We’ve noticed a lot of great improvements happening around the apartments especially with the exteriors like the pavements and parking, it’s really nice to see! While the apartment itself could use a little work (ours is old but theyve been upgrading units to my knowledge), the maintenance team is always super quick to help out. They’re friendly, make you feel at ease and the request system for work orders is super efficient. They’ve also been really understanding whenever weve raised concerns.We’ve been living here for over 3 years now and I have to say, the new office team has been amazing! They’re professional yet so warm and accommodating, which makes such a difference. Big shoutout to Leslie and Vanessa, they’re the sweetest and really know their stuff.Honestly, I really like it here! 😊

Been here for years and recently had a change in management however Joanie was a real pleasure to work with. She was to ensure our stay was extended and comfortable to meet our needs. Also shout out to the maintenance crew. 🙌 These guys are always quick and efficient.

Excellent, friendly staff and beautiful complex. Next to medical center, so many places to shop, restaurants, and schools. Maintenance staff is on point and have been there for many years. Highly recommend!

Leonor is very helpful, kind, excellent customer service, very kind and friendly. Leonor took the time to assist me with transferring to a bigger apartment ( 2 bedroom instead of the 1 bedroom apartment we currently have) she is extremely knowledgeable and amazing in her position!

Latest Update: The overall stay was good. Very nice and quiet community. Close to campus, Hospital, HEB and CVS. Quick response to maintenance.One thing, there was an issue when we were moving in to the apartment and also one of the staff was rude. However, once move-in issue was resolved, we had no major issues during the stay. Also, I have not seen that staff anymore there for so many months. So should be good.

If you are looking for an apartment, these are the apartments to go to not only are they clean, but they are also very friendly if I could give this place 10 stars I would, but there’s only enough room for 5 leasing office staff are very nice and also very fast if something goes wrong.

I’m an apartment locator and I’ve been touring the property for a couple of weeks already, property is very well maintained and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. La Mirage was my home for two years.I honestly enjoyed living here overall. It’s not perfect or the most visually appealing apartment but it’s a decent, affordable place to live in the short-term. Here is a pros and cons list of my experience here, for those apartment shopping:Pros:- Quiet and nice-ish area, only loud noises are the occasional police car/ambulance since its next to medical center- Right down the road from Circle K, CVS, HEB, car wash, and many restaurants- Reasonably priced (I paid $1300 for 2b2b), except for deposit they asked for a more than a full months rent which is a bit higher compared to other places- Nice, clean pools (2 large pools and a small heated pool!) and gym stays well maintained- Never had any issues finding parking near my unit- No issues with neighbors or noise- Maintenance guys are the best. They always came within 24 hours of making a request. They are very considerate and just great at their jobsCons:- Dumpsters can pile up quickly and are often overfilled. At some points, trash wasn’t picked up for weeks at a time. But in the recent months, valet trash has been increasingly consistent.- Gate is very rarely closed, compromised security. (Although there is a security patrol car that patrols most nights). Have only had to use entry code maybe only 10 times out of the 2 years I’ve lived here. Sidewalk gate is always open as well so anybody can walk in.- Water has been randomly shut off on multiple occasions without any warning, up to 12 hours straight on one instance. Likely out of their control but it would be nice to at least get a heads-up.- Apartment area (and San Antonio in general) was not designed very well in terms of drainage so whenever it rains, there are some areas in parking lot prone to slight flooding- Mail room and mailboxes were broken into on a couple occasions and my mail, which contained a check, was stolen.- Appliances are on the older side so they can break down often, but maintenance is prompt in responding to any issues- No microwave, at least in my unitHopefully this is helpful for someone!

I was visiting some friend’s in San Antonio and decided to move there. I called La Mirage leasing office and was greeted by Ashton whom courteously and professionally guided me through the whole process. His service was outstanding and he made sure all of my questions were answered. Haven’t been here long but the apartment is nice and I’ve had no complaints so far.

Current resident... I had a previous negative post about La Mirage but since then the maintenance staff and front office have been great! Everyone has been attentive and timely to respond to any issues. Ashton has also been very helpful, understanding, and flexible. I have to give credit when its due and this staff have been doing their best to turn things around. Definitely recommend La Mirage to anyone looking for a place.

I m staying here since 2yrs going to renew my lease again.. very much satisfy w service s. Staff is very professional in work like quick work done and very friendly in nature. They really give u feel like home. We r really enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables in produce market n food stalls.

From what Ive heard La Mirage was not great before I moved in. They are amazing now since theyre under new management. Ive been here for 9 months and every small issue Ive had has been resolved so quickly. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a gated, clean, nice, and cheaper apartment in the Med Center.

Its been 2 weeks since I moved to The property is super nice, comfortable, safe and you feel very peaceful, its clean, the pool is super nice, the gym is great for being open 24 hours a day and especially Mrs. Leonor, who is a super good and beautiful person. He helped us with all the transfers and I cant complain because it is the best place I have ever moved to.And I always wish all my best wishes to Leonor for being a woman with a lot of professionalism and ethics in her work, I stay with that more 👏🏻

After 7 years at La Mirage Apartments I have never had any complaints about maintenance just by giving them a call or a message on the page with the problem, depending on the severity of the problem, it can take from 10 minutes to 24 hours to give a solution and on weekends or after hours, however they want, they are available for emergency calls with an approximate of 30 to 50 minutes to arrive to give a complete solution to the problem or maybe just temporarily so that during work hours they can come and finish with the necessary material and partsCongratulations for the quality of people and professionalism of the maintenance area5 stars for Randall and Jose.
