This is one BEAUTIFUL community!! Resort style pool, wonderful amenities including a large gym, Latitude is a great place to call home.With many different floor plan layouts, there’s many options to fit your lifestyle needs.Spacious kitchens, large windows, and contemporary flooring! Joshua, Galen and the entire team take great care of each potential and existing residents. The Maintenance team takes meticulous care of the community ensuring a great environment to live in.

I would like to personally respond to the review of Shareen Anderson because all of the following details she mentioned below about the Property Manager Elizabeth and staff couldnt be further from the truth. Ever since I was interested in moving to North Dallas The Lattitude was an apartment complex I heavily considered. From the second I walked in I was treated like family and it was such a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even though it wasnt my home, they treated me as if I were already a resident. I did look at the reviews prior to visiting only to find out that those reviews were left prior to Elizabeth joining the team.I had the lovely pleasure of speaking with her as she had a little extra time to speak with me as she was coming in from her lunch break, and she openly communicated that it is her mission to make everyone feel at home. Her journey is incredible and I have never seen someone so motivated and excited to love what they do. Due to my job I no longer had to relocate, but the Lattitude would have 100% been my choice based off how I was treated with kindness. I would still highly recommend visiting the property to anyone looking for a great future home.

My main complaint is the package service!! You have to pay 25 a month regardless if you use it or not! Due to my work schedule I leave before office opens and they are closed when I get off! It’d be a lot more convenient to have Amazon lockers and courier lockers for packages! It sucks to have to pay for a service I’ll never use especially since they charge so many extra fees for every little thing every month! I pay over 200 in fees on top of my rent! You might as well live in house renting or buying!!

I have not leased here….but honestly I would live here just to have the customer service of the front office. Eunice was phenomenal and made me feel so welcome and I only came in to tour the place. This complex is still a little expensive the amenities are great, I hope they can lower the prices just a little bit for people who don’t make above a certain amount.

I highly recommend Olivia or Enice for anyone looking for a new place—they truly go above and beyond!

I did not end up leasing here but wanted to still share a few words about my experience working with Codi Proesch in the leasing office. Codi was extremely helpful, communicative, and professional while I was considering leasing here. He took the time to show me allllllll the options and didnt make me feel rushed. He was very quick to answer my questions and keep me updated over email, making it a breeze to work with him. The property itself is going to be great; it has amazing amenities and you can tell they developed the property with its future residents in mind. The finish outs include varying color options on different floors - a lighter color palette on first and third floors and a darker palette on second and fourth floors. Dogs over 50 lbs may have to reside on the first floor (unless yours is an ESA, of course). There are multiple view options including pool, screen courtyard, bbq courtyard, and zen courtyard, in addition to views of the surrounding area with an external unit. While I ultimately decided not to lease here due to my house search, I would recommend working with Codi to get into a great apartment at Latitude. His best traits are his professionalism, communication skills, and generally being Good People. Thank you, Codi!

Kelly Love, the maintenance manager, is absolutely AMAZING! He gets a 5/5 for responsiveness, respectfulness, and going the extra mile to fix issues in our apartment without us having to ask.

Latitude has great amenities perfect for those who work from home! The coffee lounge is a great way to get out of the apartment and have a nice space to work. Having the luxury of a gym on site, as well as concierge is also a big plus. Management and maintenance are top notch.

Latitude is by far the best community Ive lived in. First the staff members and maintenance workers are very welcoming, friendly and polite. They make it their priority to attended and resolve your issues. Secondly the cleanliness is everything for me. I love an environment that is kept clean at all times and since Ive been here theres no day I have not seen housekeeping cleaning all the common areas and amenities. The apartment has great natural sunlight, the pool is beautiful see the cleaners cleaning it. The gym is top tier guys and it has personal sterilized gym rags that are recycled and washed after every use. The residents there are respectful of others and the environment as well. You wont regret living here.

Everyone apparently has their own experiences - I can only share mine.I have been here for about a year, and did renew, because this complex and its staff are outstanding. The complex is kept clean and secure - which you will not find at most communities. Specifically, I enjoy the security of the underground parking, which also serves a storm shelter if ever needed. The secure parcel deliveries at the Valet also make life efficient and easier - I never have to worry about a package being lifted from my front door because this place is locked down. Also, the pool and workout facilities are consistently in immaculate condition, it is an outstanding perk to living here.The staff of Galen, Natalie and Megan are all helpful and pleasant, each and every time Ive had interaction or questions. Additionally, if I ever have a maintenance issue (which is unusual because this place is in great shape), the maintenance staff are extremely efficient and productive.Some other reviews have stated the walls are thin between apartments - I couldnt disagree more. The only occasions I know my neighbors are there is if I see them in the secure hallways. Otherwise, I have never noticed a sound from other tenants while in my space. It is a great experience.While I am here temporarily, while the housing market eventually settles - I could not have picked a better place to live.

I absolutely love this community! I recently renewed my lease because of how amazing this place is. This community definitely provides a sense of luxury. The amenities are amazing and the leasing staff are what really sold me. If there are any issues, management and maintenance are prompt in getting them resolved.There have been tremendous improvements with the new management. They even host events to try being a sense of togetherness to the community. They are constantly trying to find ways to improve the community for everyone. I would recommend this community to everyone!Our family goal is to buy a house, but we would stay here forever if that was not the case. A huge thank you to Latitude for creating a beautiful and safe space for my family.I’ve seen a few reviews downing the community and I will say everyone does have their own specific experience, but I’ve not encountered any of these issues. A lot of issues arise because of irresponsible/ inconsiderate residents and the leasing team does their best to rectify these situations.

I loved living at Latitude and can’t recommend them enough! Galen at the front desk in particular was always so helpful and kind. The front office management was always helpful as well. I only had one maintenance issue while living there and it was quickly handled and fixed.

The Latitude is a great place to live. Since the new management took over the community really started to improve. The office staff are more than willing to to help. The 24/7 maintenance is wonderful, location gives way to all areas of Plano and the otherP.S. The community is only as goo as its residents, if you stay in a rental property your responsible for keeping it clean no matter what you pay, the same goes for apartment living. Dont complain when youre part of the problem. Check the crime statistics for DFW ,nowhere is perfect. The improvements continue and as a resident I am happy here.

Living at Latitude has been great. The community recently got taken over by a management and theyve been very diligent on keeping every thing clean and in order. The management team is always available if you need anything and maintainance usually responds to requests the same day.There are also some pretty cool community events thatll help you meet and connect with your neighbors. I really enjoyed having them since me and my wife were new to the area.All in all its a fantastic place to live and we would have stayed if our job didnt require us to relocate again.

Locator with Smart City over here!! If youre looking to move to the Plano area stop by & tour with Codi!! He is the best leasing agent Ive ever worked with not joking there. The complex has a lot to offer their residents. Super nice finishes/layouts to fit anyones needs. Walk in shower or garden tub options are available which is a huge plus! Promise if you tour with Codi you will walk away wanting to lease here ASAP!!
