Great property went in for a tour and was taking care by The manger and it was a great experience, property is fully renovated could not relocate due to no having work in the area but IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Loved the tour and the great customer service!

Ive recently become a resident, and so far I can honestly say that I love it! Its been a quite peaceful setting, my kids love their little play-ground. Its truly well-maintained. The complex is always clean, Laundry rooms are always clean and I love the fact that you can pay with your phone :) pretty awesome. I have one of the 2 bedroom renovated apartments and its gorgeous inside. Appliances have all worked great. I havent had any issues with anything or anyone. The OFFICE STAFF are extremely friendly and professional including maintenance. Im very appreciative for their honesty. It made me feel like they actually care about thier residents! THANK YOU SO MUCH LA ESTANCIA APARTMENTS!

I moved into La Estancia about a month ago, and so far, my experience has been great, The staff is super friendly and helpful, I have read negative comments about the parking issue but since I moved here I have not had a bad experience with parking so far. It might be due to the new parking rules witch was very helpful. In my personal view I will definitely recommend these apartments. They turn in apartments remodeled and in good conditions.

I like my apt its quiet and neat! Of course it depends who your neighbors are..The only thing I do have to complain about is the RATS! apparently I have rats in my apt and the rent I pay 670 for a 1 bedroom and 25 for parking dont get me wrong I dont think its expensive but for the area the apts are in it is.. other than that I love them office staff is nice I always go with ROXY super nice and understanding

The apartments are fine, the managers do their job very well, very responsive to honest, nice, polite, no problem tenants who pay on time, have good credit and have good jobs. The problems some people are experiencing are a direct consequence of their own choices in life. Those people ONLY can afford a unit and service that leaves much to be desired. They have run ins with the law, dont have a college degree and as a direct cnsequence dont have stable employment, live paycheck to paycheck, skip on paying rent, do damage to the property, can not afford to make quality repairs, leave trash everywhere they go and then complain about leaving in squalor, full of roaches, rats, bedbugs and fleas. These people have evictions on their history and their creditis are trashed, yet they have this narcissistic attitude that everybody around owes them something, should endure their complaints and rants. It is your own unruly offspring that makes the place noisy running around screamimg instead of reading a book. It is your own kind of people that leave trash everywhere they go and live. Well, if you dont like the place, move! But you cant because of your criminal record, shot credit, prior evictions, unemployability and lack of character. Yes, credit score represents your character! That is the only reason they are stuck where they are. No one else will rent to them because of their history, and all they are left to do is complain about petty utility bills. Yes, the staff might live on the premises in a nicer units, but NO LANDLORD would rent the nicest property to a person with shady history, shot credit and attitude that neither of thatis their own fault. Your shot credit means you cant be trusted to manage your own finances and you always get in trouble, so no, no one will trust you with a nice well repaired unit. The bad attitudes these perpetually complaining people have also putts off the management to work with them. No, no one owes you anything! You ended up in a place you dont like by your own bad choices, no one else would rent to you, that is exactly why you have to live in a shady part of town teaming with criminals like you, and have a unit with roaches and bedbugs. You surround yourself with crime, trash, lies yourself, and you can not afford to rent a better place, or no one else will rent to you . Thats all there is to it. Hey, Buy your own house and quit complaining about the management that just treats you the way you deserve, which is fair.

My experience with Estancia Apartments continues to be excellent!!! Not only that all the people who work there are very friendly. But there is always one person who comes to light. Her Name is Erika Hernandez, she is a person who helps you with everything you may need. When you go ask for her. I recommend them. They are also very detail-oriented, always doing things to make the tenants feel comfortable. An example is the breakfast they made today for all of us. Apart from being very delicious, I thought it was a nice detail!!! Not many sites do that. Thank you Erika!!!! All delicious and excellent work.....

The truth is, the apartments are very nice. I have been living there for 3 years now and I really cant complain. The girls in the office are very attentive and are always on the lookout for people. Maintenance is always on the agenda and never takes long to fix something. We do have problems with the parking lots at times but I like that they are like this because they prevent other people from other complexes from coming and parking here. The manager is always very friendly. I recommend them
