We had recently just moved to Kingsville, we started looking at apartments and we had driven by Kingsman apartment a couple times, but never really caught our eye until the very end, this apartment complex is so quiet so clean, they are making new upgrades from the inside out. I felt safe when I walked on this property. Their office team is truly amazing team. They are so kind and loving, and they are willing to help where they can. The end of the individual dual who has been helping me is Miss Laura and she is so amazing. We are getting ready to move in in about a week and we are so grateful for her. Her manager her team at the other apartment complex. They have been so helpful to make this new journey and new home for my family so memorable and right before Christmas. I would recommend this apartment complex for this apartment complex team to anyone.

I have lived here for a little over a year now. I have never before felt so welcomed immediately, safe, and heard. The management team genuinely care for the all the tenants and our well-being and know us, our children, and even our pets by name. The maintenance crew are amazing, so efficient, and knowledgeable. Anything we need it is taken care of as soon as possible. I feel so fortunate to live here.

Staying here in the Kingsman Apartments is and has been a great and welcoming experience. This was my very first apartment away from home and everyone here made everything easy for me to understand. People like Miss Jenny and especially Miss Laura have made this place become a home. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay.

Kingsman is my husband and i’s first apartment together, we’ve been here for about two years and it’s been the best possible first home we could’ve hoped for. Miss Laura at the front office has been extremely welcoming and kind since our first day here and makes Kingsman the great place that it is.

This place was my first apartment ever, and Ive been here for a year going on the second with my partner. I absolutely appreciate the lovely ladies, Jenny and Laura, and the maintenance crew for being always so welcoming, communicative and understanding. Our quiet one bedroom, peaceful outdoors, perfect for my fur baby. Glad to call this place our home.

Ive been here for a couple of years and Ive had ups and downs but the staff has always been super helpful even during my hardships they make you feel like family and honestly have your well being at heart I love the unit Im in its spacious and well kept for a one bedroom and the walk in closet is a bonus

Nice remodeled apartment Good maintenance Professional and friendly manager. Nice upgrade from my ole place. Love the laundy room here it is so modern. Issues addressed quickly.
