    Just moved in about 2 weeks ago, just in time for summer too use this great people! Very clean and fresh water! Kid friendly! Pool area super comfortable. Aside from the people property is super calm and quiet, office staff is SUPER helpful and always ready too assist me in anything I may need.

    I just renewed my lease today 7/3/2024 for another 12 months! This is my “3RD TIME” living here! This is an AWESOME community and the Leasing Office Manager and her Staff are TERRIFIC! Maricella and Melissa are kind, friendly, professional women! The Maintenance Men are PHENOMENAL! And the rent here is affordable! I love it here and I am so proud to call The Kennington my home!

    Was told about this complex by both Lisas from Villa Bella. I saw a 2 bedroom and was pleased with the size. Lisa, n Lisa gave me some information on the community as well as the area. Im not needing apt till end of Oct. I will definitely be back. Both ladies were very very friendly, and know their stuff.

    Great property that is maintained with friendly staff. Easy access to IH-20 with lots of food options around the area. If youre moving to the Arlington area and trying to avoid the outrageous rent prices, this is your apartment. Affordable and a great bang for your buck.

    I came in to visit a friend that lives there but wanted to find out information on an apartment for when I move out of my place in July. There was a young lady and if I am correct she is the manger name Isabel came to assist me and was very nice and gave me the tour. I can say even though the apartments are not updated they are put together really nice and they even have a great maintenance staff from what friend inform me. I will be putting in my application

    Thank you for the tour of your property and apt home. Not looking to move for another 2 months but will definitely put Kennington on the top of my list. Great customer service through out my visit.

    This is an amazing property to live in, the staff is very friendly and are always there to help. work orders are normally completed with in 48 hours and the location is amazing you can easily walk to Wal-Mart, the dry cleaners or chiles!!!

    I’ve been looking for a new place to live and I think I found it. All thanks to the manager her name was Heather she was super nice and had great coustmer service. She showed us different floor plans and gave us the run down on prices. I look forward to moving in and can’t wait for this fresh new start. Thanks heather for everything

    This community is very well kept. Very clean with a pool that is so well maintained! The office ladies are wonderful with great attitudes. Highly recommend!

    Very professional management staff. They also have a pretty manager. However, they do have nice apartments and if I have any problems in my apartment they are able to quickly come and fix them....

    All the rooms are so organized. They are well cared for and it isn’t too expensive. I recommend these apartments to anyone. Five star rating easily 👍.

    I love it here and the sweet and helpful office ladies profesional plus the very deligent maintenance man give me the securities that I need because it was my first time being in a apartment. Really nice neighbors 🙂❤

    I absolutely love living here.. I have lived here three years and have never really had an issue.. The staff is friendly and nice to me.. I love the convience of having a local Walmart in walking distance from my apartment.. Its very close to supermarkets and other local businesses.. I love this location.. I will be sad when I have to move to a different location.. I will forever be greatful to the staff for giving me the opportunity to start my life over in a new location when I had lost hope I would ever find a home.. Thanks Kennington Apts... Sincerely a grateful tenant happily of three years..

    I suppose the apts are okay. I was visiting a store across the street though.Google is frustrating when Im asked to review a place within a half mile of where I actually was. Please read other reviews about a specific place elsewhere until Google can limit their guidelines of distances.

    I love Abuelos but the one in Arlington is fresher and tastier. However the wait staff at both are super nice. Ive eaten at this midcities one twice and both times the mushrooms where dried out and over cooked. Otherwise its pretty good
