My experience here Im going to be honest with you. I havent had nobodys been here. Ive been here for 6 months and I know theyre under New Management. Hes a sweetheart. He works with you and I know Diana has been in the office for a minute. Shes a sweetheart. She will work with you. These apartment have upgraded from what I have been told and what I have seen. I have no problem honestly and I do recommend you stop by talk to both of them. Get to know the property. Its quiet. It has a part. It has a barbecue pit area pool and they are upgrading everything like no lie. Everything is getting upgraded but I do have to give a shout out to Management. They are so sweet. They dont bother nobody. You dont bother them. They wont bother you. They work with you. They listen to you. Theyre there when you need them and thats the type of management that you want. With all smiles I am blessed and I am thankful Im highly forever to run across two sweet people. I really am and I just want to say thank you. You know some people can say what they want to say about experience. Its not a house, their apartments. Its a totally different but still thank you god and believe me if you put in for a maintenance order theyre going to come but you have to let them know whats going on before they can just jump to fix something and they dont know anything about it. But has been wonderful. Thank you guys and have a good day

Moved here about six months ago & I’m Pleased with my stay here.Apartments are reasonably priced and renovated.They are nicely kept and I personally have had no issues with pest at all.Dayana at the Front Office was above and beyond helpful every step of the the way in my move she has a very pleasant personality and she’s just great!Maintenance team is pretty accurate, at times gets caught up but the requests get done.

Ive been a resident for a little over a year now. I have had a great experience so far. So much I renewed my contract! :) I love the small and diverse community. Residence are really friendly, its calm and peaceful.Apartments are really nice and cozy. they are very affordable, especially during these hard times! They are not no luxurious rooms but very nice for what you are paying.Maintenance is great-they may not get to you on the same day but definitely no more than one day out. In the year I have been there I have only had to submit one ticket for maintenance request. (refrigerator light bulb change -_- lol. to my defense i didnt know it was just a light bulb change needed otherwise i would have done it myself!!)Management is very efficient, patient, and ready to get you settled in. I literally spent close to an hour in their office trying to renew my contract and making sure they had everything they needed to get my contract renewed. Brandon was the property manager that assisted and he was so great! he was personable, he didnt get frustrated with me, and he didnt try to rush the process.

My husband and I moved in a few months ago before the new management change. Im so glad Jon is staying on because hes one of the best things about being here! When we first moved in there were a few things we needed to get fixed and Jon was always on-top of it and he checks in with you afterwards to make sure the problem is completely resolved. One of our fears when renting in apartment communities is the lack of care or response from the maintenance team so were glad thats not an issue here. Were super grateful to have Jon in this community!

He understands my long distance move and was so gracious he did a live walk trivia his personal phone and still explained everything in detail. I have lived at west creek ranch for about a year now and just renewed my lease. I absolutely love it!! The apartments here are very nice and spacious. All appliances have worked great and I’ve personally never had any issues with the water, doing laundry or anything like that. I accidentally messed up one of the racks in the closet and the closet door but they helped take care of that in a timely manner. I’m impressed and appreciate the leasing agent Shay for all of her help & the maintenance team! West Creek rocks!

The complex in regards to management can use some improvements interacting and speaking to residents respectfully but the maintenance team is hands down keeping this place running. Had an overall great experience today on an in-person tour of the complex and my specific unit. The buildings’ exterior designs have an older look to them, but the interior is very much up to date and well organized. Kathy was my guide today and she was spectacular; answering my questions with a friendly attitude and a warm smile. I can’t speak on actually living in the properties, but hopefully my optimism isn’t derailed in the future.

It feels like an escape into nature with the surrounding landscape while still being close to everything you need in the city. It’s a quiet, friendly place to live and maintenance is always respectful and quick. My only suggestion would be to not require the mandatory Spectrum internet fee. This is not fair to residents who want a different, more reliable service.

These apartments have been so good to me! I am more then satisfied. They communicate all complex updates and requirements through email which is very effective. I enjoy parking in front of my apt now that the towing policy has been enforced. It’s extremely considerate of not only me as a resident but also my visitors. Management & staff have always been great to me as well. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I would recommend these apartments!

We have been really pleased with these apartments! Management is always pleasant and willing to help out with questions and concerns. The maintenance crew is also amazing! They are always prompt and happy to help. We go for walks around the complex often and we feel safe and always run into nice people. We have loved our stay here!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO ANYBODY. I am a single Mom of 2 young kids & I wanted a safe apt complex for my kids & I. I can honestly say these are by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. I have no problems AT ALL. Every time I put in a maintenance request it is completed within 2 days if not that same day! Shelly & Naomi are also the best management I have ever encountered at an apt complex. The other office staff & maintenance are always friendly as well. I cannot brag enough about these apartments as a whole. So happy to be a resident here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I’ve had nothing less than an amazing experience working with WestCreek Ranch! From applying, signing and moving in, all were a breeze! It’s been such a pleasure working with the entire office staff & maintenance. The apartment we chose is very nicely updated. The pool area is very nice, as well as the patio area & dog park.We’ve got a 3BR/2BA at 1,119 sq.ft. so compared to some other floor plans, it is on the small side, but makes up for large closets and extra outside storage and a large patio. Parking is a bit tight but that’s to be expected at many apartment complexes. Not very many kids and is very quiet so far!I look forward to being here for a while! 😊

Lived here for two years. Rent didnt go up. Maintenance people were friendly. Always used the maintenance work request. Respond time varies from a day to three. But didnt have any major problem. Other residents were friendly. Parking can be a issue depending on which side you lived on. 4 star because dumpster was always a issue. It was full all the time. Some residents didnt care and just dump it on the ground. Some of the trash would fall into the storm drain. Eco not friendly.

We have always been well taken care of by the staff and the maintenance is friendly and very quick to respond. We have also enjoyed all the fun activities put on by the Cares team at the complex. The Cares team is awesome, super friendly and regularly puts together fun, low-key activities (2-3 times a month).

They have great admendies such as the Dog park for our little fur baby (WE LOVE) and easy access to hwy 75 which is a PLUS for me. I dont know if Im spelling their names right but the girls in the office, starting with Shelley took such good care of me and worked tirelessly to help me with all that I needed to do that goes along with leasing an apartment, as I had not done so in many years!!! They gave me the peace of mind I needed so desperately at a very challenging time of my life!!! I was blown away by the surroundings and the apartment was breathtaking!!!! I cant say enough about the caring staff of Shelley, Tavia and Christy (again Im not sure of their name spelling) they all seemed to work together to help me !!! I am forever grateful!!!
