Ive been a resident here for quite some time, and I couldnt be happier! The community is fantastic—its a great place for families, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly neighbors. I frequently use the business center, which is always clean and well equipped and well-maintained, and the pool is a perfect spot to relax.The staff truly go above and beyond! They are always friendly, helpful, and responsive - quick to address any concerns. Its clear they care about the residents and take pride in making this a wonderful place to live.If youre looking for a community that feels like home, this is it! Highly recommend.

We had a great time on our tour of Kensington Apartments with Maureen Czap. She was very detailed and funny. We want something a little closer to work but the management alone stood out and made us heavily consider moving there.

My name is Preston, and I live in one of the buildings by the dog park and have for over a year now. It’s a great community, great leadership with the property manager and maintenance team Rose and Maureen are running a great team, I plan on renewing for another 14 month lease! Please don’t let these old reviews fool you, this is a great place and a great team.

Okay I dont know what these crazy bad reviews are for. It is clear that some people expect luxury service in a normally priced apartment complex. I loved living here. My apartment was spacious clean and the appliances were expected for the price. Plenty of grass for dogs. A gated apartment complex to keep unwanted people out. It was always fairly quiet and the staff always took care of problems when I needed it. I was never overcharged and the Bills were all reasonable and generated as promised by the lease. I would have stayed here longer if my job didnt move me. Be a good tenant and you will get great service. No problems here. I hope some of these not so nice reviews dont scare anyone from giving this place a real shot.

I have lived here since 2020 and went through the change of management blues with this place! I honestly considered moving, but thanks to the new assistant property manager, I’m glad to continue calling this home. Rose is so helpful, attentive, & efficient. She goes above and beyond and truly seeks to aid her residents even going as far as going to bat for us to her superior and even to corporate. When my renewal proposal was way out of my budget, she figured out a way to help me still have a home and for that I’m forever grateful. I can’t speak on the rest of the staff, but if you’re looking for a place to call home and someone who actually cares, I highly recommend coming here and talking with Rose.

This is my 5th time renting an apartment and I can say with certainty that Kensington Park is cut above the rest. My spouse and I were drawn to the large floor plans and smart layouts. However, upon touring the property we realized what a gem this community is. We are located right off I-35 and have an access gate to the service road. However, even though we are so close to the highway noise is not an issue. The community is very quiet and contains many grassy areas with mature trees. A lot of new apartments in the area are nothing but concrete so this is a really nice aspect. Above all, we have had no issues since move-in. Our apartment was clean and ready. The staff are always making updates to the property as well and take really good care of the grounds and landscaping. We couldnt be happier here! Only note for improvement would be the gym as the equipment is breaking down and is old.

I was planning on moving to Denton for work and viewed these apartments. Maureen and Rose were so helpful and nice showing me around the complex. I ended up not moving for work but I recommend these apartments. Most people at apartments are not as considerate as them.

The property is exceptionally well-maintained and pleasant, with more than adequate parking. There were a couple of things I noted that needed maintenance when I moved in and they were taken care of immediately by well-qualified maintenance staff. I enjoy looking out and seeing neighbors walking their dogs, and havent had any unpleasant experiences re clean ups or noise. Special thanks to leasing agent Lindsey, who tracked all my move-in needs. Ive lived in several different apartment communities due to work and this one rates highly.

I love living here! The management team is so sweet and always on top of things. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and always clean. Any time I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

I have been a resident going on two years now, and I am here to validate all of your concerns from before this change in management, and to reassure you that things are changing now! Ever since the change in management I have received actual help not only within my unit, but concerning the amenities as well. Rose in the office is kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents, I am so thankful that she is here, and someone I can trust and count on.

I lived there for 2.5 years - so it is an older apartment complex but management did take care of everything when requested. In moving out and going back and forth - every time I would walk in the apartment I would think how much I was going to miss that apartment. It was a 2 bed 2 bath and perfect for me. So I was sad every time I left. Danielle is super nice! I really appreciate everything that she has done for me during the 2.5 years I lived there. Will miss it. Who knows in a year if things dont work out at the new place may move back there :)

Been living here for 3 years and I would do it all over again.- Every maintenance request I sent in was done correctly and almost immediately.- The pool, gym, car wash, and theater are all great things to have in the complex!- Never had a problem with any staff member, in fact everyone has been super helpful and friendly. They remember who you are, I never felt like a number.Just watch out for the predatory towing company in the area, Texas Impound Services LLC. Make sure you have your sticker on your vehicle and that all your guests park in visitor parking. They will sometimes still tow cars with the temporary parking permit if it is at the beginning of the year.Other than that, there were no downsides to my 3 years stay at Kensington Park Apartments and I highly recommend living there. Five stars well deserved!

I lived here for 7 years and never had any major issues with them. In fact, when I was unemployed they actually gave me a break on rent for a couple of months. I had two apartments, the first being a small 1 bedroom, and the second being a 1 bed with study, which I used as a second bedroom. The second apartment was great. I had to move out because rent costs were increasing, but I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Lived close to the pool which was great. The hot tub is actually operational and not under maintenance like most apartment complexes. Gym has everything you need and a nice indoor half basketball court. Managers are nice and helpful, especially helped me when I needed stuff printed for my final exams. Responded immediately to my emails.

AMAZING GEM of a complex!I’ve lived in apartments all across the metroplex over the course of the past 15 years from Haltom City to North Dallas and I’ve never ever been close to as happy as I am here. Let me count the ways :)Management: is prompt, professional, courteous, and sincerely concerned with your experience living here. It’s a smaller complex but the attention that I believe each resident gets is second to none. Love all the ladies up At the office!The units: I’ve actually transferred now to a larger unit so I have a fairly unique perspective. These units are older but were clearly built to last with lots of little details from the crown molding and high ceilings to the oversized bath tub that I’ve never had an any sort of moderately priced complex. Nice lush carpets, the walls, ceilings, doors are not light and cheap so the sound doesn’t bleed in. The appliances all work great and I’m in love with my dishwasher :)The grounds: are gorgeous and well maintained. The main office is beautiful with a pool table and shuffleboard. There’s a pool and hot tub. A nice gym and the grounds themselves with good sized trees, aesthetically pleasing buildings, and two lovely squares of green grass with walking paths going around them makes it a wonderful place for a nice evening walk.The residents: are mostly middle aged families and the older crowd which keeps things nice a quiet and everyone I’ve met has been friendly and respectful.Location: is INCREDIBLE! So close the the vast majority of the things you need but not so close to the bigger city areas so most places aren’t too crowded. There’s also some fantastic gems of restaurants here to explore!The only knock on these apartments is that sometime parking can be a hassle but since the complex is pretty small there’s really not a “bad spot” is to park as its easy enough to cut through the units to get to your home.Overall I would say these apartments are a steal and if you can get in DO IT!Obviously every experience is unique and most apartment reviews I see tend to skew on the negative side but I’m confident that if you give this place a chance you will be very happy :)

Five stars for the management though the place is about 20 yrs old so there are some age issues but I would recommend it.Danielles responses with neighbor and other issues were always handled quickly and she followed up to make sure I was happy.Ive had some issues... Primarily a broken water line in the middle of the night (like 3am) that flooded 3/4 of my apartment before i noticed it.I was lucky that I was there at the time. I managed to shut the water off with Andy talking me through it over the phone. He was great! They responded VERY quickly.Andy was there in minutes after I called and he had people there in like 30 minutes sucking all the water up. They took care of the rest of the damage in due time. Those things happen.. . Ive owned a house so I know.I was unlucky. Always have been. Its not likely what happened to me will happen to you but if something does happen.. Danielle and her staff will take care of you.

So I didnt rent here because I ended up leaving UNT for another school but when I was there last month, Danielle and Stephanie were so helpful. I cant speak for the actual experience of living here but it seemed like the office staff really cared about finding me the perfect place to live. I felt really safe and the property was beautiful! Danielle said that they are getting painted and I could have had a great apartment that was newly updated right near the pool!! Im pretty bummed that Im not living there but life gets in the way of what we want sometimes. I probably visited 7 or 8 different complexes in the area and this was BY FAR the friendliest and most helpful.

Ive lived at Kensington Park Apartments for almost 2 years now and have loved it! I have only had a few service requests and they have come thru quickly & thoroughly. It has been a very quiet & peaceful place to live. My son attends a very good elementary school that is about a block away so it is also very convenient. Also the staff has always been so friendly & helpful...I highly recommend living here!

I have been a resident for one year now. And the new management team and maintenance team is the reason I will be renewing my lease. Maureen has been the best thing to happen to this complex. I just rented an apartment here, today was my first day and there was a minor issue with the AC unit, It still cooled but there was a puddle forming at the base. I left a number with the maintenance hotline, expecting to get a call back on Monday at the earliest. A few minutes later the extremely friendly maintenance manager Cleve was at my door fixing the problem. Its now working great. So far Im not seeing any evidence of the negative feedback Ive read about this place on line. Friendly staff and quick response times.

This a very nice apartment. It has every modern convenience. Full size laundry rooms in each apartment or a coin operated laundry on site. Also has a car wash. Mature trees and very well landscaped. Fenced in. Gates at the front and back of the apartment. it boasts a beautiful pool and an exercise room. there is a volleyball court on the premises. Walking sidewalks throughout. Its a great place for seniors or families or people just starting out.
