Absolutely one of the most amazing communities out there. Jessica and Lady are kind, helpful and friendly. Waking up and seeing the lake will make your days. The area is nice and quiet and management did their jobs. For Houston, this property is super affordable and spacious. The fishing was way better than expected. Never had any problems with safety or loud neighbors. Lots of great memories were made. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love the apartment they make you feel welcome. My only problem is around 3-4 AM. My fire alarms/smoke detectors keeps going off and I have a 3 year old with very sensitive ears I’ve had to call them 3 times about the problem

I am going to be moving from Seattle to the Spring area of Texas in April. Went down there recently to check out apartments and came across the Lakebridge Apartments and Heather the rental agent she was so helpful and willing to work with me even though it is still a couple months out before I move. The time she spent showing me around the complex and her genuine concern about getting me into an apartment when needed definitely put my worries aside. I very much appreciated all her help and kindness. Hopefully in April this will be my new home! The complex seems inviting and relaxing I am so looking forward to this big move.

If I could give you 10 stars I would based on my experience, the encounters are always welcoming, it seems like everyone knows you as a person and not just a renter, the Manager Lady, and Heather are both excellent listener and cares a lot about you as a person and not just a tenant , I have lived here for almost a year and can honestly say I have not had any issues with my unit or getting repairs fixed it seems everything is of importance, and when something happens in the units that is out of their control, we all go through it together ( mother nature, power outages) it great to know that they are there and trying to fix it. Thanks to Lady and Staff for making me feel at home .Please dont change, and keep up the good work, and keep those warm smile. The light in the pond shines as bright as the staff keep it lit always..

I have lived at Lakebridge Apartments for a little over 1 year now and I do not have one complaint. It is located in an excellent area on a quite tucked away street from everything you would want.Very clean property, well taken care of, and the ladies in the front office do an excellent job at making being a resident here super easy and stress free with their quick response time and always there to help when you need it.I absolutely recommend this property to anyone in search for a new apartment.

Very nice accommodating and taken care of. Lady is very nice. She takes care of people and always cares to ask if there’s problems and solves problems. I wish you people can hire more people like her. She has Big smile and she is really good. The environment is clean every day. The lake is gorgeous and the backyards are nice. No disturbing. I love this apartments. Recommend 10/10. Little high price but worth it!

Love, love, love this place. The staff has always been really nice and helpful in any way. The property is beautiful and serene. The ponds are well taken care of and have beautiful wild around such as turtles, fish, ducks, and cranes. The pool is a bit small but well maintained and over looks the ponds and fountain so it’s a great place to relax. I’ve never met a resident that wasn’t really nice. The dog park and new dog wash station is so convenient and a great place for your dogs to run around and meet other dogs. The maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely matter and always with a follow up to ensure the job was done to your satisfaction. My apartment is spacious and with a great layout. I recommend these apartments every time I hear of someone looking. Such an enjoyable place to live. Very community oriented. Couldn’t thank the girls in the office enough for making me feel welcomed and at home.

Been here for almost 2 yrs and really love my apartment. The management team and maintenance are friendly & courteous. The only things that bothers is the Wifi service in my apartment that is horrible. Have had technician check but no resolve. Had to get outside service and unable to opt out of Lakebridge Wifi service and still paying for it.

It has been more relaxing and less stressful ( after pointing out a few things that I think have been resolved) than my last apt.Thank you again not just to you and your admins, but maintenance as well for doing such a great job.You guys are the best.

Wonderful front office staff, maintenance staff is timely and efficient. I have lived here for 4 years and have yet to have any issues. The Pool is always clean and cool. Scheduling the clubhouse for parties is very easy and we have had many memorable times there all in all I would highly recommend this apartment community if you are looking for a place that feels like home.

I recently had an issue with the smell of weed smoke coming through my AC vents. I imagine the problem is coming from an inconsiderate neighbor. I wish the complex would encourage smoke free apartments because the smell is unpleasant as a non smoker. Besides a bad neighbor I haven’t had any other problems.

I recently had to move from here to be able to be closer with family but I absolutely loved this place and I miss it everyday. Everyone was so unbelievably kind and prompt with helping you as fast and as efficient as they can. The maintenance workers made me feel welcome being there and allowed me to be comfortable knowing that if I had any problem with my apartment, I wouldnt have to worry too much about it because it would be done in a snap and if there was any problem, they would be honest and sincere to me!Aside from this, there is the fact that the complex itself is so beautiful!! The large breathtaking lakes around the complex always makes me feel so calm and was always something I could show off to my friends and family. The complex is always very clean and I never saw an issue of littering or overflowing trash cans. It is very neat and well taken care of. Not only that, but the apartments interior are so nice and quaint and spacious. I loved hosting parties there or just lounging around with my dog. (yes! they allow animals there! they are super pet friendly!)I know it may sound that I am being overly positive but this is honestly, in my whole life, the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. It made a stressful time in my life (especially with this virus, as we all can probably relate on) easier to manage by allowing me to stay at a place where I felt safe and the added of bonus of the chilling atmosphere. The residents there are so friendly too! So if you are looking for a place to live at, and you are able to live here, then I really suggest you do! As Ive said before, I miss this place everyday

Living at Lakebridge Apartments has been a wonderful experience. You can expect a peaceful environment on the grounds along with friendly neighbors. I havent had any issues with maintenance and the staff is super friendly. I go to the office to pay my rent and have observed interactions between other tenants and the staff and I can honestly say that its always pleasant, it really puts me at ease and makes me feel good about the decision I made to live here. Highly recommend!!!

So far I’ve been here for over six months, the unit I was given is right by the dumpsters and I thought “oh no trash will be everywhere” not the case!! Maintenance is always riding around checking on everything and they keep it very clean. One of the guys actually stopped me while I was filling my tire with air and suggested a place for me to go to get it checked out and it would save me money. Sure enough, less than $20 my tire was fixed. Very nice people and I love my neighbors

We have been living in the Lakebridge Townhomes for a year now. They are a bit old, but nice and spacious. The best thing about our Lakebridge experience has been Ms. Lady in the office. Thank God, we give her 5 STARS!! She has been available and very helpfulus since day one. We have seen some positive changes in the community including the New Manager Ms. Jackie. She is also very knowledgeable and professional. They are authentically nice. Good changes! And more changes still to come we hope. Hopefully Ms. Lady doesnt change and she stays part of management. I’ve been at Lakebridge with my boyfriend for about a month now and so far it’s been excellent. We relocated from a long distance so it was difficult to decide on a place but I’m glad we picked here. From the pre-lease experience with Jessica I felt like she and the others in the leasing office cared about the tenants and the property. I think she outlined everything including the extra fees and etc. up front so we knew exactly what to expect after signing the lease and she answer any questions we had. The online leasing portal made everything so much easier for us to manage since we were not physically in town for that part. Maintenance has been good as well —Juan checked on our apartment for a specific problem that happened previously to make sure everything was taken care of. Also, the amenities are enjoyable. We really like having access to the gym, pool, and walking around the lakes. Overall, very happy with this experience so far!

These are the BEST apartments you will ever live in. I have been here for a year and a half now and I must say it has been awesome. It is very safe and quiet (I have a small child so this is a plus for me) and the office staff is AWESOME GREAT (no such thing but that’s how great they are). The maintenance staff is very fast when it comes to completing service orders. The longest I have had to wait for something to be fixed in my apartment is approximately two days. They keep the premises very clean and orderly. This is a place anyone could call home.

I loved living at LakeBridge! The property is absolutely beautiful. The lakes gave me a sense of serenity and my bottom floor apartment was spacious and comfortable. Jackie and Rachel were very sweet and always responded to our needs promptly along with their maintenance crew. The complex was full of familys and it was very quite come nightfall. It was large dog friendly and was kept as far as feces goes.. very clean. Unfortunately the WHOLE complex flooded very badly during Hurricane Harvey.. our bottom floor had a little under 5 ft of water and we had to evacuate by boat.. all vehicles were flooded. The property sits very low and is very close to the creek. Besides the flood it was a very pleasant stay. Were sad to leave!

I lived here prior for 8 years and moved out of state. I then moved back to Houston and i did not even think about where i wanted to live. I knew i was going back to lakebridge. You will not regret moving to lakebridge. The office ladies are amazing and the manager Bj has been there for years. She takes great pride in the property. They truly do care about your happiness in being a resident. The maintenance people are so sweet. They come right away and fix what you need. Some people have lived in lakebridge for years and years and have no plans of moving for it is truly a place to call home. The scenery is beautiful it has a huge lake and ponds with ducks and turtles. It is safe, and the thing i love most is it is quiet. The only reason Im saying bye to lakebridge again is to buy a home. Look no more and welcome home.

Bad reviews from people who are butthurt because they didnt pay their rent. This place is really great, when we got hit with those crazy floods, employees were knocking on doors to tell people to park their cars on the grass that sits higher so they wouldnt get flooded out. I get next day maintenance every time Ive had an issue, and they leave paperwork telling you what was wrong, and how they fixed it. I cant praise these apartments enough. The gym is kinda small, as is the pool, but theyre both very clean. If youre a decent person looking for a place to live, come move in.

Yeah I have no idea why there are bad reviews but we LOVE our apartment and the mini community we live in. For one, when you walk around the lake its like a mini oasis:) people are always out walking their pets and are super friendly. Most tenants had lived here 15years+. Says alot. And to be honest the staff is really helpful. This year has been kind of hell for me and my husband and they have been nothing but patient and understanding. Bj, Jackie and Rachel all rock. And maintenance is always done asap. Usually done by the next day.

We have been living here for years and have had no problems or any pest control issues per other reviews. Staff has always been great to my husband and I. New management has taken over but we are so thankful they kept all the original staff and they are upgrading the property, which is nothing but good for our property! Nicer upgrades better quality of traffic coming in.

Honestly have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. Ive lived here so far for almost 2 years. Staff has always been polite, respectful, and helpful to me. The community is full of friendly people and you can tell that people love living there just by walking around and seeing how people have decorated their exteriors. Yes, there have been one or two break-ins. Ive never known of an apartment complex that DIDNT have break-ins. Seriously. I highly recommend Lakebridge!

So far this is best apartments in the 1960 area that I have ever lived in.They are nice ,no roaches the last place I lived summit @champions I had to hire my own exterminator just to make it bearable. They love animals here and no dog doo everywhere because they actually DNA test your dogs and forces people to clean it up or they get a fine. And no pet rent just pet deposit. The units are nice and clean and the office staff is the best I have EVER lived under. It is quiet and so peacefull and srene here and pretty lakes,nice swimming pool. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful and sweet and treat the residents with respect not like children or pesants like the last place and they even call you to see if your work orders have been done . I bet you cannot find that anywhere else for this great price.I would and have recommended this apts to people and dont mind doing it because they are the best in the area. Anyone saying Lakebridge is not good just was not doing what the rules suggest and are lying because I have never seen a people stealing anything, or office people being anything but pleasant, All the bad reviews are from bad people no doubt.

Great place to live. Affordable, clean, and many long time residents. Very quiet and beautifully landscaped. They dont make small apartment communities like these anymore. You could live in a brand new pricey concrete birdhouse like many of the new apartment communities popping up, or you can live here.

THE BEST APRTMENTS IN THE AREA. You can look, but I will tell you Ive lived in three different apartment complexes within a 10 mile radius (north towards Louetta) or so of this place and have NOT found better. The price was great, the park (Shirley Acres) very close by for walks, fishing, dogs, or playing with the kids, THE STAFF is hands down best in the business, they are always smiling and willing to immediately work out issues (might I mention they are all pretty ). I was a renter for the past year, just had to move out of town for a promotion, but if I’m ever back this way, I will be renting from here again, definitely. My neighbors were two of the nicest ladies I ever met, it’s quiet here, VERY dog friendly, nice pool, remodeled common center for the renters. I could write all day about this place. Do yourself a favor and quit looking, go here and stop driving all over town, nothing compares.

I have lived at Lake ridge since before Harvey and I cant even explain to you how helpful Joyce was during such a horrible time! Finding another place to live asap. So now I am downsizing to smaller unit since my Fiance passed away suddenly and have had so much help and comfort from Jessica and Joyce .. Im not sure I could have done all this without their comfort and help .. You are missing a hidden gem at this really pretty property!

It just seems some people just love being negative and dont have nice things to say about anything or anybody. That says way more about them than what they currently whine about. I suggest cheeze (cheddar?) for their incessant whine...The property is very attractive, (luv the fountained lake) quiet, and well maintained and the management has been unendingly professional friendly, courteous and responsive.There is an extended family across from the pool (I heard one of the many brood works in the office) who really hog the pool during the summer and crowd others out. So, the pool is way too small and the workout area is un air-conditioned.Soon after moving in, I was struck by the number of people who landscape their little front areas. To me that says a lot about how the residents feel about the place. Overall, the place is a very good value, especially if you have large sized dog. :)

Lakebridge apartments is amazing, I loved all the friendly staff , amenities, the clubhouse is Gorgeous to rent for celebrations, maintenance is Great ! And I love how pet friendly they are !

Amazing apartment complex! I am a 19-year-old college student who just recently graduated high school last year. Because of specific circumstances, I had to move out and find a home for myself during the year 2021. As an 18-year-old, I had no idea how to look for an apartment for myself. I discovered Lakebridge apartments by google search and proceeded to give the complex a call to find my options. I was greeted by a lovely lady on the phone informing me to come on in and have a look for myself and see if I could find a home for myself. Later that day I did just that and was greeted by the FANTASTIC property manager Jessica. She proceeded to show me the available apartments that were available at the time which I later found myself moving into later that month. Jessica was extremely polite and even went out of her way to advise me on my next steps as a young adult with a home. All of the staff at the Lakebridge apartment offices are extremely polite and professional, especially a specific individual named Lady who is extremely passionate about her job field and her work ethic. She herself has gone out of her way to give me wonderful advice that I still take to this day on how to make the best of living in an apartment and how to make a home for myself. Not only does Lakebridge have an amazing leasing office they also have an amazing maintenance crew! Super friendly and also super professional, also ready to help any of the residents in need at all times. Reggie as well as the rest of the maintenance crew are super kind and know how to fix almost everything. The community of Lakebridge is quiet and always clean as well as the residents that live in the community are extremely nice and charitable. I’d recommend Lakebridge apartments to anyone looking for any size apartment in the North Houston area. Thank you Lakebridge!
