The staff is amazing and very helpful. Our questions are always addressed so promptly. They are also very kind, understanding and willing to help in any way they can. Christine Has been the absolute best. She is always so supportive and patient with me when I call for clarification on a matter or an explanation. She is always so friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise! 😆

Love my townhome! Move in was a breeze and Tim has been great with helping if I have questions. I’m glad I picked this spot as home, not to mention it’s in the perfect location close to Target, At Home and many dining options just in walking distance.

So far no complaints about this place! The Goat, the pool area, and gym are very nice, super convenient, and close by. Christine has been amazing assisting us moving here from Hawaii. 10/10 recommended LC Pflugerville as a new home

Property is very beautiful. The gym is unlike anything I’ve seen at any other community. The property is very clean and staff is super friendly. Tim is fantastic! Very professional and assisted me and my girlfriend with our needs and was very patient with us during our tour.

My roommate and I toured these apartments with Tim and we are very excited to live at this community! There are various amenities offered making the community perfect for those who want to mingle. Management seems like they genuinely care about others and are going out of their way to make the application process smooth. When touring, ask for Tim!!!

EDIT: maintenance was very quick and was able to fix our AC! Absolutely love it here!I’ve loved living here! The staff, especially Nichole, is always quick to respond and are very friendly! We haven’t needed maintenance so I can’t speak to that, but I’m sure they’re also great. The gym is VERY nice, never super busy. I also love that it’s locked at all times and a pass is needed so you know only residents are in there. There’s even saunas in the bathrooms! I’m excited for the pool, restaurant, and dog parks to open. Somewhat on the expensive side at first glance but I would say it’s more than worth it for all of the amenities and the beautiful units. Very happy!My only con is that the upstairs does not get nearly as cold as the first floor so I can’t imagine what the 3rd floor of some units feel like. We haven’t contacted maintenance about this issue since this is a common issue with 2+ story homes and we don’t mind too much. This summer may be a different story, however. 😂Overall, great complex, fairly priced, clean, and safe!

We love our new place here. Everything is nice and new. Christine and Chelsea and the rest of the staff are great and very helpful. Also the location is so convenient to stores, food and the highways.

I’ve lived at this community for a little over 5 months (last few years I have lived at an LC community in another state) and I have had nothing but a great experience so far. The amenities that are available as of now are great and excited for the ones that will be rolling out here shortly.One thing I really do like is the fact The Goat and Morning Ritual are apart of the community, not many complexes have a full service restaurant/coffee shop on site so that is super convenient. The location is great too with stores and food close by. Also would like to give big kudos to Michaela, any time I’ve had questions or reached out she was great and provided me with a detailed response and I appreciate that.Overall, my personal experience here has been great and I am excited that I made the move back to Texas and glad it’s at this community.

LC Pflugerville is a great place to stay. Vibes are amazing and Greg is super helpful and is a honest straight forward guy. Highly recommend. Ask for Greg!

Great experience touring with Michaela. She is professional and knowledgeable about the layout. These are nice townhomes, 2-3 stories and flats to choose from. Great area, the pool is walking distance because the area is so large. Also, they have a restaurant owned by the residential area for residents
