I would definitely recommend my friends and family to live here! The management is awesome and maintenance is great! I feel safe and comfortable living here being a single mother of 3. Anything I need fixed in my home Francis the manager makes sure it gets done right away. She is very nice And makes you feel welcomed. I have never experienced management to be so kind and thorough. Thank you so much for everything you do to make this complex a much better place to live. You are amazing Francis!

The landlord, Frances, is so kind and attentive. She really takes care of her residents and made the lease signing process super easy. She was super flexible with me on a move-in date and made the move in process really easy! Really great value and customer service. I’ve never had a landlord that puts so much care into their work.

Frances is the best landlord I have ever had. She was very helpful during the uncertainty of COVID, and so far I love living here! Great location and great value!! Maintenance is always timely and very friendly as well. The excellent customer service and cute apartment make living here a dream!

LOH is a Great Place to live... Its Very Quiet, the apartments are very nice and well maintained. I have really Great neighbors. And the Staff is Amazing. Mrs. Francis is one of the most kind and caring person Ive ever met, and she will go to great lengths to help you if she can. She is a Great Asset to this Company... She made me feel like I was already at home. This Place is Awesome😊

5 stars isn’t enough for the superior customer service frances has shown me with getting into these beautiful apartments. The application process was so fast and such a breeze!!! I hardly couldn’t believe it. Also, she’s so sweet and helpful. When I came to take a tour of the property I had my daughter in my arms sleeping. She opened doors for me. Accommodated me with everything I needed. Very lucky to have Ms. Frances as the property manager. Keep being GREAT!

I really appreciate living here at Lakewood on Henderson. Its a great community and kid friendly. Management is terrific (Francis) has a way of making people feel at home. She is very professional and friendly. If there is any needed maintenance she and her team of maintenance men are on top of the problem. She is a great example of what leadership and management should look like.

I am a 4yrs resident at Lakewood on Henderson, My name is Alvin Lucas, every since Ive known Francis Castanefa, she has been nothing but helpful, loving and caring for her residents, she also sit an talk with her tenants about what can we do as a community to help make our environment safe and healthy for all tenants. She is caring warm and a great people person without know doubt she will continue to rise to the occasion to make this community great and safe.

The manager Frances was so nice and helpful to my wife and I when we came by to tour. Unfortunately we needed a bigger apartment since we are expecting but was very impressed with the inside of the apartment she showed us.

Apartment Complex under new management, in process of complete renovation and executing at a rapid pace. Taken that property is small with only two buildings but safe to say it feels like home with no crazy, disturbing neighbors and nice touches on premises. Place is a gated area and vehicle requires validation sticker to station. Had a couple of minor repairs needed in my apartment complex but property manger, Francis took the initiative to tackle requests by the following day and followed up to reassure repairs have been completed. Note: Office is an average size bedroom space enough to have 3 people at a time and can find yourself standing outside until its your turn to go in to express any questions, concerns or requests but I am confident with Francis determination to the property, I speculate Francis will aim for a resolution. Francis obtain years of property management experience in which is also followed by a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service given that she is fairly new to the premises. I Highly Recommend Lakewood On Henderson. I see the value of this location through observation of drastic transformations not only externality but most importantly within the team and not too far behind, fellow neighbors!
