    This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I just moved to Austin for school and were struggling for a while to find a good place to call home. The management was in constant contact helping us through every step of the way. They gave us multiple ways to get into the apartment since our previous job did not have the best pay. We did have some struggles with the ac on the first night however as soon as we put in a request they were here to help, along with anything else. Everyone here is friendly and nice!!! HUGE SHOUTOUT to Bryan from the maintenance team, he has made friends with us and made us feel even more at home. I am more than happy to call this place my home and will forever recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, comfortable, clean, AND BUG FREE apartment. Not to mention the amazing amenities!!! You don’t even have to walk down to the dumpster to take trash out, the 24 hour dog spa, 24 hour gym, and 24 hour dog park that is HUGEEE, and the pool is gorgeous. I hope to call this place home for as long as I can. Thank you to all the workers and management team who made this possible!

    I was in the process of moving here and had signed a lease, however a job opportunity out-of-state caused me to have to cancel my lease application. That said, I am very impressed with the customer service and assistance the property management provided me throughout the entire process. Not only were they timely, they were also very understanding about my situation. I especially want to thank Lindsay Chotnier for being so thorough in answering my questions and working with me to alter my lease as I needed due to the uncertainty of my move at the time. Lindsay was timely in her communication and worked to get me answers when she didnt have them herself. Kudos for making a stressful experience much easier for me!

    I’m sharing my experience based on my smooth transition when moving in. I had a self guided tour which is simple and I liked it coz no one was trying to convince me or oversell. The place is clean based on what I’ve seen at a friends apartment in building 6, parking is a bit of an issue as I’ve had my car dented twice. I’ll update this review again in 2 months.

    Lived here for about 3 years and enjoyed the experience. Complex feels safe, is well-lit, and the lawns are well kept. Proximity to a park makes it good for evening walks. Never used the pool, but it looks good, and residents often have parties and cookouts there. New managers are very friendly and willing to work with residents. Gigi and Adi have been helpful when approached about concerns/issues with transitions from old services to new ones. Misses out on 5 stars because of waste problem: dumpsters are often overflowing and theres a consistent issue with pet waste.

    I moved in right around the time of the management switch & the new management has streamlined everything compared to how it was before. Theyve made quality of life upgrades & even changed out the locks on the pool as no one from previous management saved the code so they had one to give to residents.Front office staff is friendly & attentive to issues, Ive never once had any concerns waved off. Selena has helped me with specifics for maintenance multiple times. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly & with seriousness. Tinnieh, the community manager, even came out to my apartment personally with maintenance to address an issue Id been repeatedly having the same day it was brought to her attention.

    Ive been looking for apartments for a few days and Ive visited different places, but I really liked this one because its quiet, modern, and the leasing team is wonderful.     Beautiful property, loved the floor plans. I am looking for a future apartment and had some spare time so just stopped in to view. Tinnieh the manager was super pleasant and took a sec to step out her office to introduce herself. Don’t ever see that much now a days. Selena the assistant was very professional and attentive she immediately listened to my needs and explained the floor plans and amenities in detail. Over all my visit was very welcoming and I was honestly sold. Thank you.

    Front office very friendly & attentive to any issue I may have.Maintenance requests are always handled as soon as request has been submitted.The new towing policy is amazing! All you have to do is reserve your spot & no one is allowed to park in your spot. Daily trash inspections have created such a well maintained & sanitary place to live in! Love everything about the property!

    I love living at Lantower Techridge. Been here for a few years and the experience has been so smooth. The new office manager and staff are all very kind and helpful. Maintenance is always taken care of and the property is always in great shape. I use the fitness center and pool daily and both amenitities are always well kept and ready for use. The tech ridge area is growing quickly and i love this location because I am close to the domain shopping center and easy access to highway 35. I highly recommend living here. -Adam

    I just moved in recently and I have loved it so far. My apartment is great. The staff were very friendly, I met with Joyce Cho the day I moved in she was very helpful and friendly as well. She helped me go over my apartment and make sure everything was in good condition. Everything in my apartment was to my liking I have a fenced yard and its right next to the lake. It was a smooth move-in process and I appreciate all the help!

    You might be tempted to move here with catchy sign on offers. But I would think twice before moving here. I moved here on sept 2nd and it’s been a month and I haven’t received my washer/dryer unit yet. I’ve been going to leasing office since day 1 asking about it and every time I go they say “you’ll be getting this week”. I mean literally same answer or they’ll say the issue is with GE they’re not delivering the units yet. Apart from that, I haven’t received my smart lock (which is like mandatory in this community) and despite that they charge “smart fees” every month. Oh also, I haven’t gotten my patio storage door keys yet. If you’re moving here, I would say good luck with your maintenance complaints they will take forever to respond. At this point, I’m tired to go to leasing office and hear same answer every time. The only good part in this community is the dog park, swimming pool, and the walking trial.Update:I got my laundry unit installed successfully around mid October and I got my smart lock installed few days back. I’m bumping up my ratings to appreciate the fact that they’ve heard and improved their maintenance requests. I’ve raised couple of maintenance requests recently and I got help immediately. New crew is really good.

    I am so happy to be a resident at Lantower Techridge. What I have come to love is the maintenance team. My past experiences were so horrible but here at Lantower the maintenance is outstanding!! The guys are so respectful. Always willing to go above and beyond. I called for maintenance repair to my ac and I was so surprised the same day service. The filter was changed, the ac was cleaned and I am happy in the cool air. When my water pressure to the kitchen sink seemed low I called and again same day service. I am always greeted with a smile and that goes a long way for me. I have never been so happy with a maintenance team like I am here. Thank you guys for promptly helping me out. 😊

    This place is very safe and secure! Delinquents beware, theres a State Tropper living on site, and they have a safety patrol roaming 24/7. Non-residents are not allowed to use the facilities, nor loitering and prowling. Theres cameras everywhere too and they are recording all the time. The whole community is no-smoking allowed! Zero noise tolerance during quiet times and they do knock on your door. The manager Michelle is the best, shes on top of everything and takes great care of the residents, the staff, and the property. NO NONSENSE HERE!

    We moved in late June 2017. It’s been great so far! The location is really convenient to work, stores, and I-35. The apartments are new, so everything works great and is in great condition.We have a dog and the dog park is HUGE! The pond and walking trail nearby is great too! We love most all of the facilities in the complex and they seem to be relatively well maintained.Management changed right before move in, which was a slight concern, but we haven’t had too many issues, so haven’t had to interact much. The one thing I don’t like about management companies is that it seems like the staff rotates across the properties, so the faces in the office are never consistent. I only recognize one person from move in to now.Last week we did have a problem with packages being stolen from doorsteps, so I wish there were some cameras or better security to prevent this. Also, the gym in the complex seems old. The treadmills (only 2) are creaky and dated, along with the other equipment. I used to love going to the gym, now I dread it.Overall - it’s been a good few months here. There’s going to be pros and cons in any complex, but I think the value here is good and the apartment has been a complete upgrade from our previous one!

    I lived in the upgraded one bedroom apt here and LOVED IT! It was really hard to leave! The pool was always clean, the dog wash is a nice luxury, and the layouts are perfect for my lifestyle. If i had a problem, it was always taken care of quickly and Ashley always went above and beyond to explain details of anything i had questions about. She always made me feel like she had time for her residents, which is important to a luxury community. Do yourself a favor and move in!

    I absolutely loved living here! I lived in a 1x1 unit for the past year and never had any issues! Management was always very helpful to me and quick to respond to any issues I was having. There were some recent upgrades that are AWESOME (smart locks, smart thermostat)!! I only moved because I needed to be closer to work, but I would have renewed in a heartbeat otherwise!

The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean daily, under the new management. The workout room is open 24/7 and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....close to stores and great shopping too!

    Melissa and the staff were amazing! The application and move in process was very quick an easy. The apartments are very nice extremely affordable. The location is also prime with direct access to I35. 15 minutes from downtown Austin and plenty of food and shopping options less than 5 minutes away. Also the amenities are some of the best I have seen with a resort style pool and surprisingly useful fitness center and dog spa. Overall experience is the best I’ve ever encountered in any leasing experience.

    The staff is very helpful, especially Ryan the Asst. Manager, he did a really good job trying to solve my issues with the website. He is very well spoken whenever I speak with him and I appreciate the call back (or text) to update me on the issue that I was having.     The office staff is so nice and helpful! When I reach out I get a response by the next business day. The maintenance guys are friendly and very professional! Apartments are very nice and well kept. The only reason I am choosing 4 stars is because the parking spots by my building are so small and there never seems to be enough space.

Still leaving a star off for lack of security offerings.Edit: Updated review to one star since the apartment blamed a missing notice on the fact it might have been windy that day. When the complex blames the weather on fining you, thats a serious problem.If youre using Google Maps reviews to base your decision on your next apartment, do notice that most of the five star reviews here are from those visiting and that negative reviews are from actual residents. This very low score is being written up to offset the average overall score this place has.Lantower Living (or NXNE, which was a much better name), appears to be a beautiful apartment from the outside. Nice, modern lobby, an expansive pool, and luxurious amnesties. However, this apartment has some major cons, namely security and fee transparency.Here, at Lantower Living, you never feel secure. Only my second week living here, I was awoken at 4 in the morning to flash bangs and sirens when the building across the street was swatted. Four months in, the apartment next door caught on fire, and their residents left without a trace, causing policemen to knock on my door, inquiring about their location. This complex doesnt even have a gate, like other apartments in The Lakes do, leaving some cars open to be vandalized (which has thankfully not happened to me, yet).And then theres the fees. Want to park in a garage, shaded spot, or even one of those reserved spots? Thats a fee. Want to have a pet? Only half of the large deposit is refundable. Forgot to tie up one of your trash bags you leave out for the valet? Fee. And not only are there fees, but sometimes, you cant even trust auto-pay to cover your expenses since management or the higher-ups or whomever fail time and time again to update your balance on time each month, causing you to get a notice and, sometimes, a late fine fee.Ive heard nothing but great things about the other apartments along this street. Look there. You can live here, but know what youre in for.

    I have lived at tech ridge for almost 2 years now and just renewed my third lease. I have seen a lot of improvement lately and I am ready for the pool in the summer. I have a dog and having a private fenced yard was what sold me!Tech ridge for me has had its ups and downs but recently the new team, especially Eric, has been super helpful and responsive. They recently changed lights to a brighter LED and I am so thankful. Keep it up

    When you are living in the apartments, the most important things are the 1. safety 2. communitys quick responses to the residents reasonable needs such as maintenance issues.1- Lantower Tech Ridge is located on the borderline of City of Austin & Pflugerville, It offers quick access to the major highway but tucked into the quiet, nice part of the city which leads to the less exposures to the crime.2- The leasing staffs are friendly and they (Chloe & Joyce) open their ears with kindness to hear our concerns and try their best to address the issue. And I cant appreciate enough how the maintenance staffs always show up so quick to resolve the service issues and gets the job done right! The maintenance matters usually gets taken care of within a day which rarely happens these days anywhere you go because of the under staffing issues. Really appreciate your guys Luis, Waracy, Luce!

    Absolutely will miss this Place the Office staff is really friendly. when theres a problem maintenance gets on it right away. I love going to the pool to bbq and relax. this was a very nice community to live in the only down fall i didnt like is living on the 3rd floor and finding parking. but other then those two things best place i ever lived.

    I have to say I had a great experience looking for an apartment at NXNE. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the assistant manager Rosa, she helped me with the whole process and was treated with the upmost respect from her. If you are looking for an apartment please come see her first, she will make things happen.

    I was a resident at TechRidge as a transfer from sister property Edgewater.Office reps and maintenance staff were all very friendly, supportive and prompt with inquires and repairs.Staff provided community resources in which during this time of COVID-19 was very helpful.I personally never experienced any issues that required law enforcement, so I would recommend TechRidge as a safe place to call home.
