    I’ve been here when the Apartments started renovating the gym, it’s been a long time coming but I am so satisfied. Im grateful for the managers and the leasing consultants here. I’ve been here for 1 year + and haven’t had many issues. My only issue was my ac broke during the summer but the staff here worked hard to get it back running. I seen the care in them! I love the refreshments in the front office as well. To wake up to a kind community and sip some tea in the lobby is always refreshing. I say everyone should come check it out and see if this community is for you! A lot of my neighbors have been here for YEARS.

    Management here is awesome. Just keep a good line of communication with staff and theyll help you as much as they can. Its only so much office personnel can do, so treat them nice. Jennifer, Natalie, Julia Keep doing the great job youre doing.

    I have lived in the Knowlton apartments for 10 months now. I am so happy and pleased with the complex. Thus far, they are accommodating, polite, and care about my transition into the complex. Any maintenance request has been completed with accuracy and urgency, and I deeply appreciate all the help that they have provided. I will be renewing my lease!!

    One thing I can definitely say about the community is that over the almost 2 years I’ve been here the staff and team have not only been great, commutative about what’s been going on in the community and I’ve seen them do a lot of change for the good here. In the two years I’ve been here they’ve completely upgraded and renovated the gym, the pool by the leasing office wasn’t open, but it opened up this last summer and it was really nice, painted the parking lot which is made parking a little bit easier for guess and anytime I’ve brought a problem to them they have been real quick to fix it. This is the first community I’ve been in. We’re almost every holiday. They’re trying to give away gift cards, or turkeys and even this December they’re having an ugly Christmas sweater contest. So they definitely make you feel like a tight knit community. I would say if you’re looking for a community that is not only safe, clean, and is willing to work with you. I definitely would recommend Knowlton

    I had a great experince here at Knowlton Apartment Homes. Lived here for a year and had really no problems. Loved put unit that came with a yard and new appliances.

    I have lived here for almost 7 to 8 years. Very quiet neighborhood. The staff in the leasing office. I know there’s two Jeniffers and one other one I can’t get remember her name quite yet but I went through a little bit of financial problem and they were so willing to help me not pushing me to the side. They are very nice and sweet and wonderful people and understand that all of us are human and will work something out to try to help for those of you looking for new apartment I recommend it It’s very quiet out here a special thanks to both Jenifers for helping me out so much. I am very appreciative and grateful. 😊😊

    Previous management and staff were extremely rude. I hated coming on the first to pay my rent. The vibes in the office was not good. Ever since new management and staff came along I love being greeted from Jenn and Lily . I like to get my coffee and bring my dog Luna to the office. She always gets treats from Cynthia. Maintenance is awesome. I request a work order and same-day it is complete. Great customer service all around. Love new management and staff!

    HiThis Tammy just want everyone to know that I have been living in the community for 4yrs and my experience with my transfer was handled excellent Jenn Rodriguez help me with my transfer and everything that I need it. She’s excellent to work with very friendly, very knowledgeable and will make sure that your move is smooth sailing and has good communication skills . Shout out to Jenn Rodriguez.

    The move in process was a little rocky to start off. But closer to my move-in date this property was purchased and new management was put into place. This is when everything became much easier!! The new staff Jennifer and Cynthia made sure I had everything I needed!!! If you are looking for an affordable place to live without a hassle…they will definitely walk you through each step and make sure you have everything you need!! Move in day will be a breeze!!! My fridge went out the first week I moved in. I went in on Saturday to let them know about the issue, maintenance was at my door within the next hour. My fridge was replaced on Monday. No hassle. No stress. These two ladies will get you squared away!!!

    Knowlton Apartments Homes is more than a short-term lease for transitioning. Knowlton is a community. I enjoy coming home. I appreciate the friendly neighbors. The location is convenient for commuting. I feel safe. And the management staff does what they can to help. That is what matters to me.

    Lived here for 2 years, only moving for work. Complex is older but really well kept. Maintenance is always working outside on the property, pool is always clean and landscape is always manicured. Maintenance is fantastic and super fast. Weve only had to do 2 work orders and both times the issue was resolved the next day. There are NO BUGS here; pest control is every other week. Nice little areas to walk dogs, really great park right across the street with running/biking trails, soccer fields, playground, pool. Super close to 635 and i30. Surrounding area has questionable crime rate but weve never had issues with our apartment or vehicles. Complex is smaller, so youll recognize who lives there. Myra and Robin are awesome and know all of the residents. We enjoyed our time here and will miss this homey little place!

    I am a resident here and let me just say the new maintenance worker Albert is such a kind young man! I see him every morning putting away trash and he is so helpful when I am taking out my trash he offers to help.Love the new team! It was about time we had a good and efficient maintenance team.

    Been here for 2 years and sad to leave due to job. The managers are very welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is very quick when asked for. We did have a car broke into and told management and filed report but... Now there is a patrol every once in awhile. If you live by the street, you will hear ambulances heading towards the highway very often. but very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live. :)

    5 stars is for victor who had to fix a lot of stuff with our apartment that should’ve already been working when we moved in, it was definitely not a great experience moving into the apartments itself with a tedious process but we love our two bedroom town home and front row parking and for any issues victor is always on the way as fast as possible!
