    I’ve been here for a little under a month. The Staff is so friendly and maintenance responds very quickly to Work orders placed on the app. The property’s appearance is always well put together and clean. The office Will hold events for the residents and they have food trucks on sites every now and then. It’s very quiet. Everyone minds their business.

    Lived here for just over a year. I’ve had a couple issues with cats In the area and my dog with fleas. Other than that one issue, the community has been awesome. Great response from any of the team members inside the office and the maintenance members especially Rene, gave me his personal number and told me to not hesitate for anything, Any complaint or issue I’ve had has been taken care of in a very timely manner.

    I don’t even know where to start. I would give 10 stars if I could. I started living here since jun 2024 and since then it’s been such a blessing. Now all apartments are very similar. But the biggest thing that sets this complex apart from every other are the wonderful and delightful employees that really create the best environment. I can’t help but call out RENEA, hes been truly God sent. He’s helped us a ton, with not a single ounce or a bad attitude or negative energy! He’s always there to help and truly cares and treats everyone super kindly.

    We have been living here for the last 4 years and have been happy. In our building it’s peaceful everyone is friendly. The maintenance men have always been nice, fast, and respectful! I love that the new property manager has winter events planned for the community!

    Ms. Sonia Gomez is very attentive and knowledgeable. She cares for the residents and those that are interested in becoming one. She explains the process well. She hosted a Christmas party last year (the 1st one here) for the residents and their kids. She had cookies, drinks, Santa Claus and the grinch and gave the children small gifts.

    From the initial tour, to signing the lease, Samantha has been very professional, informative, and responsive to any emails regarding questions or following up with any required documentation. On move-in day, Carol was extremely helpful and patient as we worked out a few hiccups with my power company. Finding and Researching Kenwood Club at the Park Apartments:After conducting extensive research within a 15-mile radius of Katy, Texas, Kenwood Club at the Park Apartments made it to our top 5 choices. Its affordability stands out given the spacious floor plans and in-unit laundry, which isn’t always easy to find at this price range. We opted for a one-bedroom apartment with 925 square feet, plenty of space for a one-bedroom setup, especially compared to other options in the area. The location is also highly convenient, close to essential services and our daily commute. While reviews suggest experiences here can be hit or miss, we were optimistic and plan to share more insights after settling in.2. Touring the Property:We toured a couple of apartment options with Carol, who took us around on a golf cart, a nice touch that made it easy to get a full view of the property. The tour was smooth and gave us a good look at the amenities and available units. To top it off, they were offering one month free at the time, which definitely gave Kenwood an edge. With this incentive, my wife and I decided to go ahead and apply. The community also feels very family-oriented, which was important to us. The numerous speed bumps around the buildings are a nice touch for resident safety, making it a secure environment, especially for families with kids.3. Application Process:The application process took longer than anticipated, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. It took about a week to gather all the required documentation, and then around 10 days to receive a response. Once approved, we secured rental insurance and proof of electricity. We later learned that you can get rental insurance directly through Kenwood for an additional $15/month with your rent, this would have saved us time and possibly a bit of money had we known sooner. Note that pet owners may need to provide extra documentation as well.4. Moving In:The move-in process is straightforward but comes with a minor inconvenience, you’re not allowed to move in before 3 pm, which can make timing a bit tricky. Once in, you have 48 hours to complete the intake form. We found the 925-square-foot apartment unit to be spacious and comfortable, though we did notice a few small issues. The kitchen could use a bit more counter space, and the toilet seat is surprisingly small. There’s also no built-in microwave, so keep that in mind. That said, the unit overall meets our expectations for comfort and functionality.5. Interactions with Staff:Our interactions with the Kenwood team—Samantha, Carol, and Renee (one of the maintenance team members)—have been positive. Renee, in particular, has been friendly and helpful. The leasing office was kind enough to extend our lease start date by two weeks beyond the posted timeframe, saving us an extra two weeks of rent, which we appreciated. The new management team also seems to be integrated now, which is promising for the consistency of services. We have noticed that the leasing office seems a bit understaffed; it can take longer than expected to get a response by phone or email, which may be something to consider if prompt communication is a priority for you.6. Overall Impression:So far, our experience at Kenwood Club at the Park Apartments has been great, with spacious units and good value. There are a few minor fixes needed, but everything else has been smooth. The family-oriented community and safety features like speed bumps make it feel secure, and we’re pleased with the setup. Ultimately, it all comes down to what you’re looking for in a home, and for us, it’s 5 stars. The quality of the apartments we have been in have definitely exceeded our expectations.     I really enjoy living in this community , from the staff office to the maintenance crew are truly amazingly wonderful. All services are taking care of immediately.The maintenance crew thats always running around the facility are really friendly and service educated, specially the manager. Johnny is constantly greeting us and asking if everything is good and reminding us to not hesitate if they can be of any assistance.Im truly blessed to be living in a facility with such high prestige of customer service.

    The past two years have been the best I have experienced living in Kenwood Club at the Park. Every time I stopped by or called, things were resolved very efficiently and I was never kept in the dark. Alondra was especially helpful with any question or concern. From the time we walked into the office, she was ready to assist and we almost never had to wait. I noticed she also takes care of matters very quickly, since whenever we do wait, other renters would have their issues resolved just as fast. She always made my family feel at ease and really has delivered in everything she has promised. Its associates like her that make my family recommend Kenwood to friends and other family members. Johnny has also been the MVP when it came to issues I had inside my apartment. I felt like no matter what it was that needed inspection/repair inside my home, Johnny was there to fix it or he had some of his best coworkers help me out. The maintenance department really does deliver and their hard work should never go unnoticed. I have never had to wait more than 12-24 hours to fix my issue. I felt like I was the only one living in the complex because of how fast they tended to me at times. Well those are just a couple of the excellent staff here at Kenwood. If I were to have some people from out of state come to Texas, Kenwood Club at the Park is the first place I would mention. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

    I have been very pleased with the service at Kenwood since the day I moved in. Mr. Jose is always very attentive with the problems at my apartment. Just wanted to share my experience because last night my kitchen lights went off and he quickly came to fix and replace them. Very thankful for the service here and especially grateful for people like Mr. Jose that are always attentive and cheerful.

    I loved these apartments....we had a great experience. The office staff and maintenance staff are great.The first thing i loved was their parking spaces because we came from another apt complex that they had 80% roof coverings and caused parking outside or way on the other side of the complex. The complex is quiet for the most part. Neighbors were nice.The only complaint I have...or suggestion would be that security would be great, at least at night. When we first moved in they broke my husbands truck windshield along with a few other cars in the complex. We were told that it might have been teenagers around the area. Also, my neighbors cars wheels and Catalytic converter were stolen as well. On the neighborhood app a lady complained about a shooting that happened , which is EXTREMELY concerning especially if you have kids.We would often see a bit too much activity happen at night.Overall, great experience. Luckily things didnt happen to us but it couldve due to lack of security. Just a suggestion, especially for families with children.

    I’ve been living at Kenwood about 3 yrs now I will say the new property managers and staff are pleasant they came to a complex that had so many issues and had to change hats many times. for starters they came in and put a whole new play ground for the children the old one was wooden and falling apart they also put new benches out side around so you can just come out and sit and relax the pool is cleaner and the area around the pool as well the maintenance team comes out and gets things done I’m actually really pleased so far with the over all new management I’m hoping to see more and more improvements

    The rates for 2 bedroom were lower than any in the area for the square footage. Caught a nice deal too. Low cost 2 bedroom was my primary reason for choosing this complex. The property itself has some things that could be better like keeping up with the amenities that may attract some to the property. But with the rent prices so cheap I kinda knew to expect the amenities would suffer (The pool is closed for maintenance, the grills are not filled with propane and the car washing stations don’t have working vacuums or pressures washers, just a hose) BUT the maintenance requests are preformed very quickly within 24-48hrs when submitted for the actual rental units so the priority seems to be on bettering the living spaces which is fine for now hopefully they will eventually get to fixing up the amenities as well. But overall for the price you get a good neighborhood close to a lot of convenient shopping places, pretty large living space, kid friendly community, responsive maintenance staff, and a property manager that’s genuinely trying her best to better the property and bring value to the community members.P.S. if you live here bc it’s cheap like me please don’t think that cheap means trashy, pick up after your pets and keep the valet trash clean in the hallways. And FU to the person who broke the front gate open 3hrs after maintenance fixed it smh that’s not on the office, that’s the ignorance of one of our tenants or their guests. (To the office- if y’all gonna fix the gate so it closes after leaving it wide open for weeks then at least update the community with the gate code for guest that don’t have key fob so they aren’t locked out)

    Weve officially lived here for 2 months now and were in love! All of the residents here are super respectful, the amenities are amazing. The employees in the leasing office are very friendly and attentive. Its nice and clean here and you cant beat the price. These are hands down the best apartments weve lived in so far.

    This is THE BEST place to live in Katy, TX and the surrounding neighborhoods of West Houston.Living here has been a treat. First off, I feel compelled to say that during hurricane Harvey the property never flooded. We didnt even see a collection of any build up. This has nothing really to do with the apartment itself. The area is just perfect. For this reason, I wanted to lead with this information should you be looking for a safe, flood-free community for future storms.The staff here rocks. Ive had minor and major problems with my apartment unit, but they are always making sure my issues are dealt with FAST. The property isnt HUGE, but its sizable enough to easily have a long back-up of maintenance issues. They never make me feel like Im a burden.Weve had a few issues with residents and their dogs (pooping in non-designated areas and not picking up). I feel this property has continued to create such a creative way to combat this problem and in many other areas. The staff is always quick and constant with communicating with the residents. Trash is another issue the staff is fighting on all our behalf incredibly well! The outside company...sucks; however, instead of just accepting that because of contractual obligations, theyre very vocal about how they are fighting to solve this problem.Ive lived in only apartments since the age of 18. Im 27 now, and Ive REALLY come to call this place home. The property is clean, safe, and well-kept. My apartment is an incredible size for the area and rent assumed. The staff is super attentive, accessible, and honest. Not only does each staff member know me by name (and I dont stop by their office too often), but they also just get stuff done.Its a real privilege living here. :)-Aubrey

    I recently toured your beautiful community with my husband for a move next year. We had several other tours that day and were tired. That was forgotten though when Heather made the tour fun and she certainly knew her stuff. Your amenities really stood out, especially your devotion to pets.     We had some mold in our bathroom ceiling - my husband likes to boil in the shower and forgets to turn on the fan. I didnt want to bother maintenance with something like that because it felt like it was our fault for not using the fan but then it started spreading.I finally gave maintenance a call even though I was worried with all the Covid crazy going on. Jose came and was not only extremely nice, friendly, and professional but also careful and wore a mask the whole time. He fixed the mold issue and also made sure our fan was working properly. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism - what a great customer service experience! Thank you Jose!

    At Kenwood has amazing upgrades with spacious floor plans!!! I really love my apartment with it being so close to restaurants, movies and other en entertainments. If you go to the office please ask for this awesome person Isabel, she answered all of my questions and is super friendly she has made everything so much easier!!     I have lived at the Kenwood Club Apartment complex with my mother for three years and it has truly been a blessing for the both of us. The maintenance crew team is very helpful Mr Johnny Romero is always willing to go above and beyond for the residents here. Just yesterday he cleaned my gutter drains and this morning I woke up and he was the first team member to greet me with a smile and a helping hand showing the new team member George what needed to be done in the pool area. Welcome to the team George you are in good hands and God has you exactly where He wants you. Thank you Kenwood club staff!

    I have lived in this apartments for over 4 years now and I have to say it has been great. The office people are okay not to bad. The maintenance people get the work done fast and I have never had a problem with them. Virgilio is one of the repair maintenance personnel that I recommend. Great person and attitude. Always does all he can to fix what is the problem at are apartments.

    I am an evacuee from Hurricane Laura. After losing nearly everything and having to relocate, apartment shopping was the last thing I wanted to do. Fortunately, I found this place. I had the pleasure of speaking with Yasmine Cabrera, the leasing specialist. She was so assuring and emphatic to my needs. She gave me a sense of calmness. She everything and more. She sold the property so well, it helped that it was also wonderfully kept and quiet. I can’t wait to complete my app and move in.

    Ms.Karina is amazing. Anytime i went in the office she was a big help always listen to my concerns and help with a solution. I definitely enjoyed my stay while living here but I won’t be renewing my lease due to personal matters.     I’ve been living at Kenwood for about 3.5 years and I am happy with all aspects of the complex. The front office is very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff are masterful jacks of all trades, as well as understanding. I feel like the staff of Kenwood lives here. We’re family! And, if you’re wondering, I don’t work for Greystar. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but it’s close to it.

    Been a resident since 2014 absolutely love the change that the new management is making. They have quarterly Community awareness meetings for us resident to voice our concerns and the courtesy officer is always present, the monthly resident events are wonderful. The office staff Lucy, Ryann And the new girl are welcoming and friendly. Couldnt have found a better home than here at Kenwood!

    I went to the Kenwood Club Friday night event with my daughter this weekend. This week was Funnel Cakes from a food truck which specializes in the desert. The Funnel Cakes were awesome, and attracted a good size crowd. The event was a fun night together, and the apartment did a great job of hosting it. My favorite was the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream. Thanks to the Kenwood staff for a great night out in the apartments!

    Quiet community :) need to fix the gate code to open It’s a quiet community. Everyone is nice. Maintenance is very patient and very quick to resolve any issue. The only thing I would change is the gate. The gate code rarely works. My husband stays outside waiting until it opens whenever he forgets the gate key, and Ubers give up and leave

    I love this complex. It doesn’t matter how many times they go under new management. The only thing that bothers me is the excessive cats on the property. To bad they don’t do the TNR program. The location I’m at we are all quite and respectful.

    The Kenwood Club was such a great experience while I toured with Chris Lopez. He was very informative and polite and answered all of my questions with great answers for my solution towards living here in the near future. With COVID-19 here he showed great social distancing practices and was great with sanitation along with the tour. Chris made Kenwood feel like home and I can’t wait to make it my home.

    The staff here behave in a very professional manor and they are also very nice. They are very understanding and seem to try to help in anyway possible. The property is very clean, kid friendly and pet friendly. They come fix things in a timely fashion and thr inside of the apartments are very nice.

    Great place to live, quiet, clean, relatively secure, and people are friendly. Management are on top of things, work with you on any issues you may be having and prompt in answering your requests or maintenance problems you may be experiencing.
