Kim is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in your home and that our community is a safe environment to live in. Ms. D was great she came and fixed everything told me step by step and ask was I okay with her work. Excellent. Miss Kim and Miss Alexa is awesome in the office whenever I call they explained everything was going on step-by-step. If it takes some time they let me know things was ordered. Great job. Kudos to everybody.

Came in to look at apartments and get more information, the manager Kim was very polite and helpful. I’ve never had a manager try to get to know me and just be very intentive. Really thinking about moving into the apartments just because of management and the leasing office staff Alexis. The one bedroom layout met my needs. The amenities were nice.

My rating is not for the apartment complex itself, this is for the “NewNew” Management, particularly Mrs. Cribbs, she had only been the onboard at the Lawson property for a little less than 2 weeks, BUT has 15+ years in Property Management.All the other reviews Good or Bad, are unfortunately true, there has been quite a few management changes within the one year I have been here, a manager that lied to your face, a manager that wanted to do it her way, and a manager that just DIDNT DO!I have had the same work order since April for the horrible mice issues I had going on. I had no choice but to catch them myself for the longest time, because previous work orders would be ignored or simply closed out with no work done.I recently just could not do it anymore, to the point I couldn’t even sleep without being paranoid or having extreme anxiety. Not to mention, my 11 year old and myself have asthma and allergies!I recently went into that office to basically say I quit! That I can’t live like this anymore, and I have to leave!I met with Mrs.Cribbs twice and each time we had very needed conversations about this issues. Well, she meant business! She made a call right in front of me to an exterminator that she has worked with in the past at her other properties prior, and they showed up the next day on Friday by 430pm. The two most friendly and knowledgeable gentleman I have met. They explained the what, why, how and the outcome to expect. And believe it or not, by Monday, I have not seen not ONE MOUSE since!Something that only took 5 minutes with a phone call, solved 5 months of anxiety and stress!To all the other residents and the Lawson Community, Mrs.Cribbs LITERALLY walked in on a Poopshow, please be patient, she is going to get to your issues ASAP! She is also hiring a few more people to her team, and once everyone is in place , things will get much better. Meanwhile she has people on property that were either borrowed, pulled, or volunteered to HELP with LAWSON as a WHOLE!Ps. Dear Owners of LAWSON, I personally met the 2 of you last October… You might want to visit your property more often and see the issues for yourself. Rodent issues, insect issues, Appliances that are out dated and need replacing, along with the old ACs leaving US residents in this Texas Heat to fend for ourselves. No access to the pool at all. Flooding in areas around the property. Dog poop that doesn’t get picked up by other residents, etc. And to be honest, Raising the rent really wouldn’t be a good idea, lowering it would be ideal especially with the ongoing issues. My opinion of course…Thank you Mrs. Cribbs, for your understanding, empathy, and especially for your action! You gave me hope and the faith to be in my home again. I have no doubt that you and your team will have things in order in due time! I know you Stand On Business!!!

Deanna has been awesome help she let me know there was a smell in my bathroom when no one else believe me and the smell is really getting next to me I would like for the company to take off into that but otherwise that ever since she been here she been doing an awesome job things are getting fixed faster and better

The Vilant Management Company seems to be ok so far I’ve notice that they have a renovation crew that comes in and does the vacancies and are using stainless steel appliances which is nice also they redoing the parking lot and redoing the exterior of the property now I’m hope they can get it back like it was before I came hopefully they can accomplish those goals Nichole and Cameisha in the office are very nice people and try to help. Naw w the only thing that has been kind of a thing is going up high on the rent like they are now a lot of people told me they really didn’t want to move but did because of the large increase other than that so far no problems as far as I’ve encountered. But of course living here as long as I have as a residents I’ve seen this company do more than of the ones that came through.

Not only did Ms.D address my concerns she handled and bridge the communication with the front office they trying to get my apartment together but the fact she listened to me vent and still got me together calmed me down n made me take a step back cause it’s not this team fault they just fixing it they are really trying

I have lived at these apartments for a year and have nothing but great things to say. Moved into a freshly remodeled loft unit and never had any insect or maintenance issues. The new management ladies at the front desk are amazing as well . They have always been a blessing & patient with me any time I had a question or concern. They even had a Wine event that I enjoyed despite me arriving late and a back 2 school event that was much needed for my little 1st grader. You all are amazing

This was such a warm, welcoming experience. When I walked in the new Management made me feel like at home. They greeted me with treats and smiles. They were very kind and firm on their specials. I recommend moving here!

I moved into these apartments in July, and my ac went out the next day. In one day, I had a brand new ac unit when I came home from work. Since I been here I havent had one problem. When I tell you the front office down to the maintenance department is very attentive when it comes to the residents.

I was skeptical about moving in at first, because no one answered every time I called. When I actually went to the office and spoke to Kamitia, she was very apologetic about the phones being unanswered. She got me approved , she was very friendly , professional and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was ready on my move in date . She goes an extra mile for a tenants. I would recommend Kamitia if you’re planning on making this your home.

The lady in the office are wondering…..when I moved in the property manager was great❤️ her staff welcomed me with open arms….my apartment is a three bedroom and it’s so big. My kitchen counters and bathroom counters are amazing. When I called and put in a work order for my air they can with in 10 mins and got the job done. I have lived here for 14 years now. I sign my renewal with Amber today and she helped me with all of it. She showed me how to sign it with me. She was very patient and made it easy. She makes the office a nice place to come to now. She is fun, easy going and enjoyable. I hope she doesnt go anywhere! The management is very helpful and nice. We’ve had situations that they were able to complete within a timely manner. Throughout our stay they have always been able to communicate in a nice manner. Definitely recommend staying here.

I have Lived here for almost a year now. Kyle is fantastic!!! So are Tiana, Erica. Chris is a great Maintence Guy!!! and Juan and Jose also work hard at maintaining the apartments. I enjoy living here. However, In July my Air Contidioning started going out. I would have to call every three days or so for it to be fixed. i was told something kept freezing and I would need to turn my AC off for a few hours then, turn it back on. I called again, when my Apartment would get to 80 dergees. I was brought a window unit, to get me thru the summer. Yesterday I called again to see when my Air conditioning would be fixed. I was told the would do it today. They did not. I am grateful for the window unit. My apartment is 75 to 80 dergees with the window unit. I am very disappointed that no one will fix my air conditioning, or even contact me about when the plan on fixing it. its been in the 100s. I always pay my rent on time. The Four Stars are all the Good yall have done, and im happy to give them to yall. I miss having a working air conditioning and I believe no one cares about fixing it. **** Thank you so much to the Entire Team at Trinity Oaks Apartments for Fixing my Air Conditioning in such a timely manner since my last review. Yall all work great together as a Team. Thank you Tiana for reaching out to me right way and informing me of the status of the repair(s). and Thank you for the window units to keep my apartment cool until the air conditioning was fixed. So, there are many reviews for Trinity Oaks. Some good but mostly bad. I want to share my experience for others who are review readers. First, when calling to inquire about availability I spoke with a gentleman named Kyle. He was very friendly, patient and willing to make sure I had the right information. When I went in to apply Amber assisted me. My experience with her was one of a kind. She was excited to help me, which is rare these days. She also was very patient with me and very informative. They approved me to move in and I can’t thank them enough for the great experience I’ve had thus far. It’s hard for me to go by reviews, because we as people don’t have the same mindset about a lot of things. I have to form my own opinion based on what I experience and I encourage anyone looking for a place to live to give them a try despite the negative reviews.

Ive lived in these apartments for almost a year and a half and Since I moved in Ive seen a major change. From the units themselves to the management team, and even the recent upgrades. The office staff are extremely helpful, the maintenance guys are always friendly. For an apartment complex, Hillstone Trinity Oaks is a wonderful place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood and I just have no complaints.

Management recently changed within the last year and things have been much better. My concerns were taken seriously and they took action to fix the issues I had. I couldnt be happier with the direction the property is going in now. I was worried there for a while. Amber in the front office is very sweet and responsive to anything I bring to her attention.

The assistant manager Tiuna was so great helping me get moved in, she has been a simple phone call away through out the whole process. I had a few concerns when i 1st moved in & she never hesitated to make sure everything got taken care of in a timely manner. I was under so much stress when i 1st moved in but the calmness of her voice & her promptness gave me comfort & the chance to take a deep breath. Thank you Tiuna for all your help & most of all i thank you for having such a great attitude.

I have lived in this complex for going on 16 years. Many owners, many management companies. I have never had any problems. If it takes a while to fix something, they always tell me why and give me an approximate of when it will be fixed. Since my husband passed they are even more caring and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

She knows exactly what she is talking about, and unfortunately there weren’t any 3 bedrooms available, but she is assisting in making sure I am taken care of. I will like to take the time and thank the whole team at Trinity oaks. I had a blast on my tour with Amber, she made me feel at home. Amber went into detail about each apartment because of course as always I’m indecisive lol. Once we were done and I put in my application I called them like crazy to check if it came back approved or not. They were so patient with me and answered my calls and my questions. So I got the good news of being able to be apart of the Trinity oaks family yay. They are so welcoming and loving to any new face that comes in. So again thank you Trinity Oaks team and a special thanks to Amber for making me want to call Trinity Oaks home.
