I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the overall experience at Landmark at Crowley. From the moment I moved in, the team has been nothing but friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel at home.The maintenance crew is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are taken care of quickly. The leasing office staff is always welcoming and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who live here.The complex itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and well-kept common areas, stunning landscaping, and top-notch amenities. The ladies in the leasing office are friendly. I got a slow start because it was the end of the year/holiday season but the move-in special was amazing. They all made the process easy and low stress. The complex is quiet and clean. I have friendly neighbors. There is a nearby train track but I love the sound of a train so I dont have a problem with it. I dont like the mandatory valet trash fee because I take my own out. Im still learning the area so cant give a rating on the town.

Really cute apartments and seemingly nice neighborhood with good amenities!Rating 4 stars because I’m still new!!! Otherwise 5 stars ⭐️I just moved in and so far, so good. Gabby and the ladies in the office have been kind and the application process up until move in was simple. They were all super helpful and available in answering my questions whenever I called. It was the holidays, and things were busy but the leasing manager stayed really sweet and helped everyone that came through the door, juggling so many tasks at once while closing. She took the time out to locate and complete my move in while her colleagues were out. Double Kudos for that.Nothing was wrong with my apartment, it was beautiful with large kitchen, garden tub, a large balcony, and lots of closet space and light.The leasing office was on top of getting the person that referred me their incentive. They have really good deals running and they make sure that you are aware of them, unlike some places.I had a key issue moving in, and maintenance was right there to fix the issue in like 5min. My apartment is quiet and there seems to be a mix age group of neighbors, old to young. Neighbors seem to care about their area and keep it clean and decorated, which is also a plus.Parking doesn’t seem to be an issue and I notice there are open spaces at all times for my building with plenty of carports available still. I was told to get a carport or garage, but I am waiting to see if I absolutely need it. So far, so good.Most importantly, I’m next to my kid’s school and the location is close to everything I need to get to while still being out and away from the noise of the city.I haven’t noticed the train noise much as I moved from a place downtown that was right next to the train tracks. Haha, I’m already used to it.My only gripe was that I could not bring my washer/dryer and theirs is cool, but definitely not drying my clothes like I’m used to. Hopefully, they will change this policy and allow residents to use their own appliances. Because I miss my Samsung😅.Don’t let the bad reviews steer you away. I definitely recommend checking them out. Prices are affordable for what you are getting.

The location is perfect. So close to Chislom Trail like 5 minutes. Love all the close shopping places and my spacious two bedroom is awesome not to mention the HGTV kitchen. I shoped around a lot of other places and for the price and size its the best deal. The attached yard is the largest out of all the places I looked. Who needs a house when I have all these awesome amenities and best of all I dont have to mow the grass LOL. Everyone in the office is so friendly which is the icing on the cake.

The application process was completed and approved very fast! The leasing manager GABBY was absolutely amazing during the entire process and showed me all of my options while full term pregnant! I appreciate how kind and detailed oriented she was when I visited the property and during the many phone calls I made before deciding to move in.Now (3) months later- I have zero issues getting in contact with the office with any concerns. All of the staff is really nice and the maintenance crew are really professional. It’s a pretty safe area &. The pool, gym, gated entry, Car ports are some of my favorites about this complex.Minor cons- I just wish there was another pool/grills being that is so many apartments/residents and maybe a small park for the kids to have somewhere to play. Other than that I’m 90% satisfied with my decision to move here. IF you’re looking for a nice apartment complex with friendly office staff like GABBY. Please give them a call. You won’t regret it.

I admire the willingness to be understanding and work with us rather than treat us as if we dont matter. She was so welcoming from the first time I walked through the door to tour the apartments through the whole application process to moving in. She absolutely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done so efficiently. I really appreciate her hard work and everything she has done to help me!

From the moment I came on the property I felt welcomed. When I came into the front office Gabby greeted me with a warm smile and pleasantly took me through the process . The process was very easy to follow . Gabby has always been very kind and helped and listened to exactly what my family was looking for. The rest of the staff have also been kind to me and always greet me .. I have had no problems living here and enjoy living here

Been living here for 14 months now and this place has been nothing but amazing!! The staff do care about your well-being and issues you may have with the complex and it shows in their quick actions. They are willing to work with you within limitations which is more than I can say for other places I have lived in the past. The maintenance crew is phenomenal, with the different diverse cultures living in one area they really do work hard in maintaining the grounds and buildings and have even worked after hours to rectify issues. I cannot truly express in words how great of experience it has been living here. I highly recommended this place!!!!!!!

Then after I was approved she help facilitate my move in process always with a smile on her face. I looked at many apartments but I made a great choice for my residence with them.

I think this is one of the best complexes in Crowley! I always take into consideration not only the area and price of course, but the staff and how they treat residents is most important! Treat others how you want to be treated. Gabby greets you with a smile each and every time you walk in. The whole staff makes you feel welcome. The space of these unit with the price is WORTH IT!ALSO be careful of false reviews I have seen first hand how if someone does not get their way, they will bash a place.

I was quite impressed with this apartment complex. It’s a bit pricy for my taste, however the quality and the aesthetics of the floor plans really give it justice, especially the pool! Big fan. I bet the waitlist is a traffic jam. And lastly, I have to say, Ashley was quite the marvel with how she served my wife and I throughout our visit. Such professional maturity and exceptional communication skills. Really adds to the quality of this amazing complex. Great location and well-maintained!

I wish I lived in Crowley. It was my second option, which I absolutely loved. The management team was so helpful with the application process. The process was so easy and so simple. Christy was a huge help and I highly recommend this apartment, due to the great management team. We really appreciate the Landmark and we hope this could be our future home if we decide we want to live closer to Crowley.

Frankly, Ive dealt with my fair share of apartment complexes. From helping out friends, to finding an apartment of my own, the one thing that always makes me feel good is the staff. Yes, there are certain things that you can compromise from your apartment wish-list, but one thing you never should compromise on is the support staff. Id like to point out a specific member, Francesica. She was an absolutely delightful! She was knowledgeable and personable and made for such a unique experience that made me feel good by the end of my visit. Unfortunately, I ended up renting closer to my job, but I would recommend you stop by and check out the complex and hopefully you have the same experience I did!

They were able to accommodate us on a very short notice and we have had a great experience, office staff are very kind and helpful and truly want to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend them. The apartments are very spacious with generous closets, good storage and nice kitchen appliances and design. And they are pet friendly! We look forward to spending time in the upcoming swimming pool and playground.

I toured these apartments while I was searing for a place to live. I was blown away, they are stunning and spacious. The amenities are really nice and it looks like a great place to live at. Unfortunately my husband and I found another complex closer to work. It was hard to not choose this place. Also Preston was wonderful! He was detailed and answered several of my questions. Thank you for your time. Will recommend to any family or friends moving to this area.

The property manager, Christy, and her staff are absolutely amazing. They walked me through the process of everything, answering any question that I may have had. They make you feel welcomed the minute you walk through the door. The property is already inviting, but the staff providing the customer service they do is what I believe makes them separate themselves from any property that I have toured. I am still narrowing down my decisions, but hope to make the Landmark at Crowley my future home.
