I love this complexión! I have been here for 2 years and they have acommodated me and even my family moving in from out of town. I enjoy catching up with Lety and Sam in the office and the maintenance team is like family. I recommend these apartments - great location and price!

I must say LaZandra is outstanding! She made sure I got the apartment I desired & fulfilled everything I asked for!She was so helpful , knowledgeable and overall great! She always goes the extra mile and answer all my email especially after many request have been sent over. During my stay here she has always made sure my request are fulfilled, and now that I have decide to downsize LaZandra has showed me multiple floor plans and has never rushed the process she has been consistent and she always follow up.If you are looking for an apartment and great experience she is your go to person!

My family and I lived at Belmont Place/La Fontaine for at least 10 years, and there hasnt been a manager that can compare to Celia Briales. Celia has been so helpful and thoughtful to my family, were moving back after living in a different city for 2 years and she and her staff have made this transition worry free. I couldnt recommend talking to her more about living at this great community. Celia being the manager of this community was still able to show us 2 units she thought we would like because she gets to know her tenants, this is going above and beyond in my book. The manager and staff are some of the best in the business.

I cant even lie, the only reason I am leaving a positive review is because of one worker named Lazandra. Every time we have a problem, and there are many, she is always there to help us. The place is not bad but your cries to fix things are ignored at times, until we contact Lazandra. I wonder if Lazandra was manager, if apartments would get fixed the right way. No pool for years, Rent went up and sometimes you get infestations of weird termites. Please fix my apartment!!!!!

I’m a VET tenant at this apartment complex and I must say out of all my years I have received the best customer service from Miss Lasandra, she is always willing to help, very tentative, I never feel rushed or unheard. She is a problem solver and will go over and beyond to get me the answers I need. I really appreciate her for all the hard work she do to help me and my family continue to live comfortably.

Ms.LaZandara was a big help to us , the move in was quick and easy . If there was a problem with anything she was always there to help . I can honestly say that these apartments are really nice and affordable and the area is good . Ms. LaZandra was a excellent help with the move in and her hospitality was amazing . she didnt rush , she took her time to make sure everything was right and ready for us to move in . Initially someone else was doing my application and they were taking a long time to get everything together. eventually my application was handed over to ms.lazandra. this woman make this experience so much easier. she went over every policy with me and was able to get me in a unit in a timely manner. No one let me see the unit not tour the complex before asking me to sign a lease. Ms.Lazandra stopped my from signing all documents and immediately took me on a tour. I love that she is so helpful and very clear about policies. She told me if I had any concerns to contact her. I’m so thankful that Ms.Lazandra did my application

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the work of this apartment. Not always will you like everything about an apartment because its not yours, but thus far any little issue I have had this complex resolved them. I typically dont like to complain nor call to the front office... I have a life, but the staff has been kind and been making it easy and comfortable. I love my apartment. Its big and spacious, and was clean when I moved. Any referrals mention this post.

Apartment is enormous, had a few hot water problems but at least they tell us, price is good. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for space and location. Ask for lazandra or celia. They’re friendly and make you feel comfortable.

These apartments r not perfect. But I will say I’ve lived here for 2 years and each unit I’ve had is not roach infested!!!! If you are a clean person and keep your food away and sink dish-less u will be fine. Aida is the best. She is the assistant manager but she will take care of you. I’ve personally never had a issue with her she couldn’t resolve. Dominique and Alex are awesome. They always have a smile and willing to assist.

The apartments are large and spacious, the parking is under roof. They keep the green areas very clean. When it rains there are some apartments that have lock on the pipes, but there is always someone keeping the 24 hours.It is quite safe, the entrance and exit doors work. They collect the weekly trash. I really liked this condo and I plan to renew a contract.

I currently live here and have been her for about 7 months. I had a upgraded apartment and its huge for the price that Im paying. I personally have not had any problems with the office staff. Maria is the sweetest person and Ida takes care of any problems that I have. The only problem that Ive been having as of lately is the parking and small roach problem. ( I might see 4 in one month) . Other than that I dont have any complaints

The location is nice, pretty centrally located to everything (i.e. shopping, eateries, movies).If you move here, I recommend you speak w/ Dominique or Alex. They provide the best customer service!!!For the most part, its a quiet area. They have crimes like anyone or anywhere else in the city.My thing is, one, someone ran into the corner of our patio gate and the office didnt do anything. I mean nothing.Two, after the hard freeze we endured in Jan 2018, apparently pipes bust. Which in turn, we had no hot water. Now we (my family and I), understand, things happen but when you dont send out notices and you acting nonchalant (maybe because they arent affected directly), thats a problem!!!We pay too much money to stay over here.I feel like they need to either compensate us (the ones effected) on the water bill or maybe even the rent. Something!!!We not looking for handouts but we are looking for our moneys worth.

This place wasnt so bad I actually lived in apartments that was worst. The rooms were spacious and rent was really cheap. What I didnt like about this place is that they kept switching office help which was annoying. Maintenance handles request in 3 days sometimes you have to resubmit a work order request. Parking is first come first serve. Which was horrible because you cant never find a spot close to your apartment. My car was broken into over here and management doesnt give a damn. Apartment gate always broken so its like whats the point.

I normally dont do reviews, but I must say. I called Belmont Place and lazondra answered the phone. I am in the process of moving to Houston. So I had lots of questions. Lazondra was able answer all my questions and concerns. I looked forward to meeting her. She went above and beyond to explain the amenities to me. Im so excited to see what houston has to offer, and lazandra help put me at ease. She was so polite and she knows her stuff. *****UPDATE*****Who ever said roaches were a problem misspoke. THEY ARE A HUGE PROBLEM> I go through a can of Raid a week and ask to be put on the weekly extermination spray. SOmetimes they come and spray but most times they do not.I had to relocate due to Hurricane Harvey and apartment living was the first time for me since 1981 when I bought my first home. At 62 I was apprehensive but the staff, Alex, Gwen and Ana, made it an easy transition. I will say roaches are a problem as I am on the weekly pesticide spraying schedule and I spray on my own. However have a problem with the A/C, heating and a leak and they all were fixed the same day. As a homeowner I know things happen. Sometime the noise level gets loud however I am sure the windows have not been replace since the units were built. I have quickly come to learn apartment living is a tradeoff of the good, the bad and your weird neighbors

I have a broken food disposal for weeks and I called them more than 5 times but nobody has came to fix it. They even told me that if it’s not emergency it will take up to 30 days to fix. So ridiculous! My lease is expiring in 5 months and I can’t wait to move out.Updated: The office have contacted me and apologize for it. Someone came to fix it today. Thank you!

I lived here for a year had no problems with my Apartment. Everything got fixed on time if I had an issue management would be right there and prepared for whatever is going on ! Management one is very friendly and is on a very local area. unfortinatly Since i got a new job I had to move, I see all these bad reviews and I think it’s crazy and outragious. You should really give them a chance !

This place is very good to live in, the apartments are very spacious and comfortable and, above all, they have a fair price, there is plenty of parking for cars, the apartment staff, from the secretaries Aida Letty, Celia, the manager, and a young man who has just entered, are very attentive and with a kindness that makes you feel very good, they are always there for whatever any resident needs. One lives in apartment L19 one has only been living here for two months and the truth is that Edciel always reports something to him and he always does his job well and pays attention to the reports that one then sends someone ah that they do their job. My respect to him is a good worker that he cares about his clients that we live on his property hardworking people like him always have k to have worked in that office x that he helps you and sends you the maintenance then thats why I give him 5 Stars if I could give him more, believe me, I would do it for working people like him who need these apartments, thank you Edciel 💯💯💯💯💯💯🙌🙌👏👏👏

I have been at the property for 2 months and since I called to ask for information the person who helped me (Gaciel) was super friendly and the 2 times I have needed maintenance help in my apt they have repaired the problem on the same day. For that reason I give 5 stars.. The office staff are very attentive and friendly, Gaciel, Aida and the other lady, I dont remember her name, are also very friendly.

When I arrived at these facilities I had a very bad experience with some of the office workers. These five stars are solely and especially for the young DACIEL who, with his excellent attention and availability, has helped me with the solution of the problems. I recommend that when you approach these offices, ask for the service with DACIEL, you will not regret it.
