Mrs. Shawnee is great! She helped me get an apartment! Shes goes above and beyond for her tenants! Would recommend! Apartments are always nice upon moving in!

I absolutely love my home. I couldnt have asked for a better place to live. Not only do i love the neighborhood, but the apt itself is EVERYTHING...So much more space then anywhere i looked and for a great price. But I WILL say that the best part about living here is the apt manager Shawnee, she is heaven sent. she does her very best to make sure that my stay is homely, that I have what I need, she is always respectful and courteous. Her GENUINENESS is very noticeable and the main reason Imoved here AND DONT PLAN ON GOIN NOWHERE LOLSHOUT OUT TO SHAWNEE!!! THANX FOR EVERYTHING

I moved in a little over a month Ago Very nice Quite Community. The office staff is so friendly and very professional . Shawnee Amazing ! Thank you for making me and my kids residency feel like Home! Impressed with Maintenance as Well!

Visited this apartment community to pick up some donated items that a kind lady was providing for a family in need. The community seems pretty small but well kept. It was after the sun went down so the place was well lit and I felt safe getting out/ in my vehicle.

Simply the BEST!!! Ms. Shawnee is Soooo attentive, caring, and follows up on making sure any issues, ( if any), have been resolved in a timely manner. Ms. Shawnee takes pride in her apartment community.
