The new property manager Adrian has truly made a positive impact on the community. Adrian is always available to address any concerns or questions and goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents are happy and comfortable.In addition, the leasing agent Laura is incredibly kind and helpful. She made the moving-in process seamless and was always available to assist with any issues or questions that arose. Her friendly demeanor truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a resident.One of the things I appreciate most about living at the Lark Apartments is the quick and efficient maintenance team. Any maintenance requests I have submitted have been promptly addressed and resolved, which has made my living experience here that much more enjoyable.Overall, I believe that the Lark Apartments are in better hands with Adrian at the helm. His dedication to the community and commitment to providing excellent customer service have truly made a difference.

Ive lived here for two years, and the office staff has been amazing and incredibly helpful. Laura has been great and so patient with me. Maintenance here is by far the best compared to all the apartments Ive lived in before. I would highly recommend anyone to move here! 😌

I moved here a month ago the office is wonderful! Marlene, the property manager, is very helpful and the leasing agent, Steve, always welcomes you with a smile. I highly recommend these apartments if youre looking for a place to live.

My wife n I jus move into the residence and very pleased with all they have done to welcome us in our new home. They have followed threw with new appliances as said worked in every way with us Very kind well mannered..., Plus if you own a pet they care for there well being as well,as jus other day a dog was lost and management post the situation for owner to find safe!....Thats Awesome!!!❤️‍🔥👊

I am very happy with my apartment. The office staff is amazing, very attentive, polite and fun to be around. The grounds are so lively lots of people and cheer. I really enjoy the fitness center. Thats where Ive spent the most of my time when not at my apartment. All in all this is a great little place.

These apartments are amazing.. one and two bedrooms are both affordable and soo cozy that they give you that welcome home feeling as soon as you walk in.. I also love thee staff that works there.. they are always friendly and ready to help with whatever problem you have with a smile.. thee staff manager Stephanie is thee best staff manager in my opinion that we have ever had.. she always makes sure that whatever problem I have is easily taken care of as soon as possible and without any trouble.. she always smiles and greets her clients and has thee best customer service experience that I have ever seen.. keep up thee great work staff!!

In my search for a new apartment I happen to drive pass these. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Shyne. He took me on a tour and even though they weren’t in the price range I was looking for. The tour was amazing he was so friendly and the model he showed me was so beautiful I wanted to make sure his work doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Tbh i wouldnt resign here again lol. this place is just the bare minimum and worse. been here a year and these are the reasons why its okay:- so MANY water issues. like 10 times since i have been here there has been water shut offs and it last longer than 24 hours. sometimes not even a notice.- maintenance requests take forever or get closed out randomly.- during school days, there are like SO MANY KIDS just wandering around. pretty sure like 95% of these kids just loiter around. but its so weird when you come home and theres like 5-6 kids just blocking stairs, making messes, or getting VERY agitated because you looked at them.- mold in vents that only got wiped down and not fully cleaned so it came back.- roaches at move in. GERMAN roaches. we put in multiple requests for pest controls.- breezeways SMELL horrendous and people always leave trash outside. it literally smells like wet garbage.- people hang clothes from balconies and throw trash off of them.- NEW RULES all the time. every month a new rule is created and some arent even on the lease- people bring their DOGS to the pool and let them in- office is always closed- people leave their big dogs on their patio and (tbh i love seeing them) but one time i saw a big dog jump out of a patio and almost attack other people walking their dog. so PLEASE be careful walking your dogs (especially small ones).UPDATE: ok don’t live here. stay away from any apartments in bldg 5 bc every apartment is infested with roaches, gnats, and flies.

Edit 06/8/24 welp shyne and winter are gone.Lets hope the new team keeps the community up to date and keeps enforcing everything to keep the living situation comfortable .Ive been here many years. Seen management change soooooo many times. Quantum Leap Property Management has given us the best of the best freaking team Ive ever dealt with . Winter and Shyne are like The Justice League! They have cleaned out the complex from the dirty to the rowdy. Working as a community to keep the complex in top notch is their main goal. Now I hope these 2 wonderful people get a raise and are kept in the property. Good valuable duo! Quantum dont let them go anywhere 😅

Let me first start off by saying the apartment complex is great ! Quiet at night, not a lot of action during the day. The maintenance work hard and do the best that they can ! We just got a new property manager and she seems great—can’t wait to see how she does here ! If you’re looking for a new place to live then come to Lark—friendly neighbors, affordable prices and overall just a great complex !

We took a tour during a community event they were having(with wine 😉)Shine walked me and my roommate through the complex, explaining the ins and outs of the community and perks of living at that complex, while we didn’t decide to commit to the apartments. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Shine for his upmost professionalism and welcoming attitude!

Good customer service thanks to Franchesca for all the help in getting my new apartment. I totally recommend going with her, she is a very helpful and understanding great person. So far everything in my unit is good I have no complaints and I’m very satisfied and comfortable.

Since the new managers I definitely can say things are BETTER and they really take the time to fix things. Something’s take time but overall I’ve seen so many good changes. We love this place. In our second year. Great part of town, very quiet and all the new paint and renovations are really cool. Cant wait to see what they do with the pools!Now if they would just GET THE CAMERAS IN THE NEW EXERCISE ROOM SO WE CAN USE IT AFTER 6PM (HINT HINT) everything would be perfect 😉

My best friend just moved here and the apartments seem nice; minus the color of the exterior. This 2 bedroom apartment is kinda small for my taste, but a heck of a lot better than her previous apartments. I also like that there is no carpet and the parking seems better.

Ive been a resident here at Sierra Ridge Apartments for 2 year as of August 2019, going into my 3rd year as a resident. I lived in both the 2 bd/2bth and they are very spacious for the price. Im now in the 1bd/1bth and happy with all the new changes that Ive seen with my time here as a resident. Management changed and Ive seen lots of improvements for this community. The staff is very polite and and handle maintenance repairs in a timely manner. The staff always has some type of holiday activities for the community as well. The location is very convenient with lots of shopping centers, and grocery stores around. I am a happy resident and glad that the community is showing improvement for the area and location.

People with severe issues likely havent reported the issues or they would have been dealt with in a timely manner. Ive had nothing but a positive experience with management and maintenence. All work orders have been resolved in a timely manner and fixed correctly.
