I have been living here for 2 months already and I love it! Maintenance gets the job done and they come and fix whatever needs to be fixed in a timely fashion. If I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ I would! I love it here…. I would definitely recommend

Very polite and professional staff, they explained everything I needed to know regarding the apartment I was interested in and will definitely be applying. I look forward to calling this place home

Vicky is the best leasing agent I have come across! Helped me with all the questions I had and even the manager Maya came over at one point and was so nice. Reviews are definitely deceiving because they were incredible!

I hereby retracting the remarks made about the Lacarmona Apartments manager at 8917 South Gessner, Houston, Texas, on January 31st, 2022. Its Covid protocol that started the misunderstanding between the seller, the manager, and I, the buyer- Segun Joel Balogun, a tenant. The manager was doing her job responsibly, I just never took time enough to know her before l made unwelcoming remarks about her. l therefore, obligated to withdraw that comments and correct the Apartments rating I submitted from 1star to 4stars after I found out that her rapport and care for her customers were all professional. I will recommend Lacarmona to anyone wishing to rent an Apartment and hopefully meet the Manager - Maya for assistance.Sincerely, Segun J. Balogun.

I have lived here for A year already and now starting my second year here, this is proably one of the best communities Ive lived in since moving from California to Houston, I currently live here and have had no problems with anything maintenance has an overnight on call line but usually dont come out until the next day but thats fine because youre on the priority list, but they come when needed and do a very good job I literally have no complaints the leasing office is fair and very understanding and kind and from the manager on down are kind women and very friendly, The inside of the apartments are very well put together and neat and clean and worth the monthly amount very spacious as well Ive went from a 1 bedroom on one side of the complex were I loved it at the neighbors were friendly and kind and everyone did there part to maintain cleanliness of the property and every stayed to themselves and spoke when necessary never heard loud talking outside my door at weird hours Ive had a sense of safety and security living here, and now recently moving to a 2 bedroom its very similar everyone stays to themselves and are friendly people and Ive had an overall experience living here at braeburn colony no complaints so if you decide to move here you are definetly making a great choice!!! Id highly recommend.

I feel safe! I feel secure! I feel heard! I dont feel ignored! Ive been living in this community for almost 10 years. Theres a a bike trial right up the way! Theres a gym! When/if anything needs to be repaired maintenance is on it!!

The apartments look good So far I like them , I like that they assign you one parking space The only thing that sucks is the visitors parking, they are full all the time by people who dont ever move their car , cars in the same spot for months .So if you actually have visitors you wont find a space for them to park .The apartments should have a control of how many cars each tenant is allow to have because most of the cars in the guest parking are from residents and theyre not are forced to have a resident sticker . If you move here good luck finding a space to park after 6 If you own just 1 car youre fine if not good luck.

Love it! I had more than 3 years living on breaburn colony never had a bad experince.I truely recommend this apt great living and never had a bad taste of ugly animal like spiders or cockraches.😍I would say people that I love my parking lot because its private.The parkings are really clean and quit.Thank you Braeburn Colony Apartments
