Lived here for 2 years. The maintenance was very friendly and always very fast. Management was responsive. The gym and pool are nice and the property itself felt safe and comfortable.Only complaints are that it’s a little pricey and cutting the lease early came with some complications. We got those pretty quickly resolved though. People also tend to be pretty loud at night, playing music, swimming after pool closing hours, etc. though those are to be expected. There are also a ton of stray cats but the shelter has no room for them so they have to stay around.Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We enjoyed these apartments a lot while we stayed. Just make sure to check that there isn’t any damage and grime when you move in and record everything.

UPDATE: Management has really turned around. Gabbi was super helpful to work with about my concerns upon move out. I didnt end up receiving an additional return for the over charge on cleaning. They were going to but my initial check got lost, so I said never mind and just get my original deposit to me. Now Im receiving additional help because a company used this address for a package when I had updated that information on their website. Im not even a resident anymore, but they are still attempting to help me get this package found! This apartment complex is great, and in a convenient location. Semi nice amenities, and what won me over were the washer and dryer provided. Their pool(s) are nice, but they are busy because they dont enforce their visitor bands very well, so residents will have like 10-20 people over EVERY weekend and there will be no space for the residents. I think they were working on it, but it would get out of hand most summer weekends.

My family and I have lived in Las Torres Apartments for about 3 years. We have no complaints, on occasion when maintenance was need it was taken care of same day if not next. Great neighbors, quiet community and always clean. Thanks to Gabby and the staff for everything, y’all were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to live and great location. Quiet. Dog friendly. My issue however is with the property manager, Gaby, who called me on her personal phone to threaten to report me to animal control. She felt the need to tell me my dogs are too aggressive for attacking her UNLEASHED dog, who ran up to them, barking. Obviously when dogs feel threatened, they attack. This was completely unprofessional on her part as I was not at fault. Make sure your dogs are leashed at all times if you wanna live here! Being a property manager doesn’t give you the right to let your dogs roam freely around the property.

I’ve been living at Las Torres apartments for 2 years now & I can honestly not complain about anything. I’ve lived here very comfortably and I love how the 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Destiny was very helpful since the first day we thought about moving into these apartments she is super nice! Destiny is always helpful and always takes care of anything we might need. I do recomendable Las Torres apartments the location is great!

Great staff, beautiful complex with a great location. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Gabby was genuinely very helpful, informative and she has a lovely personality. Very inviting, made me feel right at home.

Very pleased with this apartment complex. We recently renewed our lease for the 4th year. Calm and quiet complex, never have any issues. Friendly office staff that is always willing to help. Maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. Washer and dryer in every apartment which is a big help! We love living here! Check of Las Torres if you are looking for an apartment, you wont be disappointed!

As a existing tenet, I recently renewed my lease. Apartment complex is very peaceful and quiet. Only noise I hear are from children playing and pets barking. Neighbors mind their business. I love the fact that units have a washer and dryer. That saved me lots of money. Units are very spacious. When maintenance issue comes up and reported to management, the problem is quick to be fixed. Management and girls in the office are very friendly and will hear your concerns and do their best to resolve them. I recommend for anyone to make Las Torres apartments their home.

I have been living in Las Torres Apartments for 5 years now. It’s an amazing community. The property is beautiful, I always feel safe, comfortable and welcomed by everyone in this area. Maintenance does an amazing job with all of the service requests, and the office staff has always been very nice to me, helpful and informative. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon because I absolutely love it here. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes and with my experience I must say that their attention to cleanliness, their professional demeanor, and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you to the entire working community of Las Torres Apartments for your hard work and for making this such a wonderful home to live in.

I actually didnt get the opportunity to move into one these wonderful apartments, I had received a offer the same day as my tour, but nonetheless these just so happen to hit every note I was looking for at the time. The pictures do not do the units justice, the tour was extremely insightful and Ms. Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms and closet spaces are way bigger, the lighting you get in the daytime is huge for energy efficiency. The location is stellar, and puts adjacent to everything El Paso has to offer. In the future, if I need a new location this is the 1st place Im looking and would happily refer them to friends.

Awesome apartments! Going on 3rd year of my lease couldn’t be happier ! Staff is great and get back to you in a short period of time. Very quiet when I first moved in rents were higher but it was great having peaceful nights... Rent might have dropped and got louder at night. Recommend having a quiet time set for residents been hearing nothing but base from cars at 2 AM. Overall, great staff relatively clean exterior always have the residents in the know with text reminders and fun events. Keep in mind the office personal are not lawyers, they explain key parts of contract and understand it well. But if you want to know the ins and outs of your contract READ THE DOCUMENTS YOU SIGN!!!

Lived here for 2 1/2 years and sadly I will not continue my lease this year due to new beginnings! But that’s not to say that this was our very FIRST home, and will always remember all the moments we have shared here. Especially those moments we endlessly danced in our living room until courtesy curfew of course. We greatly appreciate all the Las Torres team for always being so great to us, thank y’all!❤️

We lived here for 3 years, it was our first home and we are a bit sad to go. It’s a quiet community, dog friendly, and the girls at the leasing office were always so kind as was the maintenance team. If we ever have to rent an apartment for any reason in the future, we’d come back! If I could change one thing, I would add a playground for the kiddos!

The apartments arent very big or spacious but they are nice. The facilities are well taken care of and it has 2 pools and a gym. The office staff arent always the nicest (unless they are trying to make a sale) but they are bearable.

One of the best apartment complexes in El Paso. Any issues are fixed same/next day. Convenient online payment system. New buildings, so AC are great! Only downside are the entry gates. Sometimes they do not work properly.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. After a move from Hawaii, which my family and I loved, we needed a place to call home. Enter Las Torres apartments, Gabby was able to move us into an immaculate home the same day, which was a Friday. By Friday night, we have a place to call home, and we could not be happier. I am grateful for the Aloha spirit from all of the staff that helped us and we look forward to building a stronger relationship with Las Torres. Mahalo!!!
