Great house. Up to date appliance or cabinets . Prices are good. No bug problems. No noisy neighbors.

I loveeeeeee this place!! Office staff very professional at one point I was Gray on some things on my contract and I was upset Im sure they new I was mad but she never lost her cool. I love the way she was understanding and explained every little thing I had question about. Very clean quiet no issues ever. Extending my lease!

Wonderful luxury apartment complex. Nicely equiped with up to date appliances, light fixtures, floors and countertops. 140 winkler complex has been home for a year and enjoyed the stay. Giving 4 stars. The 5 star wouldve been given but there was a family above us on the second floor who has kids and they run, jump, stomp and bounce balls on the floor all the time until they fall asleep. It was really excrutiating to deal with. If not for that family we wouldve renewed the lease and gave 5 stars. However, nothing we can do about a noisey and disrespectful neighbor. Every complex in Houston is liable have at least one. That said La Mariposa 2 is a wonderfull luxury apartment to call home.
