Im extremely happy to have chosen these apartments as my new home. DeAndrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions during the application process. She made the entire process feel seamless. After over a month here, they have been quick to address any issues and the turn around time is great. I work from home so its great that you can get super fast internet access regardless of what provider you chose. Food and package delivery has no problem finding my apartment. Theres no issues with coming home late nights because the apartments are well lit and theres a security guard on duty. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking a for a place that truly feels like home.

I have lived in Houston for about 5 years now, and lived in a few apartments, La Mariposa is THE BEST apartment complex I have lived in! The staff is very nice and polite ALL OF THEM, maintenance man is great as well. They really try their best to help when needed. I have no complaints of my stay. I never had issues with my vehicle, pests, neighborhood, if my apartment needed something fixed the team made it happened. They were very flexible and helpful to me towards my last two months here. 10 STARS if I could.

Sabrina and Deandrea I had a fantastic experience with Sabrina and Deandrea (leasing agents). They were not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Also the complex is very well maintained, super clean, bug free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new place!

First, I will say that the property manager is 1st class. DeAndrea was a great help to me while looking for a place that checked the boxes I had. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.As far as the property is concerned, I found it to be nicely up kept and clean. A property that is bug free and clean is my two greatest requirements. This place had that along with the other amenities I wanted and not a bunch of the ones that I would have to pay for that I would not use.I have just moved in. lets see if I am still impressed in a few months.

If you’re looking for a nice place to call home that’s quiet and very nice upkeep around the property I’m also extremely pleased with the with the whole process thanks to Christina- Assistant Manager and DeAndrea- Manager, they made my experience a 10/10

I have lived here for a year now and I will definitely be renewing. One, the location is amazing. Most major freeways are close by and only take a few minutes to get on plus all of the stores are super close by. They are gorgeous inside and have utility bundles included which is nice.The grounds are well kept and any issues that arise (which there are few) management is on it and gets it fixed as soon as they hear about it. Management is very understanding and helpful with everything particularly Cristabel. Ever since we have worked with her she has been amazing. She is the reason my family and I will be renewing because we know that everything is taken care of with her in charge. Never at any apartments I’ve ever lived in have I ever dealt with management as great as Cristabel.Perfect affordable and gorgeous place to live with minimal commute to different parts of Houston.

The office staff are sweet and respond right away with emails. Even though these apartments are in a rough side of the neighborhood. These are the only beautiful, well kept, modern, gated, clean, affordable and quiet apartments besides Smart living on telephone. This is my 2nd month here and I enjoy it, quiet neighbors, no chaos on the halls, very well clean place and love the remote access on your phone to open the gates, works well for a woman coming in at night instead of having to role her window down and dial the gate code. I easily open the gate from 2 blocks away. Hopefully it stays this way, I will give another review at the end. So far I recommend this place, you see a lot of families here and lets not forget its pet friendly.

I helped my friend move in last week and the apartment was stunning! My friend had a lot of questions but Adriana was there to respond and help her through everything! she was sooooooooo nice! The tubs are gorgeous 😍 When I sell my house this is where I’m coming! It’s so great to finally meet a good leasing agent/manager that knows her job and doesn’t give attitude.

Im a very satisfied tenant! Cristable is a GREAT selection for management! She made my unit transfer Stress Free, & had everything ready just in time. To top it off she told me I would be getting my deposit back after my unit transfer, & I actually am! Never had that happen, Hands Down Best Manager to date! & Cant leave out Jose in maintenance, hes very detailed & gets things done as best he can. 🙌🙌😁

This is a great place to stay with affordable rent for a nice kitchen, modernized bathroom, and a spacious walk in closet! Cristabel has done an amazing job making our stay here enjoyable, and monthly payments are easily paid online through the website portal.

Ive been here for three years and the staff is wonderful... The front office is really helpful and does a great job. The maintenance team is the best. There is no time lapse is trouble calls. To sum it up I like where I live...

Nice apartments on the inside, unit looks just like the model. No roach problems in la Mariposa 2. Parking was a hassle and has been fixed! New manager is awesome
