Good morning, I called this morning to squire about an available apartment. I called at exactly 9am when the office opened and got an answer which was great because I know not everyone picks up right when they open. I spoke to the manager Lisa and she was so helpful, kind and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you for just answering and wanting to help!

This apartment complex is well kept the grounds are always clean and free from trash and debris. The repairs if any are completed in a timely manner.The Management is really good at keeping the residents informed of any changes that place sometimes so we can be prepared for the change.The neighborhood is really convenient for a person with out a car.The apartments are close to grocery stores ,retail stores,and restaurants and a laundry mat with free dry if you wash there also its close to schools ,daycare centers and churches. I love the comfort of home this property offers its residents.The property is family friendly there is no loitering or loud music or hanging out on the property doing if so its done before bedtime so no one is distributed.The Landmark Apartments are a great place to live as a single individual or to raise a family .

I have been living here for two months and the manager Lisa is always on time and leaves late and really cares about the residents and the property by keeping it clean.

The new manager Mary was SUPER helpful!! I called to a quote and ask information about the location. She scheduled me instantly with a walkthrough of the complex! Love the new renovations! Looking forward to possibly living here!!

We have lived at Landmark for 1 1/2 years and is the best apartment complex we have found. Landmark is located right behind a shopping center with a Save A Lot, Family Dollar, Metro PCS, 7-11 and others. You can quickly get around the city on Dart bus routes, 161, 405 and 21. The manager is on top of her game with repairs being completed in a timely manner. Most of the residents are families so there are no loud parties and loitering is not allowed.

Mary was a great help!!!!She gave us her word that we would be moved in by a certain date and she made it happen!!WE’re so grateful for her helping us!!!I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY

I like the landmark apartments because they provide the required maintenance if you place an order for something that was ruined or a break, etc. They go quickly to check to fix your problem and at night it is an area where the children are playing and thank God nothing bad has ever happened. I personally feel comfortable living here
