    I love this community! Be it freezing rain, or tornado, I never faced any difficulties. Every staff member isvery polite and cooperative. They literally maintain the community space with discipline and cleanliness. The pictures are clicked by my mobile.

    I have live here for 3 months now and I love it. The facilities are well kept and the staff always handles things quickly. I would have to say the best part of living here is the amenities. They have a 24 hour gym with lots of equipment. In the clubhouse their is a Starbucks coffee machine that is free to use during office hours. The pool is a gorgeous resort style pool that’s large enough for everyone to feel like they have their own space. They have 3 dog parks on site. I have nothing but praise for Lakewood Apartments I would highly recommend living here!

    Anthony did a great job fixing my dryer that wasn’t working. Fixed the issues within a reasonable time frame and was very knowledgeable on the issue. Would recommend Anthony for further repairs.

    I loved living here. Overall the experience was great; Rent is as affordable as it can get in the Austin area and the pool is great. The team in the office is fantastic and more than willing to work with you. (Shoutout to Leslie and Erin!) I hate to move out as it really has been such a great experience.The only couple of downsides were 1) Pool security over the summer SUCKS. The security team is kind, but the fact that you arent allowed more than 4 guests to the pool really blows for celebrations and gatherings. 2) The newly built Valero across the street, while convenient, is so bright and shines into the apartments on that side of the complex.

    Lakewood is an amazing place to call home. Amenities are great and the pool is fantastic. Maintenance is great and gets to work orders in a timely manner.

    Stayed there for couple of years and had a great experience. Management is very helpful. Maintenance on time. Maintained properly cleanliness and timely pest control. Overall very satisfied. Would love to come back again.

    I love my apartment and the staff. The living room is huge and I have a built in desk. I have w&d which is always convenient. My kitchen is beautiful with a nice island.-I didn’t have a light in my living room and spoke to maintenance, they brought a light with a ceiling fan and installed it immediately.-kitchen lighting isn’t the best it’s super dim but that couldn’t be changed with temporary under cabinet lighting I found-at first there was no parking and trouble with the towing company but now that parking is enforced there is parking and no issues- walls are super thin and you can hear every neighbor so I would suggest 3rd floor-last and minor issue when moving-in the apartment wasn’t super clean as expected but nothing I couldn’t fixAgain I love my apartment, it’s conveniently located, no insect issues, staff always available and work with me on anything, pool is beautiful. I’m happy where I live.

    The place is as comfy as it is convenient.Dont listen to reviews about people complaining about towing and violations - these people obviously cant follow simple instructions designed to protect the residents of this complex so they blame everyone else but themselves and in many cases, flat-out lie. This happens with every complex you will ever look at. People dont write reviews when things are good. Come see it for yourself.Visitor parking procedures are very easy to follow. Of course, on evenings/weekends it may be a little harder to find parking but thats expected of literally any apartment complex ever. This is nothing new. I stay on the 3rd floor and I enjoy my vaulted ceilings, kitchen island, and garden tub. The maintenance crew is always quick to respond and address any issues Ive had up to installing light bulbs when I was recovering from an injury.Also, I have not had a single bug/roach in my apartment and Im not even the cleanest guy. Im not messy though but sometimes I dont always clean the kitchen right away - this is a big deal for me. Ive never enjoyed an apartment this free from pests before. Not even a single ant has made it inside.Just come see it if you want actual information to form an opinion - the staff here are courteous and equipped to address any concern you may have.

    We are trying to rent an apartment here!The apartment is great ,The people in the office were nice and patient to show us around!We came here last year,I remember the very nice guy, he is still working here, but we were received by a lady, she is also a very nice and patient person! We visited four different apartments and I love this one the most. Their service was always so warm.I really like this place, but the time of move in here does not meet our requirements, we still did not rent here！

    Lived here for over a year here now.The pool and the gym are really nice perks. Although the gym isnt huge, it gets the job done. The maintenance staff is top notch, easy to work with, and very responsive. Jessica & Joanna genuinely enjoy helping people feel at home, and theyre excellent at it. The community events are great and actually fun, unlike most complexes Ive lived at in the past.

    Ive lived at Lakewood for a little over a year now and have zero complaints! The maintenance team is incredible and quick to respond to maintenance request, the front office staff is amazing and do the best they can for their residents! The property itself is very well kept and the pool is nice. My actual apartment unit itself is really great! I havent had any problems in mine, nothing broken, not a single insect, EVER! 10/10 would recommend!

    Ive lived here for three years, since just after the community opened. I was the very first tenant in my apartment, and have witnessed many changes in my time here, mostly for the better. Although Ive had only minimal maintenance issues, the one or two times Ive had to address something, theyve handled it professionally and promptly. I sincerely believe the staff care, and they make a lot of effort toward improving the community experience and keeping Lakewood a nice place to live. My building is clean, mostly quiet, and -- despite others experiences -- has been pest-free. The office staff and management have always been friendly and professional, and quick to respond. Im hoping to stay at least another year or two, although the rent is creeping up (an extra $200/month in the last two years), so well have to see what 2017 lease terms offer and how it compares to all the other choices in the area. Id definitely recommend Lakewood to anyone looking to rent in the Tech Ridge area!

    Enjoy living here. My apartment is beautiful. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful as well. Pool is stunning. Maintenance team are on point and the office ladies are nice. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Only thing i dont like is ATT monopolizing the property, I prefer Spectrum, and electricity is via another monopoly Austin electric but at least the meter is for your specific apartment so Im savvy about my electricity use. Point is: I love my home! :)

    After spending a full Saturday looking at different locations to call home, Im quite glad to have found this apartment complex. First, the leasing staff is second to none. They went far and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible and always a pleasure to speak with.As far as the apartment complex itself, I was mainly looking for a place that not only felt safe but that would also feel comfortable. After having situated in for about a week, I already feel at home. The apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom (my unit). The amenities, including a very chic fitness center, a lavish pool, and a cafe, are probably what closed the deal. I feel as if whoever designed the location thought about quality not quantity as they are done so well.Overall, I get good vibes in every form here and look forward to the coming months living here.     I have been living here for 5 months, Ive never had any issues with the staff. When something needs repair they truly go out their way to fix it right away.The staff are truly welcoming when you enter their office they always make you feel welcomed.Always planning monthly events for the residents to interact and get to know each other.I would highly recommend people to give them a chance.I see reviews about cable i truly could care about any of that i use to have spectrum and they suck never had problems with ATT service.

    Ive lived at Lakewood for the past year and just renewed my lease for 15 months! JoAnna and Jessica are amazing. The maintenance team is top notch. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make my experience here great! The pool here is the best Ive seen, the grounds are well kept, and my neighbors are nice! I have zero complaints. Thank you Lakewood team!

    The staff is friendly and the complex is very nice. Very new apartments with an AMAZING pool that lights up at night. I love fitness room because you can watch classes on the big screen TV with plenty of room to workout. The only complaint I have is that people will throw large childrens birthday parties on the weekend and take up all the BBQs and the entire pool. There is no way all those kids live at the complex because I rarely see children in the complex besides at the pool.

    The entire staff and the maintenance people are outstanding. ive lived here now 6-months and in each instance that i have needed help, the same day they assist me, answer my concern or need and always with a smile, courtesy and sincere nice people. when i first moved in my situation required my changing my move in date, i was treated with each change with courtesy and hospitality 😊 The regular maintenance details is fixed immediately and always with courtesy and hospitality. It is such a pleasure living in such a beautiful campus and with this hospitality. southern grace and charm. thank you Lakewood. if your lookingfor a place to live it is worth every penny, check it out.👍😎.

    Pros: Id highly recommend complex. Its quiet, & residents are professional types. Gym & pool area are excellent amenities, & by far the nicest of any apt. community Ive seen. Leasing office staff & maintenance have been attentive to my requests. David in the Leasing office has been especially helpful.Negatives: parking is limited & spaces are small.

    I have lived here since 2014, I was one of the first tenants to move in and have stayed for 5+ years. It’s a nice property with great amenities. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with bugs, crime, or maintenance issues like some people have. I’ll be moving to another city once my lease is up and I’m sad to be leaving Lakewood, but I’ve enjoyed the years here.

    The management here is great! They are always willing to help and get you a great deal. Best of all they do an amazing job at creating a community! With events and parties they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The facilities crew is also amazing. Turn around time on maintenance issues is normally less than 48 hours. Once, they even responded the same day! I have enjoyed living here and would recommend this place to my friends and family.

    My wife and I have lived here at the Lakewood Apartments for 12 months now and love it - so we renewed our lease for another 12 months. The staff has changed a little over the past year but everyone weve met is so friendly.The biggest perks for me:•gym is a good enough where I dont have to buy a gym membership.•if you love to run, youre in luck! The trails of Walnut Creek Park are absolutely beautiful and fun. About 2.5 miles down the road. Or, if you like road running, the sidewalks here are never ending in every direction, VERY safe (bus stops everywhere), and without the intersections every block like downtown. Just go like me and youre in paradise.•the pool. This is the best and nicest looking pool Ive ever seen at an apartment complex ever. Hands down. Not strictly an adult pool, which I like, and bbq pits to enjoy with friends and fam.•this place is clean and beautiful. I love driving home. And friends always compliment the complex even before they step inside the beautiful apartment.Check this place out if youre looking. You wont regret it.(Thank you Lakewood!)Love Jacob & Jodi

    About 2-3 weeks ago I was visiting a friend and decided to run/walk around the property and noticed that the pool, pool area and property were very clean. The property is very peaceful and maintenance personal very friendly. I had the opportunity to speak to Jessica at the main office. She was very polite and answer all my questions. My friend has been living for the last year and loves it.

    I would like express how much l enjoyed living at Lakewood apartments! My time there was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend for my friends to move there..I especially like how involved the staff was when it came to residential events.     We have lived here going on a year now, the service is above average. Anytime we have had any type of problem the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we get taken care of. Maitanance always answers house calls very promplty. This is one of very few apartment complexes that offers a yard for our dogs! Which is AWESOME! The pool is awesome, and gym is outstanding! Has two great dog parks, which my dogs love!All in all great place to live!

    We have been leaving here for more than 4yrs and we loved the apartment our room they are soo good and most of the places are bright where sun reaches and apartment is superb and even if you have any maintance it is super fast reaches to you . Customer service is soo fast and sweet love how they answer .we get every service what we need. love the swimming pool light at night soo cool and mind freshing.every thing is neat and tidy around apartment and safe .

    My husband and I have lived here since June 2015. We both love it here. I believe the negative reviews were from people who have been here under the original owners. Ive had nothing but great experiences with management, staff, and the property. We are in a downstairs unit and just shortly after we moved in, the new management offered us a fenced yard just off our patio. That has been a godsend since our senior dog is very blind and arthritic. The fenced space affords him some outdoor mobility in a safe environment where he can lay in the grass and sleep in the sunshine.The grounds are beautifully landscaped year around. The pool is maintained on a daily basis, even in the off-season. The grills are kept clean and ready to use. I cant say enough about the community space in the office. In addition to the large posh seating area with sofas and coffee tables, there are super nice cushioned bench seating with large tables, electrical outlets (at EVERY table) and also USB charging outlets, and wood, privacy-affording separation blinds between each. There is also a very quiet conference room that I use for studying. All in all, between the bench seating with privacy blinds, the conference room, and the free wi-fi, it is a very awesome co-working space for people who work from home. MUCH better than going to a noisy Starbucks. Oh, and we have FREE Starbucks coffee, from a custom brewing station all day. Currently, we can have our choice of Cafe Estima (which I love), Pikes Peak, and Verdana, plus hot chocolate and about 7-9 different flavors of Tazo teas. Everything is provided for free, even the creamers (regular half-and-half, hazelnut, vanilla) various sweeteners, the cups, lids, stirrers, etc I see no reason for an at-home worker to fight for a seat near an outlet at a coffeehouse with the added obligation of buying coffee or tea when you can have it all for free and never leave your home community. A number of both Apple and PC computers and a printer are also available for resident use.The fitness center is very nice and well above-average. There are three treadmills, a stair climber, nautilus, free weights, cross training, and cycling. Most machines are hooked up to the internet and have onscreen workout programs. The yoga room is glassed off from the other part of the fitness center and comes ready for a barre workout AND has a Fitness on Demand kiosk with any and every kind of workout class you could want to take.Other reviewers have mentioned bad experiences with Tiffany the security officer. Dont know her, have never seen her, and doubt she works here anymore since the new owners took over.When the new owners took over this past summer, they had A LOT to deal with that was leftover from the previous management and staff. One of the big things (in my opinion) was that there were lots of outside people coming in on weekends and using our pool. Its because this is one of the most beautiful pools Ive ever seen. Two fountain areas, in-pool seating, a covered seating area with two tv screens, grill stations, cafe seating w/umbrellas, as well as wrap-around counter seating facing the pool. There are patio light strings, overhead lamp lights, underwater colored lighting, palm trees. Just beautiful. The new owners have put a STOP to outsiders and other large groups using the amenities that we pay for.There is even an outdoor fireplace with seating outside of the pool.Two dog parks, plenty of waste clean up stations, and really great spaces for walking your dog. I am particularly happy for all the winding sidewalks throughout the inner courtyard.A few times per month, they have resident events that can be anything from catered lunches, socials, holiday parties, contests, or muffin days.And now, while you look at other apartments in the area, Im heading over for some free Starbucks, some cookies, and will read a little on my Kindle Fire that I won in a previous contest here. Haters gonna hate.

    Joanna and her staff exhibit the courtesy and confidence one is looking for in looking for a new apartment home! The community is filled with amenities and their maintenance staff is always timely upon request for work orders.     Ive lived at these apartments now for 7 months and i have nothing but positive things to say. My daughter loves how the pool lights come on at night gives a real resort feel to it. The gym is incredible and the staff is excellent!

    I cannot thank this apartment enough. This apartment went to bat for me and my son. As a single dad it is hard to find an apartment that works with you but everyone at this place was so friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all they did. I am not an emotionally open guy but these guys made me smile and cry with joy. I will forever be indebted to this amazing apartment.

    I have lived here for 4 years so that says something in itself. The office staff and maintenance have always looked out for me and are very responsive. No other complex in the area has a resort pool and volleyball pool that is kept cleaner than any other place I have lived. Nice landscaping, and optional yards which most other complexes do not offer.

    These days, in this economy, customer service can be put on the back burner....especially with the multitude of living options. But not at Lakewood. The girls who run this tip top operation are at the forefront of service! I have lived here 3 years and every time i need something, its completed in less than 24 hours! They also are a social bunch who throw phenomenal parties with huge prizes. They thrive on holidays, keep the place in perfect condition, and are always lookingnfor new ways to involve its diverse community.

    Maintenance is awesome, office staff is nice. I only moved because there are new buildings being built and traffic would get worse. Howard can be horrible which is one of the main roads you use to get to Lakewood.
