I have lived in my apartment here for nearly 2 months - and it has been such a wonderful experience!! Rent is very affordable, quiet neighbors, all new flooring, paint, fans/light fixtures and appliances - it is wonderfully maintained! Rossy has been so incredibly helpful, warm and friendly and made the move-in process a breeze. Cant say enough good things about moving here!

Beautiful facility great pooh a common area up front. Ive got all the amenities. You would need to host French who is large enough to accommodate 50 more 2 outside grills. Read story apartments beautiful anybody would be lucky to rent here

A lovely place to live, nice people, Rossy is a great administrator, Antonio takes good care of any maintenance issue you may have, the service team is fast and reliable, they also host year-round events for all of us. This is my second year at the apartments, we have access to a nice elementary school just across the street which is perfect for my youngest son. Happy to be part of this community!

For me the location was the absolut win , walking distance to elementary and middle schools for my daughter, the property is great because Rosy (manager) and lead maintance (Antonio) are a great team, the commitment and dedication they have shown is remarkable, always provides a fast response with great attitude.

Great Location. Quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves. Friendly enviorment. Very clean and the up keep of the property has been very well maintained since Rossy the new manager has been here, she has given the complex a good new vibe. Rossy is very friendly, outgoing, personable and punctual. Between her and the property maintnance man they are on top of all the maintenance calls. Our dishwasher started leaking. I called the office, was told maintnance would be up in a few minutes. Literally 2 mins later he was here. On a Saturday our A/C went out. I called the emergency number and left a message. Thinking I would have to wait until Monday... Nope, again he was here with in 5 mins of my call. I have lived here almost 6 months and have been very impressed it so far has been a wonderful experience!
