I have lived at Landmark Conservancy since March of 2019. Throughout my time as a resident, different property management companies have been in place. With Greystar returning and again managing the property, there have been significant changes in leadership and overall care for the residents.Judy in the leasing office is an incredible asset to the property. Her level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through is exceptional. I have seen her handle multiple requests from residents at the same time with true grace and composure.Dallas is also genuine, warm, and focused on the experience of the residents. She ensures requests are acknowledged and attended to promptly and with compassion.The maintenance team have been outstanding during my time as a resident, too. Thomas and Fidel take a lot of pride in making sure the apartment homes and grounds are immaculate.I once had a very sentimental necklace get caught in my washer. Fidel took time to unwind the necklace from the machine when I thought this item was not retrievable. His kindness and helpfulness will always be remembered.The community and relationships are also unlike anything I have experienced with apartment living. I made many close friendships living at Landmark.The resort style pool and dog park are amenities that further connect the residents.Today was my last day at this beautiful residence. I think this property is in good hands with Greystar, and the current team leading the front office.I am grateful for my time here and recommend the property for those seeking a quiet location with nice amenities, a friendly community, and caring residential team. :)

Im so glad that Landmark Conservancy is now managed by Greystar. I have already seen significant changes, for example the meet and greet events, responsiveness/ communication with the office, and professionalism of the organization have rapidly and greatly improved. I also have to give a huge shout and thank you to Judy, one of the new Leasing Agents at the property. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I am finally able to relate, communicate, and relay my requests and recommendations efficiently. In general, since Greystar has taken over, the energy of the entire community and staff has positively shifted. I am very pleased to be a resident of this community now with Greystar in charge.

What can i say about this place?! Well it is a great place to live, but want it makes the place is the people that work here. I have so much to say about everyone but Thomas is hands down the best maintenance person.His expertise is unmatched, and his ability to tackle any issue with ease and precision sets him apart from anyone else in the field. From minor fixes to major repairs, Thomas handles everything with a level of skill and professionalism that’s truly impressive. He’s incredibly reliable , problem-solving skills are outstanding, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. On top of that, he’s friendly, approachable, and communicates clearly about the work being done. I couldn’t ask for a better person to handle our maintenance needs. If you’re looking for the best, Thomas is it!

I love living here. It’s been so nice and everyone is super accommodating. It’s quiet and clean. Thomas from maintenance is great and super helpful with anything I need with the apartment. Edna and munira were fun at the pumpkin patch event.

Over the past week, Ive been to about 15 different leasing offices all over North and Southwest Austin, and no one in any other leasing office was as quick, clear, helpful, or cooperative as Brain, the Property Manager who helped me out today at Landmark.I was a walk-in—didnt even have an appointment—and Brain was far more helpful than the other leasing offices I had scheduled visits for over the past week. He was willing to make things outside the norm possible in order to fit my unique situation and get me into one of their apartments on terms that suited both the propertys needs and my own.The tour he gave of the property and units I was interested in was quick and clear, and we carried a great conversation along the way. There wasnt one question I asked that he didnt know the answer to. No sales moves or tactics, just wonderful service.I have some more looking to do in my apartment search, but dang, Brain put Landmark toward the top of my list. For how spastic coordination with apartment management can often be, the impression he left made me believe that if I pick Landmark for my next place, Id be taken care of there.Big props to Brain. Thanks for being awesome.

The new staff is friendly, they love dogs and have treats everywhere. The floor plans are actually decent sizes for the price . The pool gets tons of sun throughout the whole day and not blocked by anything. I like how it is hidden and tucked away so you get a nice peace and calmness when youre out there. Its and easy drive to the hill country for weekend get aways and have some cool spots close by that dont make you like you have to drive downtown every time to have a good time.

Their management Adriana and Greg are so sweet and very helpful. They have excellent customer service. The community events they host have great music by Thomas their DJ and also provide complementary alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks with food catered. It was a fun environment for families and young adults to get to know each other from the complex. I look forward to future events.

I’ve toured many apartment complexes in my adult lifetime and this leasing team is by far the friendliest! I even brought two friends in to view apartments. Veronica and Bryan did an amazing job at bringing us around to the different apartments, communicating special offer options, amenities, etc. Any questions my friends needed answered, they did that and beyond. Both of my friends ended up applying, very excited to have new neighbors. Oh, and Munira, the property manager also came out to greet us personally. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet, and definitely worth you coming to check out!

I have absolutely loved the community and area it is located in. Definitely very inviting, clean and overall spacious beginning with the office. The pool is such an important amenity for me and love the layout as well as space provided for everyone during summer months. The team, Josue, Brian and Munira all went above and beyond from the first day I visited. Highly recommend this complex in Southwest Austin!!

The move in experience was good due to the office staff knowledge and they are very friendly and professional, the maintenance crew takes care of the very important things you need as soon as they can but you need to make sure you let them know what your priorities are. The valet trash and recycle is great and service people are awesome. The pool and fitness center are very nicely kept! My Hill Country view is beautiful and my neighbors are mostly quiet and all people I met so far are very nice.

I have lived here for about 3 years and ever since Avenue 5 has taken over and Adriana and Lueny have been in office its made everything flow much easier. If ever there is an issue they are both extremely proactive and responsive. What matters most to me is being held accountable and even if the problem isnt resolved asap there is a prompt response to every matter. I want to point out the professionalism these ladies show to me each time I am in person or email or over the phone. I think its helpful in making me renew my lease and stay on property as long as I continue my nursing career in Austin. IF you dont live here check it out. Worth your time. Location is amazing for enjoying South Austin.

I feel lucky to have found a home here for over two years. We paid below the median price of a 2-bed/2-bath in Austin while getting to be close to the city and on the edge of the hill country. The staff are so friendly (often resolving any maintenance issues within the hour), the amenities are wonderful, and the community here feels extremely neighborly. Ill miss calling Landmark Conservancy home; it has blessed my family and I so much!

Ive been in a 1bdrm here @ landmark for 2 years and about to transfer into a larger apartment with my boyfriend. Nothing but great things to say!1. Location: 10/10, tucked away from main roads and the wildflowers are so beautiful along old bee caves rd during the spring time. there is a plot of land right behind the buildings with some cows that will come up right to the fence, and surprisingly there is no cow smell like I was expecting. such a great location if you want to be tucked away in some nature, but close to major highways to get where you need to go.2. Neighbors: everyone is quiet, its a mellow area. lots of cute dogs & a dog park. management sets up lots of fun activities to get to know your neighbors if youre social :~)3. Pool area: beautiful and always clean. I was worried that with only 1 pool for the whole complex it would be crowded, but there is always lots of space and everyone is respectful.4. Management/maintenance: best management Ive had at an apartment complex. staff is kind & responsive with urgent matters. Adriana at the front office is incredible & so sweet to work with. Ive only needed maintenance to fix 1 thing during summer when my AC wasnt kicking like it should. they responded & fixed the issue within a couple hours (turns out I just needed to clean my vent haha)Overall this is by far one of the best apartments for this price + location in Austin. I plan on staying here a while and would recommend Landmark Conservancy to anyone looking for a new place.

The staff is great. Grounds are kept up very well. Maintenance (Daniel) does a great job completing work orders usually the same day. Views are amazing and I love how every building has elevators! Pool area is so nice. Dog friendly, with an upscale dog park. Highly recommend living here!!

Lived here 3 years, and as I write this I can confidently say the staff they have in place is improving the property daily. Daniel is an extremely responsive and knowledgeable Maintenance manager. Shannon is a responsive, get-it-done mentality in the leasing office. That is all you can ask for as a resident. Overall the living experience has been extremely positive. The pool is the best in the area, and views from the top floors are everything you could ask for living on top of the hill. The reviews mentioning the halls being dirty is true, however they confirmed they have hired a power washing crew to make this happen in the next few weeks. GO LANDMARK NEW STAFF!

A big shout out to Adriana who made our move in a breeze. We went from application to move in within a week and she was in contact and helpful every step of the way. Im currently 8 months pregnant and Im so thankful for kind and competent management - one less thing to stress about. The apartment was very clean upon move in and we foresee ourselves living here for a good while. Two thumbs up.

Landmark Conservancy has been my homefor over a year now and I just agreed to sign another lease - I do not want to leave, I am so very happy here!! When I first moved there was another management team - in December 2021 there was a very smooth transition to a new management company - they came in and they have made a number of improvements that show their commitment to improve our life as a community. Each one of the employees is an absolute delight and ALWAYS willing to help in any way they can.It is my understanding that we are preparing to lose the Property Manager and that Ms Adriana Campos has applied for the position - I would like to strongly encourage you to select her - not only is she a woman of her word but more importantly, she will provide continuity for all of us who have come to rely on her. Ive been living here for 7 years and the new staff is excellent. The grounds are well maintained, but what is most important to me is that the staff treats us with tremendous respect and courtesy. One has the feeling that concerns are answered honestly--the most--importantly and are addressed quickly. I am very happy to make this place my home.

I just moved into Landmark Conservancy and the entire process (from my first visit to move-in day) was exceptional. The staff has been very professional and attentive, and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was happy with my apartment. For a 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit, their A5 floorplan has a very clean, homey and spacious feel. Kudos to their entire team...with a special shoutout to Adriana for making me feel so welcome!

I have been at the Landmark Conservancy from the very beginning when it opened in 2015. I have really enjoyed living here. I love my apartment home and I have an amazing view. Kudos to Heather and her team! They do a great job and go out of their way to make sure that everything and everyone is taken care of. The location is excellent, the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. There are six four story buildings surrounding a central courtyard/pool. Each building has an elevator which is very nice. There have occasionally been problems with the elevator in my building but it is addressed promptly. Even with that being said I still give the Landmark Conservancy 5 stars. It is a great place to live.

A new management company took over in January-ish of 2022 and they have been phenomenal! I live in a 4th floor apartment and had to have knee surgery, right when our buildings elevator went out. The office offered to let me stay in the 1st floor show apartment until I could take the stairs, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Any and every issue maintenance issue weve had since Avenue 5 took over has been dealt with promptly, completely, and always with a smile. I was ready to leave the complex when our current lease was up, but the new management has made it such a great place to live, we will be staying. I highly recommend living here!

They helped me get established so quick! Place was nice and ready for me! The cool thing is maintenance team is really on top of it whenever you have a request! Gym is nice and spacious, pool is really nice! Its an enjoyable walk around as well. Feels a bit like the hill country.

Ive lived here for two years, and am thoroughly sad to be moving out (moving across country)! Landmark Conservancy is truly a great place to live and the perfect balance of everything you could want. A super quick drive to downtown, but in a beautiful area away from the noise - there are COWS and gorgeous SUNSETS within view, people! Private, secluded gated community, but so close to great shopping and restaurants. If you work out on the 360 loop, back road commutes are a DREAM. Really friendly, respectful neighbors, lots of dog owners - the dog park is a happening spot after work. The office staff are friendly but also quick to answer questions you may have. Ive work in property management for nine years (never for this property/company), and I can honestly say that they do it right.

But the backbone of the apartments are the maintenance guys Shane and William they are really friendly, Knowledgeable on what they are doing. fixes any problem the very next day and clean up very well after themselves 👏

I love this apartment complex! Inside my apartment it’s beautiful! I have everything I want and more and it’s very relaxing here. Sure I can hear my neighbors when I step out in the hall which some times can be entertaining haha but never inside though my neighbors upstairs like to stomp around when they walk but it’s apartment living this stuff happens and I just turn up my music or tv to drown that out. Something’s needed repairs when we moved in but Cooper handled everything and got the maintenance guys to us as soon as possible. Again there has to be over a hundred units here so I didn’t expect them to talk care of things that day since it wasn’t urgent. The floors were dirty on move in day but again Cooper is the man and had someone come in and take care of it! My favorite part of this place is the pool and the walk way and dog areas to walk my dog. For the most part everyone picks up there dogs mess and if they don’t the staff makes sure it’s handled!! I would kill for a better view but we didn’t have the time to wait for one of those apartments to open up so we’re like the Walmart greeters of our block ugghhh hahaha but it’s funny and everyone is nice and leaves us alone for the most part which I appreciate!! All in all I love it here!! I personally don’t want to move on and buy another house that’s how much I love our neighborhood and apartment. Oh and before I finish I saw reviews mention parking. It’s not an issue at all!! There’s plenty and I’ve seen no one get towed. It’s all marked pretty clear what spots are for who.

Luv living here. When I need something fixed they are here, usually immediately, or they call to let me know when they will be here, then they are here when they say they will be here. The grounds are well kept, the pool area beautiful & the neighbors friendly. The dog park is gr8 for that energy release that ur dog needs after youve been at work all day.The management & staff are gr8!!They keep the hallways clean & I luv the fact that my trash is picked up outside my door!! I also have never seen a bug. They keep up with pest management.I overlook trees & a pasture, & the nhood is quiet, so convienent to major highways but you feel like you are living in the country. What more could you ask for???

The staff is very responsive. Repairs are done fast. The area is beautiful. I am on third floor looking out over a tree filled ranch with cows. Many birds visit my balcony. Hummingbirds are now feeding on my poach. Shopping is close by. Restaurants are near by.
