I have lived here for over one year and just resigned my lease.I appreciate the front office. I understand its not easy to run apartments, especially with so many units, but theyve always been there to assist me in case something arises.Maintenance requests are usually done quickly and even with something trickier things, the front office is usually available to communicate through email.Overall Im satisfied with my stay here. The prices are very affordable for the area, the trees are giant and always keep the area shaded. I recommend this place!

Since relocating to Las Colinas Heights, Ive encountered several problems with my apartment not meeting my expectations. However, the office staff has been extremely helpful in addressing my concerns. Jose, in particular, has taken the initiative to ensure I receive the support I need. He has been very attentive and has made my experience much better. Im now very pleased with my apartment, and knowing that Jose is actively involved gives me confidence that I made the right decision. Make sure you ask for Jose he’s great and your in great hands :)

Nice apartments very spacious… not too pricey! Abram and Jose took care of me in the leasing office very informative and very attentive. I was having a very bad day. The office was busy Jose greeted me and he seemed busy he made sure me and my wife were taken care of no questions asked!

I visited the apartments earlier this month and spoke with Lisa Marie. She is very friendly and definitely made me feel welcomed. I have applied to the apartments I’m excited to hopefully be living there. Lisa Marie is very helpful and provided me with the resources needed to submit an application with it only my second time applying somewhere new she definitely made it so much easier.

Love love love the spacious floor plans! There’s so much that can be done with the living area. The upgrades really refresh this established community. Plays well on what cannot be changed and brightens the space. Stainless steel appliances make a difference. More value for your budget!

The Maintenance tech Chase has been a major help since I have moved in. I moved in Aug 18 2024 and had an issue with the water heater. He came the same day the work order was put in and then came back to check and make sure everything was working well. He assisted me with putting a giant tv up which took all of 5 secs but I wouldnt have been able to get it up with out his help. Then he took the giant tv box to the dumpster for me without even asking. Chase does a great job here and shows that he cares about the folks on this property! Keep up the good work!

While recovering from a broken ankle, I was unable to maneuver from my step down the steps to my car in the parking lot. So my coming and going was very limited. Las Colinas Heights installed a hand rail that starts at my front step n goes to the last step at the parking lot. This has changed my whole life. Because of this I am able to come and go without help. I am soo grateful for this. The installers even worked on Sunday to get it finished.Thank you!!moved in about a month ago and I didnt have all my paperwork together but Heather, Savanah and Dominique went above and beyond, even staying late to make sure I could move in as soon as the movers got here.I had a couple of small maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately with polite n personable maintenance men. I am happy here with the extra large rooms, a storage room and a large balcony. what I am not happy with is the mandatory valet trash pick up that I pay $10 a month for an 11 ounce trash can that is to be picked up 4 nights a week and another $25 a month for the valet trash pick Up. They actually picked up my trash once in December. So I carried all my trash to the dumpster which I am paying $14.00 a month to be emptied. So when I asked why I had to pay for a service i was not receiving, i was just told it was mandatory....other than that, i love my apartment and think the staff is wonderful.

I dont normally post this type of review, but I was having a really hard time trying to find an apartment. The last few I talked to didnt have answers and kept putting me on hold. I was very frustrated. Then I called Las Colinas Heights and spoke to Heather Johnson. She was very informative and did not keep putting me on hold like the other places. She was fun to talk to and made me laugh. I wish there were more employees like her. Too many slackers are in the work force today, so I just had to commend her for doing a good job, even though we leased somewhere else.

Ive just moved in to this apartment complex at Las Colinas Heights in Irving a little over a month ago but it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff here is very nice and professional, especially Heather Johnson. She helped make my transition very easy and painless. Her knowledge and support was very helpful. January 25th made my 3rd month in this community, and Im still getting used to the utility bills. Im typically not home very often, so to see my electric bill double in one billing cycle was kind of a kick to the chest. My apartment doesnt really seem to hold heat well, so I try to keep the thermostat around 62. If its really cold, Ill cave and bump it up to 65 for a while to knock the chill off.Ive also been waiting on a few things to be fixed by maintenance for at least a month and a half, but have no idea when to expect those repairs because there is no system in place to notify of how long the wait will be.Over all, I enjoy it here. Its quiet. People mind their business. Its just a cozy place to be, so far. I also really like the fact that we have valet trash service!

They’re very sympathetic to our needs. Very welcoming when you walk in the office and Very respectful. I’ve been living here since March and I Love It. I strongly recommend applying here if you’re looking for a place to live.

My best experience from this apartment is Ashli and her willingness to calmly handle issues. She has been an excellent customer relations officer and never gets angry. I have to say that the process was so smooth all thanks to my leasing agent. Deangelo was great with getting me into my town home. He showed me great options to make sure I was comfortable and within my budget. He actually made sure I stayed under my budget. Im not a huge fan of bad customer services and he gave me GREAT attention even when he was the only person available to helped. He also seemed extremely knowledgeable about the property. I was surprised to learn that he was not management considering how attentive he was to my need. I most def would recommend living here. I had 1 hick up and maintenance was right on it. Im glad this community is under new management!!

Have been staying in this community for almost 4 years now. Initially when the new management took over it definitely took time for them to settle down and during that time we resident were finding it difficult to get our work orders completed. And that was expected, so no complaints.Now they are smoothly operational and I see issues taken care very quickly.Every staff member in the leasing office is helpful and my favourite one is Gina coz of her all the time happy, smiling and positive attitude. She and Veronica got my tons of work orders fixed in no time. Again thanks a lot.

The apartment was very clean upon move-in. The few maintenance requests I have had to submit (minor things) have been fulfilled in a timely manner. Bel Air Las Colinas has exceeded my expectations and I am happy that I chose to call this community home.

I love the layout of my townhouse and The patio size is amazing. Able to create a virtual oasis on our patios. The customer service and upkeep has been lousy until a new manager arrived about a month ago named Cheryl. We had things that were supposed to be done on move in a year ago that no one addressed, even with multiple requests to have taken care of until she arrived. Bravo and many thanks to Cheryl. She is a lady that can turn this back into one of the best in Irving I am sure!!!! If everything keeps going in this direction I would recommend this community to anyone that asks. 😃

I almost didnt rent here because of all of these bad reviews, but I am really glad I changed my mind. Heather in the office was great dealing with all my questions and concerns. My apartment was in great shape at move in, fresh paint, clean, no bugs. The layout is unbelievably large. So far my maintenance requests have been handled quickly (minor stuff). So far I am very happy with the choice. Oh and the gate is fixed :-)

Ive lived here for two years and the only reason that Im moving out is so that I can live closer to my church. The old management company lost their contract and the new management company has quite a job to take care of the pending maintenance orders which were thrown in the trash for the last 6 months under the old management! The new management company is very, very responsive! The new property manager, Sonia is doing a great job in this time of transition and I highly recommend this place to call your new home!

Actually really nice place. Some of the apartments could use a little upgrading, but theyre in the process of doing that. Definitely a lot of space and super quiet. Ive lived here for 2 years and never heard anything from my neighbors. One time my washer managed to flood my kitchen and ruin the carpet in the hall and maintenance was there ASAP to help and the carpets were replaced within the week.

I’m still not sure where I’m wanting to move BUT I had a wonderful experience while in the office going over floor plans and being able to view an apartment with Angelo I think that’s his name! He was super nice and very informative about all the amenities and overall view/feel of the property! I WILL DEFINITELY be back and more than likely sending people your way, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

New resident (3 weeks). Havent used all the amenities yet but loving it so far! Attractive property. Good location. Relaxing pools. Nice laundry service. Clean apartment with good amount of space. Friendly, helpful office staff. Heather has been an amazing and supportive resource from the first visit to present. A few minor work orders to resolve (normal expectation at move-in) but overall a great experience so far. Everything has met or exceeded my expectations to date.

I think it is a great community to stay at!! Great apt with reasonable pricing, good management as well! Also, Veronica Garcia is a top-notch person they have in the office who has always been helpful to resolve any issues I had for last one year.The only improvement they can do in my opinion is in the lead time of maintenance activities.

Update!July 2021Still keep my 5 start rating! New management took over about 4-5 months ago and they have been great. This past week they have been more than willing to accommodate my family and I through an uncontrollable situation. Brianna, Leslie and the manager Ms. Gina have been beyond helpful and supportive! I’m thankful for their understanding.Jan. 2020I just want to give a huge shout out to Kourtni in the office. I’ve been a resident here for multiple years. I had a family situation occur and Kourtni was more than willing and understanding to help!As always every apartment has its ups and downs. The new management here has taken on the efforts in making the property better; at least I have noticed the changes. Plus the professionalism and understanding within the front office is much better.

This was my first home with my husband, and we had an overall pleasant experience. The price per square foot is unusually cheap for the area. We always felt like we had plenty of room for the two of us. Also, the Las Colinas neighborhood is safe and quiet, definitely a place where I felt comfortable walking around at any time. Maintenance issues were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, and the office staff members were friendly and attentive. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the office is understaffed. If I ever came during the lunch hour or right after work, there were usually a few people ahead of me in line waiting to ask a question or be shown an apartment. It would be helpful for residents if a part-time showing agent was added to the staff for those busy times. Thank you to Sham, Katherine, and Heather for working so hard! We would have stayed if my husband hadnt found a job on the other side of Dallas.

This place is a very nice place to live very spacious apartment. The property is clean, quiet, and pretty. With the new management things have changed for the better. The Maintenance is always on time when something needs to be fixed. Pest control is also always on time with any issues I have had. Now recently they have been working on the gates so here in May the gates will be fully operational so thats adds extra security. Overall Im very happy with my experience here and love my apartment.

This is one of the best places Ive lived at. Quiet nights, pretty view from my balcony, quick access to my maintenance staff 24/7, big windows, nice community feel... I feel like I could go on forever! My apartment was spacious and all appliances new. Beautiful inside and out this property offers the comforting atmosphere with the multitude of trees, ponds, creeks and waterfalls. To top it all off...The kind and darling front office staff makes you feel right at home its amazing. Thank you for a great year, Bel Air! Cheers!

I lived here for a short term lease while I established myself in the Dallas area. I have to say that by far it was one of the nicest apartment complexes in the DFW area. It’s located in what many would consider an upscale neighborhood and their apartments are reasonably priced. I never had any issues with management or the tenants. All the staff I dealt with were down to earth friendly people. All my work orders were resolved in an efficient manner and the maintenance people are extremely nice. Things are very quiet, while also being down the street from the Toyota Music Factory. If it wasn’t for my job I would still be living at these apartments.

I had the pleasure of touring the Bel Air Las Colinas with Heather today and it was such a pleasant experience. The property is very peaceful and surreal. The two bedrooms are very spacious and many are undergoing lovely renovations. The apartments dont need any renovations and are nice just as they are but the renovations added additional finishing touches and new flooring. Heather was very patient with me even though I came towards the end of the day. Her welcoming attitude and patience makes me feel that this is a great place to live.

Guess what, I just applied! Not to mention, I loved seeing all of the MELANIN MAGIC in management and the office! Service and professionalism are superb! My review is mixed. I love my one-bedroom Loft. It is so very spacious, I had no idea. I dont know what the other people are talking about when it comes to the staff, but they were all very polite to me, all of them. I think a persons response to you is based upon your demeanor towards them.On another note, the buildings are very old and that brings it down a little bit. The worst thing is the trash. I think they dont empty it often enough. It gets really full and they dont make sure the top is open so people often leave their trash right in front of it. Very sad.The grounds are great. Very green, nice trees, a waterfall near the front, squirrels, wildlife. I live at the back where theres a duck pond. Awesome. Ducks and geese. Fish and turtles.

We have been living in downtown Dallas since 2009 and finally decided that we wanted to start saving for a house. Since we were paying over 2K every month living downtown, we decided to look for something cheaper for the next year. When I first went to look at the apartment, I was greeted by Courtney and he was FANTASTIC. He was super accommodating, great outgoing personality, and really was passionate about what he was doing - and not in the sleezy sales person type of way. He even gave me his email address and told me if there was anything we needed to not hesitate to reach out to him. We moved in December and within the two weeks our heater was not working very well. Within an hour of contacting Courtney, he had maintenance in my apartment and they replaced EVERYTHING - even the thermostat. About a month after that, I felt a damp spot in my carpet in the living room, and within 20 minutes maintenance was in my apartment and 30 minutes after that the carpet company came, replaced the pad under my carpet and even steam cleaned the whole living room! I can honestly say, in most places I have lived, maintenance has always been such a headache - and this place goes above and beyond. The last highrise I lived in took almost 2 weeks to fix an electrical issue in my kitchen. Only other thing I was worried about before moving in was all of the trees and the groundskeepers do an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to save a little money and/or live close to DFW.

Went to look at these beautiful apartments and as soon as I walked in the office I knew it was home. I was greeted by DeAngelo which his smile brightened up the room he was so kind and answered every question that I had, he even managed to keep me smiling & laughing. He walked me through an apartment and it was as beautiful as the floor plans described and the kitchen was incredible. This was the 4th apartments that I have looked at and it will be the last because I can’t wait to be a resident of Las Colinas Heights!!!

She was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and took care of my leasing needs very professionally and is a very pleasant person to deal with.I love the apartments and am looking forward to living on such beautiful grounds. It was the landscape that sold me to begin with.

This is such a beautiful place. I moved in with my husband when we got married 6 month ago and fell in love with these apartments. We have such a gorgeous view, the apartments are spacious and NO BUGS AT ALL!!!! Amazing! It’s very affordable. Plus the staff is just the best, they are very friendly and took care of all our needs instantly. You truly will not regret moving here!

He provided excellent customer service with information on every detail and question we presented to him along with additional information to considered. Had water leak under bathroom sink. Manager and maintenance supervisor handled immediately, to make sure did not get worse. Roy courteously explained what had caused the problem and answered my questions. Thank you, Roy and Elizabeth. I truly appreciate the excellent maintenance reporting, management, and repairs at our Las Colinas Heights Apts.

After giving terrible reviews and living here more than 7 months, I genuinely see things changing. A big thank you to Cynthia, who came in as assistant manager and has tremendously helped to turn things around. Work orders that usually took 3 weeks, now take just one day. In addition, Cynthia is pro-people/customer kind of person, your one-stop help specialist. She has managed to increase customer satisfaction through her help and understanding approach. I would suggest new residents to talk to her and old ones to contact her in case of assistance. I am taking off one star because I believe improvement in an on-going process.

I moved in 4 months ago and I love it.The loft is large and beautiful. There is always someone working on the property, even though the tenants leave their dog poop around. There are enough poop bag stations around, but nobody wants to pick it up.The staff is friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
