I moved 2 weeks ago and I was thinking the property was going to be a bad decision, but after 2 weeks I have to say that “ it has been the a great 2 weeks” the manager Vivian has everything so organized when you arrive to sign your lease, down to the asst manager Jose that has flyers of all kind of vendors for you to find the best rates that benefit you and to call for your electric, internet, and insurance for you to set it all up before your move in.The leasing agent is so nice in the front she makes you feel so welcomed.Parking is tight but it’s ok cause it’s not impossible…..the pool is really nice!There is a beer problem on property grounds but from what they told me it is new office staff so hope they can turn the place around where it needs it.Thank you

I decided this summer to make a major move from Southern California to Dallas, TX. I had to find a short term lease and an apartment complex that would accommodate my large dog. I called so many communities and was losing hope until I spoke with DJ at Bel Air Keystone Ranch. She worked with the manager and we were able to make excellent arrangements and my family and I moved in early June 2018. Every time I had a question, worry, or concern I was able to speak with DJ right away. She always returned my calls and her customer service skills are amazing! I could not have done the relocation without her help and guidance.We moved into a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and it was large enough to hold all of our belongings from a large home in So Cal. The staff and maintenance crew were also very attentive and when I had a small water leak issue, the crew was at my door in under 30 minutes. The front office staff is wonderful! DJ and the other employees were helpful and caring. They kept track of my large packages that came in from Amazon and I never lost any mail. I felt safe and the grounds were always clean. The pool was fun, clean and maintained well. The rent was very reasonable and I was so grateful to find this temporary home while I my family and I looked for our forever home in Dallas.

The community is so beautiful!! New management took over a few months ago and I could not be happier. The pool is amazing. Megan the Manager is always so happy. Sara is so polite and nice to me. Diana always greets me with a smile. G and Q are always quick to do my work orders. If you are looking for a new place to call home then this is it.

Jose and Vivian are the greatest. Given that they are short staffed, it never showed in their enthusiasm and eagerness to make my move in process smooth as possible. Im glad that I inquired about the propertys reviews because if I hadnt I probably would of missed out on great property to live and awesome staff that genuinely cares.

The new management (Sarah/Kristy) are absolutely amazing!! They finally put numbers on the buildings and they are extremely helpful! They answer the phones and follow up with you on any issues you have! The units are very nice and my refrigerator broke and was replaced the same day! I just moved out and needed a recommendation letter and Sarah/Kristy helped me the entire time! Very patient and understanding! Highly recommend these apartments with the new management!

Honest and Fair ReviewI’m a current resident that is moving at the end of my lease in July due to moving closer to my new job and overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay the two years I’ve lived here. I moved here without seeing the actual apt due to a new job at the time from San Antonio and they made the whole process easy. Any time I’ve had a problem, which honestly were few and far between, they have been quick to address and solve them. The office has always been friendly, professional, and cordial in my interactions with them.Yes there are some things that need a bit of updating/renovation and yes the parking situation is a bit on the strict side but if you just follow the guest parking instructions you won’t have an issue. A friends car was towed once but it was because we didn’t follow the rules. I never had an issue with guest parking since following the instructions.I’ve always felt safe, haven’t dealt with any real bug issues due to the exterminator the complex has, and never had any issues with the office. I lived on the second floor and the walls were a bit on the thin side but was fine for the most part and I always felt like I had complete privacy. Overall, I would say the complex is decent and would rent here again.

Diana and Megan are very awesome. Both have done their best to make sure I am happy in my new apartment.Maintenance is good. I prefer Q do all my maintenance request. Very trustworthy person. Respect I have been given is awesome.Hands down I would recommend Keystone Falls to anyone. Feel safe after close to 4 years living here.

Changed my review.New management has made a lot of changes. I unfortunately moved in when they were transitioning from old to new management. But things have got a lot better with the new staff. It was a rough start but they were able to take care of all issues with my unit. Only complaint remaining is there should be better trash/litter pick up around the property. Overall, me and my family are comfortable here at Keystone Falls.

Diana and Kristy was more than helpful. Starting over can be a frustrating process. You hear the horror stories of apartments having poor customer service, and lack of empathy for the client. Not the case for my family and I. Ms. Diana was super sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed. Ms.Kristy was the bomb.com she showed me around. The visit was very personable. Both ladies were very respectful, they lessened my anxiety. They went above and beyond to make sure my children and I are accommodated during this process. We will see how the stay goes.

Have been apartment hunting for the past few weeks. Recently came in for a tour with Susan. Not only was she welcoming, professional and courteous, but also very knowledgeable. She showed different floor plans that could best fit my wants and needs. The complex seems well maintained, clean, and with reasonable rates. The price, location, floor plan, and amenities match very well with what I’m looking for. I’m very much looking forward to calling this place my home. Thank you again to Susan for a great experience!

Sarah is literally the only reason I keep extending my lease. She is so kind and understanding while also being professional and answers all of my tedious questions. Often times when I call shes the only one working and she still goes above and beyond. Ive had a particularly tough past 6 months and I actually feel like she remembers and empathizes which is so important as rent prices keep climbing. I recommend asking for her if you need anything while youre at Keystone Falls.

I am changing my review. The new management is sooooo much better than the previous management! They are professional and courteous. The only problem is the maintenance, at times. I do recommend these apartments, do to the new management. They exterminated the complex and put basis down to keep the pest of. I appreciated that a great deal.

We havent lived here long but the management and staff have gone above and beyond expectation to make things work. When the people who were supposed to move out of the apartment we were supposed to move in didnt leave, they set us up with a temporary apartment until the next available unit of our choice was available. Theyve been nothing but accommodating and nice. Theyve let us know any time something has come up that might delay things or speed things up. Very nice people. Its also pretty quiet compared to our last apartment, which was like living in a war zone due to all the thug thumping and loud bass. While there is some noise here, its nowhere near as bad as our old one.

This is a nice place to live very quiet and access in and out of the property is great. I love the pet yard that I have and the fact they have a little dog park for the dogs. The apartment was newly renovated with some problems when I moved in but Sarah the assistant manger got maintence in quick to fix the problem.

Ive lived here for a year and a half now and never experienced any of the stuff you guys are mentioning. Ive never used the pool or gym areas so I dont know how true that stuff is. I think they could go down a little bit on the price. but other than that no major complaints. No violence, its fairly quiet and the neighborhood is friendly and family oriented with the school, library and youth centers across the street.

Enjoyed my time at Bel Air and LOVED the staff! Everyone is professional and responsive but truly good hearted people as well. You don’t find a lot of managers as nice and welcoming as Stephanie and Paloma in this business. And DeJonae is just as good as a leasing consultant!

Ive lived here for more than 5 years and have not had any issues of concern at all. Maintenance is handled promptly when requested. The office staff is always more than helpful. The only concern I have is with parking, especially if you arrive home after dark.

They opened the pool this past weekend after winter storm repairs and some renovations and it looks amazing so worth the wait!!! The office staff Megan and Sarah have been so up front about the repairs every time I call. I am just happy to have the pool back!!

I cannot complain about my experience in this place. I have been here for more than a year and I feel very comfortable. In the maintenance part they are always attentive to keeping things clean and working as they should. I am satisfied with the work these guys do: Rafael, Luis and Leonel. Always on the lookout to resolve any inconvenience in the shortest possible time, comfort and tranquility would be the words to my experience in Keystone Falls 👍🏻

One star because I have to give it but what a bad service the maintenance man named Christian, I have only been living here for 2 months and after a week of moving in the air started to fail, which I have reported a thousand times and Mr. Christian comes and says that the air is fine when we spend every day at 80 degrees. I have a month-old baby who has a bad night because of the infernal heat. Yesterday, September 20, we reported it again because the heat is unbearable and Mr. just came and told me that I have to wait for them to bring the new air because the air in general in all the buildings where I live is bad, I called the maintenance emergency number early today and I left the message and the man appears at 5 in the afternoon with a window air and he hands it to my husband downstairs in the parking lot and says, take this is your air, install it in the inn and he left, he didnt even get out of his car, it seems to me a lack of respect for this man to do this to us, knowing in the situation that we are passing through, it bothers him if he You put the maintenance orders in Spanish because he doesnt know how to read in Spanish, so he came to my apartment ah tell me it seems like a lack of ethics and empathy towards the residents that we pay for a service for which they are not providing it to me. I have months with my air damaged and I dont do anything about it. We cant stand this situation anymore. I need a solution to this problem as soon as possible since Im only going for 2 months and I cant break the contract with you, unfortunately, total disillusion, learn ah choose your personnel and even more so the people who provide the service ah the residents. Here I leave the photo where not even the air wanted to install it, saying that one must do it oneself without knowing if we know or do worse damage since we live on a second floor
