I have requested maintenance service twice since moving for very small things. Each time, Eric was the maintenance man to have shown up. Not only did he fix my problems, he explained to me what needs to be done.Eric, although he seems a little shy, is a great repairman and I’ve appreciated his attention to my issues.

When my husband and I first started apartment shopping we stumbled across this complex. TeAndrea greeted us soon as we walked in and worked with us for almost 2 months (we started looking super early) she kept in contact with us and we were able to secure the floor plan we wanted from day 1! She made sure that the move in process was easy and stress free! So far we have not had any issues worth mentioning. Maintenance move quickly and efficiently. I honestly have nothing bad to say. If you are interested I would say to stop by and see how things are for yourself. 10/10 highly recommend!

The leasing agents here are absolutely incredible, especially Mrs. T! She made the process as smooth as humanly possible, followed up with me accordingly, and made sure I had everything I needed before and after move-in! The care package she left in my unit was top-tier too and appreciated!4-stars only because the property manager seemed a bit disinterested in filling vacant units - occupancy rates appeared to be low priority as the process was delayed a couple times. Mrs. T’s customer service and commitment to an exceptional resident experience definitely made up for it.

This property is impressive! The grounds are amazing and impeccably maintained, but the office team and maintenance crew are the real stars! They exceed my expectations with their responsiveness and professionalism. In fact, TeAndrea rocks and Angel with maintenance is a wizard.TeAndrea took the time to answer all my questions and is always patient with me - thank you for being so welcoming and professional.This property has an amazing pool and fitness center - exactly what I was looking for. I was able to cancel my gym membership because the fitness center has everything I need.The apartments are a great size and expertly designed. The attention to detail is next to none! A+++++

She had a smile on her face the entire time and answered all of my questions. They unfortunately didn’t have anything in my timeframe, but I will be checking the website periodically because I would love to live here. Beautiful property.

If youre looking for a place that looks good, that is safe and secure, I would like say that Lakeside Villas is the place for you. The 1st thing you will notice is the staff is very professional. The person on staff that comes to my mind is Davokie also known as Dee. I can say she really listens to what your wants and needs are. Dee and other staff members within reason will go above and beyond to accommodate those wishes or needs. Give them a call and set an appointment today, you will be amazed.

I moved to LSV October 2023. I like to take time before leaving reviews because most apartment complexes honeymoon phase you in the beginning….however it’s February 2024 and the phase has yet to end! Davokie is nothing short of an amazing person who always greet me with a bright, welcoming smile while going over and beyond to make sure you have a grand experience! She’s thorough, attentive, and her eagerness to assist is impressive! She continues to provide the same quality service til this day!! Also, Rosea has always taken time out to listen and rectify any questions/concerns I may have had! Impeccable customer service by 2 great agents to say the least!As far as the basics:Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely fashion, even outside of standard business hours.The water is always hot and running!The property is always clean, and detailed practically every morning.I’ve never seen any bugs (y’all know the ones I’m talking bout) in my apartment or through out the corridors….with the exception of normal outdoor insects etc.This may be irrelevant, but the office is always clean, and beautifully decorated per holiday/seasons and it really shows the effort invested…oh, and the snacks be snacking!!Overall, you won’t be disappointed!You’re welcome!

Since moving her in November we’ve loved being here. Even though the gate can be faulty sometimes, the staff communicate very well. Dee was the guy who helped us get settled and he’s amazing. Very quick responder and if he didn’t have the answer right then, he made sure to get one in a timely manner. Groundskeepers and maintenance workers are also very friendly and reliable. I haven’t needed many things fixed, but when I did they didn’t take long to come to my unit and the repairs last. Overall a great place to live and definitely recommend for others.

Melanie has been awesome with helping my boyfriend and I find our new home at Lakeside! She has been so friendly and has maintained great communication with us. When we first toured the apartments back in November of 2022, she had set up a selfie station for the holidays and welcomed us to take as many pictures as we wanted and we werent even residents yet. While Ive been away wrapping things up in my home state before moving to Texas, Melanie had no problem answering all of my questions and even capturing a video of the floorpan we were looking into. With customer service like this, I am excited to say this will be my new home!! Thank you Melanie!!!

The exterior of the apartment complex was just painted and it looks great! The building was painted three different colors and the colors look really good together. The appearance is now modern and fresh! The hallways are bright, have an airy look to them and are a great contrast to the dark color of the doors. The patios and balconies look fresh and inviting. The clubhouse/office looks amazing. Whoever pick the colors knew what they were doing. Job well done! Love how the entire apartment complex looks! ❤️ ❤️❤️Went into the office today and spoke to Christy. She was helpful and took care of my issue immediately. She was professional, nice and very pleasant. The entire office staff seems to be that way. They are the staff that you like to deal with. Keep up the great job that y’all do. It’s truly appreciated!Kevin and Kelvin are the best maintenance crew ever! They are professional, timely and friendly. I never have to worry about any issue that may arise because I know it will be taken care of it in a timely manner. I have never had to wait a long period of time on any maintenance request I have submitted. It is normally taken care of within 1 - 2 days. Maintenance of the building inside and out is what sets this apartment complex above others. It is comforting to know that I can depend on them to get the job done right the first time.I just wanted to let you guys know that the job that y’all do is greatly appreciated and noticed. Thanks!

They were very professional, and prompt. Having to move long distance can be very stressful but these two women really helped my transition to the Grand Prairie area to be as smooth as possible. Love it here!! It’s quiet , neighbors are friendly and my move in was easy.. They have a move in truck always available for use!! Very affordable. I’ve just recently downsized from a 1 bedroom to a 2. Monica and Crystal made the transfer very simple and easy. They’re known for their great customer service , being available for tenants and responding to matters quickly and assertively .. As long as they keep those two managers here , i am very comfortable where I’m at!! Good Job Ladies 👍🏼

I have been a resident here at Lakeside Villas since November and I must say I am pleased. The overall maintenance of property is spectacular. The community is respectful and the office staff is absolutely amazing. Monica and Donavon are two of the most hospitable people I have met..always welcoming and ready to assist. I had a couple of minor issues when I first moved in but they were addressed and resolved. The complex as a whole is welcoming and inviting. I just recently met Rickey...he’s a nice guy as well. I’ve lived in apartments for the last 7 years and this one has been my favorite!I was a bit concerned when my phone calls weren’t being answered...I went in to the office and saw why! A lot of people come in that office!!I would definitely recommend Lakeside Villas to friends and family.

I’m only giving 4 stars because I forgot this one perk I don’t necessarily think is safe the gate is open 24 hours but then I can understand how cost effective it is because I know there will be some small minded folks breaking it everytime. Other than that this community is really quiet very well kept and maintenance request are kept all the time I’ve only been here a month so I’ll update y’all when our lease up!! I absolutely love my apartment here. I have ample space nice amenities. Although with Covid - 19 has taken away some of the privileges to pool and fitness center the staff makes a conscious effort to make us feel valued. All of my issues and concerns have been met with the smiles of Monica J and Kim. Monica J had to handle a very difficult situation between a neighbor and myself she remained calm, professional and impartial. I always feel welcome and all of my needs have been met. I Live in Building 11 on the first floor and I have cancer and Im weak from the treatments. I was outside Fixing my olive trees I didnt have the strength to pick up the containers. I was absolutely delighted to see that Isaac came to my rescue. He saw me struggling and he willingly volunteered to move the pots for me and he also picked up the little bits of paper that were in my patio area. I have been living here since 2019 and have been very pleased with the staff. Isaac is a great member of the staff his willingness to serve and help those in need is absolutely above board. This kind gesture makes me so proud to be a resident of Lakeside Villas. The review only lets me put 5 stars But Isaacs service is a solid 10 stars. My wife and I love living here!! Weve had such a fun experience what with all the events, attractive space and cozy amenities!! In the evenings, my wife and I like to stroll around in the neighborhood. We use the free gym and pool to exercise or to just have fun. Moving in was super easy with the use of the moving truck the apartment provides and living on the third floor has actually been enjoyable. We like to watch the rain from our balcony overlooking Grand Prairie. The maintenance team here is so responsive and they keep the whole property looking beautiful. The management has always been super friendly and helpful. They communicate with us regularly and fill us in on everything. We truly feel apart of a community. I honestly cannot imagine living in a better apartment complex.

But honestly Mr. Donovan has made my moving experience very much worth while, everything from questions to requests have been addressed in a timely manner. The Manager is so nice. Ive been having a tough few weeks after having my car towed for a flat tire. I came by to see if this was legal. The Manager listened to me and provided me helpful information to dispute this unnecessary and illegal tow. This is my second apartment since relocating to Dallas and I must say I am in love! The property manager Natalie is AMAZING along with Monica who is a doll Donavan and Shelia are very helpful and pleasant as well! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a PM and Leasing staff always smiling!!I read the reviews before moving in and knew there was a new staff not only do they know me by name but they make sure if I have any issues they are resolved ASAP!! The property is beautiful and very well kept where I reside and I have a view of the lake and the dog park is another bonus! The issues I’ve had I can’t say Natalie can resolve!! I asked questioned and made sure I was going to be pleased with the communication!!I would also like to add that just this week I was hospitalized and Natalie, Monica and Donavan where able to locate me for my mom! She gave me a quote I couldnt pass up. I had trouble with the application process online so I called and spoke Rosa and she was extremely helpful. I ended up going back yesterday to do the application there and worked with Christy again. Christy helped me with the application and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with how both Rosa and Christy helped me and I look forward to hopefully move in to this complex!

Weve been here almost a year and plan on being here for a while. Lakeside Villas has been a great place to live so far.Staff is always helpful and anytime weve ever had an issue, and they help us get stuff fixed right away if anything is wrong.There are always lots of events going on during the week too. Ones that are kid friendly as well as adult friendly ones.Plus as a bonus, when you move in, they have their own moving truck you can use. (which is a huge help).I would recommend this apt complex to anyone looking for a great community to live in. Lots of younger couples and young families live here so there is always a lot of activity going on. But everyone is friendly and respects your space.Best apartment Ive lived in so far!

My only Con is having the gate open but they say they are in the works of getting that fixed. I highly recommend anyone to work with Christy. She is the best!

FIRST off i would like to take the time out of my day to say i REALLY love the WHOLE team that works in the office at Lakeside villas. They are extremely helpful and the NEW manager Natalie, the leasing agent Monica are the stars of the property very professional. Lets not forget Donovan hes always smiling and willing to go out of the way to help. Shelia is the money lady she very helpful and willing to work out things with you if you need the time. Work orders get done on time and the property is always nice and clean. Living at Lakeside villas has been the BEST part of the year 2018, I really hope they keep this management team in the building because i havent met any other like them. If they do switch i may not be willing to stay at the property. As of now i do plan on signing another lease this coming april. Thank you Lakeside Team for being so great to me and for all of the help youve done for me while ive been in. I would recommend this property from college students up to senior citizens.

My wife and I moved in 2-1/2 years ago. The first few months were good. after that not so good. We would talk to managment (if they were in) and get little or no response at all. We repaired several items are self as we would get no response. Approximately 8 months ago we had some real issues and had no help at all in resolving the isssue, we even called the managment company with no response. When our lease came due we were bringing up our documents to dissolve our lease. One of your office associates asked if I would like to talk to the new property manager Natalie. From the time we were introduced to now the property has made a complete 360. Im sure several issues and problems were inheirited. The manager your company has in place now is first class. Always walking the property and taking notes. My wife told me the other day she saw her stop her car and get out and picup trash. It seems to be taking on a new image that we are thankful for. We are glad we renewed our lease and if things stay as they are now we will renew again. I am also a manager at at very busy venue. We can not make everyone happy, yet when you do it makes all the differance. Keep up the good work.

Ive lived at Lakeside Villas for over a year and seen a few property managers during this tenure, Cashena and Monica, has always been very helpful and available to address resident concerns.Sometimes they are put in difficult situations trying to address resident concerns and appease the owners expectations and they handle these scenarios very well working hard to find a win-win balance between the two parties.Having some experience as a property manager and dealing with people, I know that everything is not going to go your way or be perfect, but these two try to make these type of situations as peaceful and honest as possible.I like talking with them regarding property issues and how to bring the community together more by having Thursday events for the tenants. They both have great spirits and really be working to try and address resident issues while maintaining and making the property better!!!The entire staff has this type of mentality, but I work more closely with these two and can speak from those experiences. I have enjoyed my time here through the good, bad, and learning lessons.
