Just toured an apartment unit and despite the reviews I saw, I proceeded to give this apartment a tour to see for myself and I like it! The leasing agent/managers are not rude.. they are knowledgeable, business minded and straight forward. Rae assisted me with a tour and she was great!! Just come in knowing what questions you need to ask. As far as the elevators are concerned, a resident did mention if the power goes out, the elevators do as well but they come back on once things are back up and running. There are also two staircases on the side you can use if the elevators go out. Also, the pool was clean and is not green like the old picture is showing up as.

The management is amazing. The property is so clean. Any service that is needed they come immediately and do it for you. And I love how they give activities for the residence on the property. This is a great place to live.

I recently toured the Knightsbridge Apartments for my mother. The apartment manager, Racedia Brew was extremely helpful and personable. She eased my mind when it came to my mothers living situation! Im looking forward to working with her in the future

If only all communities could be this accommodating. The manager went out of her way to schedule us an appt after normal viewing hours. We didnt lease because of the floor level but the place is well kept.

I have found that living in this gated community to be an excellent experiance. Rae and the other management of Knightsbridge have been nothing but professional and the maintenance man Albert has been V E R Y dependable and very prompt. The only thing that is bad here at Knightsbridge is the parking. The reason for that in my humble opinion is that there are residents guest that stay here extended periods of time that violate parking privileges and take spaces that otherwise belong eclusively to the residents. I do not know what would be a good solution...other than towing non resident parking violators and/or authorizing humble police to ticket habitual violators. I kind of feel that also welcoming Harris County Sherrifs Department here to enforce parking rulrs and ticket violators would help nip it in the bud. Hurting violators in the pocket book is a good thing.

Went and checked this place out with my mom for a place for her to live. Was very impressed by the kindness and competancy of the staff as well as the quality of the apartments.

I would definitely recommend to seniors. The freeway is quite busy for seniors, but the actual apartments are nice!
