer all my questions. Most of these have been technology related since I am a senior citizen. Jennifer deserves a raise. You don’t want to lose her.

I love my apartment and the community I’m in. I needed to move somewhere quick and Luis helped me so much. He was friendly and he made the process quick and smooth. All the staff on the office are friendly and willing to help. This has been one off my best moves by far.

I lived there for 4 years. Office staff is friendly with the exception of a new older lady, very rude! I called to ask a question about my lease renewal and she went off on me about the printer being broke. I loved the maintenance guys. Always came the day of my request. My last two weeks in the apt I did have a rat in the Apt!!!!!! Big shock, considering I lived on the 2nd floor! Maintenance came and went straight to behind my dishwasher, where there was a huge hole open where piping had been exposed and already a rat trap back there! I hate to put something negative but I wasnt even offered reimbursement for rat traps I put in the apt for the weekend bc it wasnt considered an emergency when I called! I decided to move prior bc I found a larger apt for the same price with newer appliances...But glad my time was up!

Wonderful place to live! Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance personnel very adequate and react in a timely fashion. Facilities are very nice the pool and workout room is very nice and neither are ever overcrowded. I would highly recommend this place for your future home!

5 Stars!!!I have been at Legacy Park Apartments for a year now and have been very pleased with the service I have received during my time here. The units come with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and electric appliances. There is also a reasonabley sized gym and pool in the complex. Maintenance is prompt about resolving issues; with most issues being resolved on the same day or within a 48 hour period. TI have been at Legacy Park Apartments for a year now and have been very pleased with the service I have received during my time here. The units come with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and electric appliances. There is also a reasonabley sized gym and pool in the complex. The complex is quiet, safe, and well kept. Maintenance is prompt when it comes to resolving issues; with most issues being resolved on the same day or within a 48 hour time period. Amanda, Marisela and the other management staff have always been very welcoming to me and are willing to answer my questions and concerns.On the otherhand, it becomes a little difficult to find parking close to your building late at night but due to the small size of the complex, the furthest parking spot is typically not too far of a walk (nothing to complain about). I have noticed that a couple people walk their dogs and dont dispose of their waste, but since I hardly see the remains afterwards, I believe the complex picks up after the irresponsible owners. I cannot think of any other problems with the complex.The staff at this complex have done an Outstanding job of making my stay a pleasant one.
