    Absolutely love living here mainly due to Genesis! She is very kind & patient & made our move in process so very smooth. It is obvious these are older apartments & issues may arise here & there but even if theyre short staffed they make sure to communicate that so were all aware.Not to mention the little lake with all the ducks is an added plus !

    I love my apartment at Lakefront Villas! Char is an amazing manager and made the move-in process as efficient as possible. The application process was very simple and I was able to move in just a couple of days after my first visit. My apartment is cute (and reasonably priced for the location!), there are plenty of families throughout the apartment complex, and the fountain in the lake brings a nice serene vibe when Im outside sitting on my patio or walking my dog. The crystal clear pool was recently opened and I cant wait to swim in it on a hot summer day!

    Char has been absolutely amazing during this process! Long distance moves can be extremely stressful, but she has been very helpful making sure that things were taken care of. I have never worked with another property manager who was so communicative and truly seemed like they loved their job and complex. You can literally hear her positive vibes and smiles through the phone! Super nice! I would definitely recommend this property to others simply just based on that, besides all the other great amenities this complex has to offer! Thank you for going above and beyond and making my experience a Great one!

    As a long-term resident of this apartment complex, I can confidently say that the new manager has truly transformed this community. Her diligent efforts to improve the living experience have made a significant impact.One of the most noticeable changes has been the sense of community that has developed. In addition, maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. Maintenance is always friendly and respectful.Overall, I am impressed with the level of care and attention that the new manager has brought to the complex. The sense of community and the speedy resolution of maintenance requests are both major factors in why I have chosen to renew my lease here.

    Amazing and exceptional apartment manager Char! She is always very friendly and helpful with questions asked. She acts promptly with all the maintenance requests placed with no hesitate. I have been living in this sweet apartment for couple years and I am loving it!

    I have lived in many states and many apartments. Since the first day I walked into the office and Char helped me out the experience has been amazing. I just moved here from another complex where the management made it awful to live there but here Char was one of the reasons I decided to move here. The apartments are a little dated but whenever I have voiced a concern she has handled it quickly and is super nice.She has recently had a party for the residents, pancake breakfast and is arranging story time. I’ve never been in a complex where the manager cared this much.If the management at the complex isn’t good it won’t matter what the complex or the apartments looks like. Chat makes the place so much better with her attitude and friendliness.

    Char is a great manager! She is effective with checking in with me regarding my rent or maintenance requests. She is understanding but always makes sure business is taken care of. She also explains any issues the office may have very clearly and helps me understand all policies.

    I’ve been here for two years now and The new Manager Char is WONDERFUL!! Maintenance request are filled immediately without hesitation, she is kind and have great people skills I can tell she is going to be a huge and greatly needed asset to Lakefront apartments , the way she talks to you her understanding she is just an all around wonderful person if you looking to move into these apartments you have picked the right time! Everything is changing for the better and I love it

    Char has been absolutely amazing, from the first tour with her and her very friendly personality, she already makes you feel at home. The leasing and move-in process was seamless; shes quick to answer any questions and put in orders. The maintenance has been quick to fix any issues.

    Moved in about 3 years ago, when Alex was property manager and didn’t have the best experience dealing with her and getting her to do things in a timely manner. The property was up-kept for the most part, then Alex left and Char was the new property manager, have nothing but great things to say about her and the way she manages and takes care of the little details and concerns of residents. Ever since she took charge of property manager her, the property is way more up-kept, clean and just all-around nice to live in. When Alex was manager, the entry and exit gates were broken so people could always get in at night that didn’t live her, but once Char took charge everything has gotten fixed and turned the whole property turned around! Would definitely recommend living in this community with the new property management change!

    I want to congratulate Mr Char, manager of Lakefront Villas Apartments in Richardson, her dedication, commitment and efficient with the community is awesome!!!! She is always ready to give an excellent and fast customer service. Its my third year as a resident in these apartments, which I recommended for the security and commitment on the part of its administration.....Thank you Mr Char...YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!     The management here is amazing. Char is so professional. She communicated with me from the application process all the way to me now being a resident. These apartments are okay. They were built in the 60s but since they are townhomes I didn’t really mind. If it wasn’t for Char being so nice and helping me with my move and staying in touch with me, I would not be here.

    I just recently moved back to Dallas and was apartment searching when I found Alex, the property manager, and Lakefront Villas. From the beginning, I was very impressed with Alex’s professionalism and responsiveness! I was able to tour, apply, and be approved for the unit I wanted all in a smooth transaction. Now that I live here, Alex is always helping with questions and I really feel like she goes above and beyond for the residents. Lakefront Villa is a quaint little apartment complex itself as well. I met residents who lived here for 18+ years so that says a lot. The location is prime (right by 75) and getting to work in the heart of Dallas takes 20 minutes or less. Overall I would recommend this place but having a helpful, responsive property manager like Alex really seals the deal!

    My husband is interested in transferring to work in the Dallas area. So we went to look for places to live and we decided to take a tour of the Lakefront Villas Apartments. We loved them! The management lady (Laura) is amazing, nice and very helpful! She answered all my questions and concerns as far as it being a great and safe neighborhood to live with my family. If we decide to move, we will definitely consider the Lakefront Villas Apartments. I feel like I already made a friend there with Laura.

    Recently moved here and my husband and I love it! It’s very peaceful, and a comfortable environment. We are very pleased 🙂🙂 I will say my past Apartments had THE WORST Of management, but here Alex is the total opposite and cares for her residents! It shows and we are so glad to have found lakefront villas! Thank you for all that you do! Thus far.

    Every single apartment community I’ve lived in has been awful. I had a lot of anxiety moving here because of my past experiences with apartment management and maintenance. But Lakefront Villas quickly eased that anxiety. Alex is the most organized and “on-it” person I have ever met. She PROMPTLY responds to all emails and phone calls with accurate information. During the COVID-19 lock down and furloughs / lay offs, Alex was SUPER understanding about late rent and charged no late fees. Non-emergency maintenance requests are fixed within 48 hours tops. The apartment has such a nice set up and I had so much fun decorating it. This is definitely where I want to live until I buy a house.

    I just visited yesterday, only looking to get an idea but I fell in love with the property and the area. Laura, the property manager has been amazing at working hard and fast to get me approved and I have never experienced someone who works so diligently. I am almost approved and once I am, I am excited to move into Lakefront Villas. I can be hard to please and I instantly fell in love with the property. It is clean, updated and has a remarkable view. I already highly suggest renting here.

    Its really good complex, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very clean and good. The beautiful thing is the lake. Its really good to enjoy the view in the summer and feed the ducks and turtles.

    Not the best of properties, but the management seems responsive, the property is adequate, especially considering the price, and the small lake adjacent to the property is a nice bonus. Additionally, the school system is good, especially the Math/Science/Technology Magnet Elementary School that serves this complex.
